MIB School of Management is a center of advanced learning that has been offering managerial education courses and conducting research in all areas of international management for over 20 years. The School strives to satisfy the demand for managerial competences of young graduates, entrepreneurs and managers, thus providing various programmes (MBAs, specialized Masters), allowing participants to follow their individual passions and goals. Since 2003 MBAs and Masters courses have been taught entirely in English and now bring together students from around the world. The MBA in International Business is designed to give each participant a comprehensive understanding of current issues in international management and dedicates considerable attention to developing personal skills. It also provides the basis for building and consolidating a network of interpersonal relations, where colleagues, alumni, faculty and companies all enhance the stimuli needed to continue the process of growth and sharing. The programme gives participants an education that is aimed at: » improving understanding of business and economic issues; » providing management tools that link skills to business environment; » providing working solutions in addition to theoretical models; » developing leadership and management skills; » sharpening key abilities to work cross-culturally. The MBA in International Business can be taken on a full-time or part-time basis. Identical in content to the full-time programme, MIB part-time MBA has been designed to allow managers to attend an MBA without interrupting their career. The educational approach combines classroom teaching with case studies, role playing, project works, simulations and business games, outdoor activities, professional presentations lectures, and visits to companies in Italy and abroad. The programme is taught entirely in English.

During the year the School organizes several international business tours open also to MIB Network of Alumni and Companies representatives. This enriching experience, enables candidates to visit companies, attend presentations, discuss strategic issues with managers and meet colleagues from other business schools. Thanks to the collaboration with prestigious partner Business Schools, participants have also the opportunity to study in a different learning environment.

Selection Process
The process begins when the candidate fills in the on-line application form, that can be found at www.mib.edu/mba. The form is intended to gather biographical information about the candidate and stated motivation for applying for the programme. Successful candidates will be invited to the School for taking two written tests and a motivational interview. For international students the selection process may also be carried out remotely.

The main objective for MBA in International Business participants is to improve career prospects.
