The Beaches and Grounds at Umbrella Point

With well over 900 feet of water frontage consisting of 3 sugar sandy beaches, docks, lush private and level grounds and wide open vistas, the Estate at Umbrella Point has no equal at any price in the entire Lakes Region and Lake Winnipesaukee. The largest of the beaches is flanked by two points with over 350 feet of sandy shore front. There is a dock at one point, child’s fantasy swing set, family size fire pit by a smaller private beach and another beach to soak in the sunsets and long views of the entire lake. There are natural walkways and professionally hards caped pathways and patios. Enjoy huge gatherings on the wide open level grassy area by the main beach. It is the ideal venue for special occasions and family reunions.

The Main Lodge at Umbrella Point

Spending time with your most cherished family and closest friends is not about being in pretentious surroundings. Moments here include sitting around the comfortable couch and chairs in the classic living room with vaulted ceilings and lake decor and massive fireplace. Someone in the crowd may play the antique piano while the rest will gladly sing out of tune. A quiet reading moment on the leather chair in the corner. Mornings around the vintage kitchen on the large table lit by the antler inspired light. Kids will play Rock Scissors Paper to decide the lucky ones who get to sleep in the loft above the porch area or the coveted beach side canopy bed adorned with lights and vines.
