3. Little Lungs Asthma Training for Child Care Providers Part 1 Tiffany Doolittle & Lori Noyer, Ingham Health Plan Corporation Ballroom A
This is part one of a 2 session training. Participants must attend Part 1 and Part 2 for training credit.
All little lungs need clean, fresh air, and exercise to grow up big and strong. This unique asthma education program is designed for child care providers interested in helping to change the air for little ones in their care who have asthma and allergies. Brought to you by an Asthma Educator, this training will give child care providers a better understanding of asthma, asthma triggers, asthma action plans, administering quick relief medications, and asthma management, plus provide tools and resources to create an asthma-friendly environment.

Studies have proven time and again that music and movement are excellent resources for education. How can we harness that power while teaching mixed ages? Learn more about mixed age music and movement classes and the skills you need to keep different aged children engaged and interacting!

Conference registration is not required to attend Zumbini training. Created by Zumba and BabyFirst, Zumbini is a fun, unique, and effective ECE program designed to promote cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skill development for children ages 0 - 5 through music and movement. Two part training– you must attend both sessions to receive instructor certification.
