Gardeners can discover tips for starting seeds in trays for spring planting with the UC Master Gardeners of Santa Clara County. Learn information about seeds, tips for best results and use of containers, pots and tools. The UC Master Gardener vegetable seed chart of what to sow now will also be covered. Attendees are advised to dress comfortably for outdoors, bring gloves and be ready for hands-on sowing. There is no cost to attend. Participants will be working outside in the shade structure; rain will cancel the session. Saturday, Feb. 8, 10-11:30am at St. Louise Hospital Teaching & Demonstration Garden, 9400 No Name Uno.
