Shooting Getting Ready:
Hair + Makeup: HMUA Shots -Focused on bride ONLY once makeup is done -Focused on HMUA to send vendor photos Candid: -Bridesmaids/groomsmen getting ready Posed: (Make sure the background is CLEAR!) -Getting in dress/tie/jacket -Putting on shoes/jewelry -Spraying cologne/perfume Can't let the day happen to you!

First Look: -Make sure secluded -Make sure no matter what angle groom is shot at that the light is good -Let them have their 2 mins alone -Game plan for where and what poses *One: Focus on groom Two Photographers: Second Tog shoot wide- First shoot tight on groom
Portaits - Must Haves! -Bouquet Show off -Smiling at Camera, Noses + Almost Kiss -Walking -Walking away -V- Up
Bridal Party Poses: All together: -Girls on bride side/Men on grooms (Smiling + laughing) -Alternate -Cheers + kiss -Walking
Separate: -Girls flowers together -Girls looking at Camera -Girls fake laughing -Bride + each bridesmaid -Men standing V or straight -Straight face + smile/left over right or pockets -Walking/talking -Groom + each groomsmen

Family: -Go down list w/names -Have them hold elbows
Ceremony: One Photographer: In front to shoot walking down and grooms reaction (don’t block parents) Two: First in front - Second in back Shutter Speed for walking in at least 1/500 if possible - no lower than 1/200 -Dad giving bride away kiss/hug -Photos of parents in front row -Ring exchange focused on hands/rings Two Photographers: -First kiss from two angles -Stop and kiss at end of aisle Two Photographers: -One follow bride + groom -One get leaving ceremony shots

Cocktail Hour: -As many groups as possible -Candid Shots -Details
Reception: -Details, details, details! When in doubt - use a flash
First Dance: -One wide -One tight -Stay on same side -Low aperture -Some focus on parents if possible -Find foregrounds
Father/Daughter + Mother/Son: -Focus on getting the parent’s emotions first - then bride/groom

Speeches: -One on bride + groom -One on speaker -If both is option, even better
Dancing: -Shoot when smiles or obvious dance moves -Higher Aperture
Sparkler Exit: -Discuss with couple what they want to do during exit (Kiss, twirl, lift, etc) when dinner is served (Before they really start drinking) -Video light is a must -Make people put sparklers high in air and smile as they walk by
