OPERATION
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ...START & CONSTRUCTION Architecture • Review, comment and approve the design parameters to ensure conformity with operational aspects and Auris Hotels Standards for all plans and concept documents of the project. • Provide space allocation program. • Assistance in reviewing the design prepared by the project’s architects focusing particularly on: - The efficiency of the use of the site - The layout, the type and the size of public areas to ensure smooth guests flow within the property - The layouts of the back-of-house areas, to ensure that support areas and services areas have the appropriate spaces for the different functions - The provision for all required guest facilities as well as maximizing the revenue generating spaces - The number and mix of guest rooms - The layout, size and orientation of the rooms and suites • Review and make recommendation with regards to the samples and the selection of all Furniture, Fixture and Equipment (FF & E), Operating Equipment, Operating Supplies and Guest Supplies.
Engineering System • Assist and review with respect to the design parameters for the kitchen, pantries, buffets, coffee shops, laundry and cold rooms. • Provide Auris Hotels requirements to be observed with respect to: - Telecom system - TV system - Public address and evacuation system - Security and video surveillance system - Audiovisual systems for hotel and conference and public areas - Preventive maintenance management system - Building management system - Safety fire protection system - Electronic key card system - Back of the house locking and security system - Energy and water saving systems
Interior Design • Provide to the interior designer an overview and a brief on the parameters and the planning of the concept. • Review, comment and approve the design parameters to ensure conformity with operational aspects and Auris Hotels Standards as well as the planning of the concept including general layouts.
Food & Beverage Facilities & Design •Review, comment and approve for conformity with operational aspects and Auris Hotels Standards the layout planning of all restaurants, coffee shops and banqueting facilities. •Review, comment and approve the Kitchen layout, space allocation, functional requirements and preliminary equipment list for kitchens, refrigeration and cold rooms, coffee shops, food & beverage display counters and dishwashing areas.
Information Technology Equipment and Softwares • Assist with respect to network cabling of the hotel, power supply and earth connection of all information technology equipment and installation. • Provide requirements to be observed with respect to the following: - Standard Property Management System (PMS) - Standard Point of Sale System (POS) - Standard Reservation System including GDS and IDS connectivity - Network System - Operating Systems and office applications - Accounting System - Human Resources Management System - Internet Connectivity for guests - TQM (Total Quality Management) System
PRE-OPENING... ...Services & assistance During this phase Auris Hotel Management will undertake all those activities which are necessary to make the Hotel ready to receive its first guests, including: • Recruitment of the General Manager for the Hotel, and with she or he recruit the other senior personnel. • Prepare a Pre-Opening Budget (POB) showing the expenditure necessary to make the hotel ready to receive guests. • Define the Hotel General Organization Chart and Prepare the Hotel Manning Guide (staff to be employed by the Hotel). • Prepare the Pre-Opening Marketing plan that includes: - Pre-opening Advertising - Sales promotion and PR - Pre-Opening Brochure - Etc

… OPERATION
Auris Hotel Management will take full responsibility to operate and manage the hotel properly and efficiently in accordance with rules & regulations as well as Auris Hotels Standards. Observing the local culture and traditions. We are promoting a Responsible Tourism as per our company values. Our management includes the following: • Implementation of Auris Hotel Management Quality of Services Standards. • Local and International Marketing strategy. • Selection, employment, supervision, training and assignment of the duties of the General Manager of the Hotel and all employees engaged in the operation of the property. • Initiation, supervision and control of ordinary repairs, maintenance and minor alterations. • Supervision and control of the activities of guests, tenants, concessionaires and holders of privileges and their employees. • Installation of suitable books of control and operating accounts in accordance with the rules and regulations as well as the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry. • Supervise, Review and Submit to Owner approval a yearly full Operational Budget, including: - Costs by department - Revenue by department - Overhead expenses - Replacement of and addition to FF & E • •
Supervise, Review and Submit to the Owner a monthly Financial Report. Generally, ensure the entire operational / management of the Hotel with care and commitment.
