SEE HOW YOUR CREDITS TRANSFER

For an unofficial credit evaluation, use Transferology.com to enter coursework from previous institutions to identify equivalent courses and view course requirements for Miami programs. Upon admission to Miami, you will receive an official credit evaluation. Miami also partners with many colleges in the U.S. and abroad to provide well-defined pathways for students to transfer credit and complete their bachelor's degree at Miami. RELY ON PREDICTABLE COSTS

Miami’s Tuition Promise ensures that most costs (including tuition, housing, food, special purpose fees, and course fees) for new undergraduate students will be frozen for up to four years.

FILE THE FAFSA

For need-based scholarships, grants, and other aid, file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as you’re able. Students should complete the FAFSA by Feb. 1 for priority notification.

TRANSFER TO MIAMI’S OXFORD CAMPUS

2025 MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS

Apply by Aug. 1 for fall or Jan. 1 for spring to receive automatic consideration for merit scholarships. Students who are in their first college semester when they apply will be considered if they earned a cumulative 3.5+ GPA in high school. If you were admitted to Miami Oxford previously and earned a Miami merit scholarship at that time but didn’t enroll, we will reinstate your scholarship if you are admitted as a transfer student.

Q 2.0+ GPA in college-level coursework.

Q In good standing at your current/previous institution.

Q Applicants with the strongest academic records are more competitive for selective programs.

Q Some majors in the College of Creative Arts have portfolio or audition requirements for admission, and the Farmer School of Business has additional, minimum requirements for transfer admission.

SPECIAL PURPOSE AND COURSE FEES

• College of Creative Arts: $50 per semester fee for students majoring in Architecture, Interior Design, Music, Music Education, or Music Performance.

• College of Engineering and Computing: $475 per semester fee for students majoring within the College of Engineering and Computing.

• Farmer School of Business: $125 per credit hour fee for most business school courses.

• Other courses, such as labs, may include additional fees. Be sure to check the course information when registering.
