Learn how to exercise the five senses to enhance the enjoyment of wine as Aver Family Vineyards presents “Wine Education Class 101.” Aver Family’s Tasting Room Manager, Cindy Adams, will share the wine knowledge she has attained as a Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine. Guests will be guided through the five senses approach to tasting wine, and the life of the vineyard and wine etiquette will also be discussed. Space is very limited.
