L E T T E R From the Lt. G Hi Owlets! Summer vacation is just a few days away, and everyone is excited to be free from school and the massive load of homework everyday. However, even though school is out, Key Club still goes on in the summer! During the summer, I will still be holding DCMs every month. Be sure to keep updated and remember to send at least two officers from your club to represent your school. In addition, summer rallies will also take place through July and August. The date for Portland Area Rally is July 11, and it will be held at Century High School in Hillsboro, Oregon. This event is a great way to get officer training for the following school year, and also a fun way to meet the other divisions and Key Clubbers. A buddy system (see page _) will be implemented this year, and the division that bring in the most buddies will have a bigger chance of winning the spirit stick. Remember to keep volunteering and serving over the summer, keep cool, and have fun! In Love and Service,

Michelle Chang Lieutenant Governor Division 45 Pacific Northwest Key Club International (360)602-2010 michellechang98629@gmail.com

Just a few weeks ago, India is confirmed to be free of MNT! Being one of the most densely populated countries in the world, this is an incredible feat that couldn’t have been accomplished without your help. This year, PNW District Key Club’s goal is to raise $75,000 for the Eliminate Project. As we continue to contribute to the overall goal of $110 million for the Kiwanis project, keep in mind that every little thing you do makes a big difference!
