Contextual Site Development Located in areas with various contours, the
school
utilizes
contours
which
have been processed f rom the beginning every 1 or 0.5 meter. The lowest side of the contour is used for the am-

phitheater, where students carry out joint activities. The view to the south is utilized by the way the building is oriented to the south.
Sutainability The width of each mass ranges f rom 6 to 10 meters so that cross ventilation can still occur. Many openings are also added so that users don’t need to use the artif icial lights during the day by

using only natural lighting.
Universal Design There are ramps so the school is also f riendly to people with disabilities. In addition, there is also a toilet that is convenient for disabled people.

SECTION D
Space Quality This school was made into 3 masses based on the zoning of the space, namely mass for teaching and learning support and administration, mass for teaching and learning, and mass for students activities. Amphitheater is

placed between the classroom and the student health unit room. This project wants to prioritize pedestrians by making parking lots only in the f ront of the school, so that in order to be able to access the whole school, it can only be accessed by walking. The pedestrian street is made quite wide, which is 2 meters so it is comfortable

for walking. Students can access classes by going through the south side of the building, go straight to the mass for student activites/teachng and learning or circle north past the teaching and learning support room. Cafeteria is made open so users can relax while enjoying the view in the south. N O RT H E L EVAT I O N

Contextual Site Development Located in North Bandung, it causes a small Building Coverage Ratio that can be processed, which is only 30% with a Green Coverage Ratio of 70%. By also paying attention to the shape of the site, for the composition of the mass.
Sutainability Roosters are used on all sides of the building, replacing openings in the SECTION A
form of conventional windows and ventilation, so that cross ventilation still occurs. In addition, with a rooster design that is made sloping, the light decreases its intensity so it does not dazzle the user in it and the heat does not bother the users. The easels are exposed in the space to make the multipurpose room height even higher, so no artif icial air conditioner is needed. Roosters are used using environmentally f riendly materials, namely bricks.

Space Quality This sub-district off ice is made into 2 zones, namely the zoning of public space and administration space. The two zones were divided into two floors. Public zones consist of ID card rooms, waiting rooms, cafeterias, and multi purpose hall. Whereas the administration room contains workspace for section heads, and f ield heads, sub-district secretaries and sub-district heads. F R O N T E L EVAT I O N
The off ice plan applies open layout off ice concept, to create a transparent image. The walls in the multi-purpose room are made using roosters on all three sides so that the space experience inside the multi-purpose hall becomes rich by incorporating outside experiences. The shape of the roof uses a gable roof, but one end of the roof is made jutting out so that it is not monotonous. Whereas when looking at the roof truss f rom a multi-purpose space, users will see wooden trusses that is intentionally exposed as an aesthetic element.

Contextual Site Development Located in Bandung, this project uses local values and material, but was executed by combining locality and modernity. Modernity in this building is shown by the use of industrial materials “ metal for f rames, as well as the form of easel and openings design.
Sustainability The width of this building is only 4 to 8 SECTION A
meters so that the wind can easily enter and exit this building. Many openings are also added so there is no need to use lights during the day by utilizing natural light. In the bathroom, a glass block is provided so there is no need to use electricity for artif icial lighting.
Universal Design There are 3 ramps to the multi-purpose room and toilet so the pavilion is also f riendly to people with disabilities. In addition, there is also a toilet that is convenient for disabled people. SECTION B 14
Space Quality This pavilion takes the concept in modern architecture, namely transparency. In the multi-purpose room, both sides are made using a window wall so that the user inside can feel that the room is very wide to the outside of the building. The use of sliding doors make it no clear boundary in the space. This pavilion can be accessed f rom all directions which makes this pavilion

feel dynamic. Toilets are made accessible at any time, without having to enter through the multi-purpose room f irst, so users who only want to go to the toilet can access it even when the multi-purpose room is not being used/ locked. The multi-purpose room is made without ceiling so users can experience a different experience by looking at the beauty of the pavilion’s easel structure.

Contextual Site Development Located in the center of Bandung, precisely on Jl. A B C. This project aims to answer the needs of the people of Bandung City for a center for the art community to learn, interact, and exhibit their works, and become a city oasis for visitors who want to use these public facilities. The footprint extends f rom North to South, so 3 masses

are made to respond to the direction of sunlight.
Sutainability The width of each mass ranges f rom 8 to 18 meters so that cross ventilation can still occur. Openings in the form of curtain walls and windows so that you don’t need to use the lights during the day by using sunlight as a natural lighting. Sunshading in the form of wood lattice is used in the second mass so that in addition to functioning as an addition to the aesthetic value of the building, it also reduces the heat SECTION B

The f irst and second masses are connected by connecting bridge on the second floor, while the second and third masses are connected by connecting bridge on the third floor. Space experience felt by users with the void created f rom these 3 pieces of mass. With the use of curtain walls that continue f rom the 1st floor to the 3rd floor at the f irst mass, making the user experience rich with a variety of

Acoustic Panel The walls in the auditorium are installed acoustic board, so the audio quality in this room is very good without having to disturb the surrounding space. PERSPECTIVE 1
Acoustic Ceiling The ceiling in this auditorium is specially designed with a form that takes into account the sound reflections that arrive at the user can sound very good without any echoes. Structure System Based on the Structure System book written by Heino Engel, the structure used in this building is included in the classif ication of the section active structure system. More specif ically, this structural system is a beam grid system. However, looking f rom the form, a structure system like this is commonly SECTION A
called a waffle structure. The wooden waffle structure in this building is used as the roof of this educational park. This building structure is very sturdy because the active section system relies heavily on the dimensions of each stem. moreover, the distance between the rods in this building is very tight and with large dimensions. The connection between the rods uses joint joints because there is a moment of force on the stem connection, while the connection between the pedestal

and the log uses a pinch joint.
Form Analogy This building takes the form of brainwave, according to its function, which is educational park. This form is aided by using Graphisoft Rhinoceros software and the Grasshopper plugin. Graphisoft Rhinoceros software is needed to obtain an organic form that resembles brainwave, while the Grasshopper plugin is used to give parameters in the form of commands to make the shapes divided
F R O N T E L EVAT I O N
into beams of the desired size.
Space Quality This Braive Educational Park consists only of a sculptural roof in the form of a braiwave made f rom engineered wood and processed in the form of stairs, without any conventional space in the form of walls. This makes the user experience wide because in his view there is no outer space and inner space, but all of them become one. In addition, the existing stairs can also be used as a place to chat and read books.
