L E T T E R From the Lt. G Hi Owlets! Summer seemed to pass by in a blink of an eye as the school year starts again. You might be dreading to wake up at 5 in the morning everyday to attend school, but don’t forget—the start of a new school year means the beginning of a fantastic Key Club year! September calls for a busy month of recruiting new members, promoting your club, and beginning new service projects during the new school year. From trick-or-treating for UNICEF to volunteering at the Clark County Food Bank, there will be many volunteering opportunities available throughout the fall months. In addition, the September DCM will be happening later this month (see page 10 for more details). Whether you’re a new member or have been in the club for multiple years, DCMs are great events to attend with friends to learn more about the leadership service club that’s around. Enjoy the first issue of the Hoot of the new school year! In Love and Service,

Michelle Chang Lieutenant Governor Division 45 Pacific Northwest Key Club International (360)602-2010 michellechang98629@gmail.com
