Sometimes a real estate transaction is a win win win situation. I do a lot of waterfront transactions for both buyers and sellers. This wonderful waterfront I listed on North River Lake in Northwood was the passion of the owners for 28 years. Life has taken them to move to Hawaii. They built it to be home forever. The buyers were a very nice family who want to help create life long fond memories for them and their kids. I do believe waterfront people are the nicest people, and so are their agents. At the closing handled by Red Door Title in Portsmouth everyone was smiling to begin the next phase of their lives.
