June 8 – 19, 2015 9 AM – 4 PM Ages 9 – 14 | $1200 Learn to work like the pros! Lights, camera, action! SpartanTV Broadcasting Camp gives campers the hands-on experience and skills they need to write, produce, and edit like true broadcasters! Campers work in our state-of-the-art television studio and iMac Lab. They use professional field gear, studio cameras, and video editing software to produce their own daily news shows. Plus, there are outdoor activities, a field trip, and free lunch every day!
No prior experience needed but interest is a must!

Storytellers wanted!
Campers will be amazed at what they can accomplish in two weeks using Miami Country Day’s state-of-theart media lab and studio. Taught by Emmy-winning Producer Karen Davis, SpartanTV campers upload their work each afternoon—weather and skills permitting—to our very own YouTube Channel, MCDSpartanTV. Camp and Campers were featured on National TV on Univision! Produced seven SpartanTV News shows! Completed over twelve News Segments! Wrote and produced one Original Movie: “The School of Horrors” Won our very own Spartie Awards!
