Dear Friends and Clients,
For my 1st newsletter of 2025, I want to start off the year on a positive note and again share my Top 10 positive events for last year. But before I do, my thoughts go out to all that have been impacted by the California fires and the Florida storms... our Sarasota/Manatee community has shown so much strength and resilience and I wish the same for California.
Back to the positive, here’s my On a Personal note highlighting my top 10 events for 2024:
• I enjoyed a “bucket list” trip to Japan and Korea with my family
• Another stellar year in real estate with career sales now exceeding $550 million!
• Ruby turned 4 and Max turned 1
• I walked an average of 8.2 miles/day, a 6.5% increase from last year
• Team Treiman which includes me, Daniel Treiman, Kelly Sallee and Amy
Cullen, remained strong, cohesive, and supportive - THANKS Team!
• I marked my 25th year with Michael Saunders & Company, my 37th year as a licensed Realtor, and my 17th Consecutive Year as a Winner, “Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction”
• We embraced new technologies, brought our drone videos in house, upgraded our website and more!
• Repeat clients remained a significant part of our 2024 sales...THANK YOU!
• We helped numerous clients and friends navigate the storm challenges
• My family continued to be in good health and happy
Achievements are great but goals are just as important! As those of you who know me well, I am a goal-setting person. Good health and happiness for family and friends always #1! Increased sales and successes for our clients. Some exciting travel. And yes an increase in my daily
walking (even if just .1 miles but who knows...).
I am continually speaking about the fact that real estate is such a personal business. First closing of 2025 was a clear example of this. Beyond the basic real estate steps from listing to contract to closing, the Team assisted the Seller with some very challenging storm, health and life, and logistic issues. And it doesn’t stop there, I have calendared numerous post closing steps to follow up on with the Seller including homestead change and portability of homestead tax exemption and additional items to ensure the transition to the Seller’s new home is smooth...relationships built for life.
Thank you for your continued support!
