2024 Prestige Awards Event Booklet

The Board of Directors and staff of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association would like to welcome everyone here tonight to the 2024 Prestige Awards!

This event has been 10 years in the making. As you sit here this evening with the lights, the music, the decorations and the fantastic media program, remember that every detail of this evening has been planned by a volunteer committee. To date, the Prestige Committee has raised more than $56,000 from sponsorships alone! Mere words cannot describe how impressive it is for any association to have this many wonderful members step forward to honor the best in the local multifamily housing industry.

Good luck and congratulations to all the finalists and winners of the 2024 Prestige Awards. We had more than 150 people nominated for 11 categories with 93 candidates proceeding through the personal interviews. We also exceeded our expectations with 136 category entries for the member and associate awards. Because of all your hard work all year round, everyone goes home a winner tonight!

The judging this year was as intense as ever. Four different individuals from within our industry but outside our market participated in personal Zoom interviews on three different days with candidate interviews being every 10 minutes. For the company awards, four individuals from two separate markets judged all the entries in all the categories to arrive with the scores.

Once again, thank you to all the members who have made this event happen through sponsorships, planning and, more importantly, by entering your personnel and properties. Without your enthusiastic participation, tonight would not be possible.

Welcome to the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association 2024 Prestige Awards!

Most of you know that an event of this caliber does not just happen, but rather it is the culmination of hard work and dedicated hours by many volunteers and the Apartment Association staff. Tonight would not be possible without their efforts and determination.

It has been a pleasure to serve as co-chairs for this event and have the opportunity to work with such wonderful people. A special thank you goes out to the entire committee as well as Michele Klusman with the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association for all the work behind the scenes to pull this event together.

Pete Regules has worked at CORT for over 30 years and currently serves as the Vice President: Residential National Accounts. He has held leadership positions within numerous associations including the National Apartment Association.

During his career, Pete has been an industry speaker, event emcee, teacher, and an award winner, including induction into the Florida Apartment Association Hall of Fame, NAA Paragon Award and receiving the NAA Lifetime Achievement Award. He has contributed to countless industry publications and is known to many as the “Doctor of Fun”.
