increase in university graduates, as well as opportunities for vocational skill development; AND WHEREAS this Executive Council has accepted as part of its mandate, to advance a culture of innovation, creativity and industry, particularly among the youth on the island, which would in turn significantly contribute to the economic development of Tobago; BE IT RESOLVED that this House suppor t the wor k of the Executive Council in its attempt to foster a culture of innovation, creativity and industry on the island, particularly among the youth; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this House invite the youth of Tobago to embrace the opportunities for development through innovation, creativity and industry.
