RESUME
Both in urbanism and architecture, I believe in the importance of context, functionality and form. During the past seven years, I learned how to balance them through projects in Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, China), Middle East (UAE), European (Netherlands), and Latin America (Argentina). I offer a passion to contribute in the urban design team with a strong analytical, design and visualization skills, and reliable team player characteristic.

Buenos Aires’ Riachuelo Riverfront Transformation | 2009 3 FLOWS
WHAT ARE 3 FLOWS?
ECONOMY
SOCIAL
ENVIRONMENT
The 3 flows - ECONOMY, SOCIAL and ENVIRONMENT, are not only conclusion of analysis but also the main concept of strategy. It follows the existing trend: further, we suggest to strengthen it. In addition, 3 flows influence to each other.
A study about urban revitalization in Riachuelo riverfront, Buenos Aires. This work was presented in Buenos Aires and Delft.
In ECONOMY flow, we suggest strengthening the local economic potential to boost universal economy by network. The SOCIAL flow is based on cultural flow from city centre to La Boca, the famous of local cultural events and colonial block. In addition, the informal local social element flows from Avellaneda to north.
big network in economy and society
big network in economy and society
The ENVIRONMENT flow is basic on ecological belt; and further combined with green network in grid pattern. Moreover, Riachuelo River is the main water resource, after water treatment, it could provide the welcome waterfront for rest and recreation. Then green belt+ blue belt= ecological corridor to build up the complete green space system.
3 AREAS
WHY ARE 3 AREAS? Key words:
CA
LA
> Synergy
HT
LA BOCA
> Flexibility
RY
ST
DU
AVELLANEDA
It’s a group work with 5 urbanism students. The European Spatial Development strategies (ESDP), namely economic competitiveness, social cohesion, and environmental sustainability were implemented in the local case of the site. I was in charge of economic analysis, making illustrations, coordinating the presentation slides, and finally making model for the project.
Based on previous analysis, these three areas have different identities, which can be treated in different approaches following their specific conditions. The three aspects —— economic, social and environment are the main streams in our strategy.
