INTRODUCTION The market for microfiber product is growing rapidly worldwide but the market share is still lower than cotton product, more over in Indonesia. It is needed more concern and investment for exploring market, local market research, promotional cost, market entrance cost, etc. But sooner or later, eventually the market is in mutual and Most End-Users know and perceive it is worth with paying to Microfiber Cloth even little expensive relatively to cotton cloth which widely used by End-Users in Home, Restaurant, Hotel, etc. Microfiber product benefits far outweigh the cost. We commit to inform these benefits to those who needs cleaner and healthier environment.

The company founder has been in this industry in the very beginning of microfiber industry for many years. Began working in Miracle Net Ltd (www.miraclekorea.com ) which is then acquired by The Willbes & Co Ltd. (www.willbes.com ). Both are in South Korea. Miracle Net Ltd. is the leading company in microfiber field which supply microfiber product to many multinational company, meanwhile The Willbes & Co Ltd., is A Major supplier for Major customer such as WALLMART, GAP, TARGET, etc. PT Mipacko Farrela is the company specialized in manufacturing only microfiber related products since foundation. We are the real pioneer in Microfiber industry in Indonesia, building up strategic partnership to manufacture our own microfiber yarn with Korean factory in Indonesia that has been in textile industry since early seventies ( 1973 ). Our product is guaranteed same as Korean product because of using Korean microfiber and producing end product with Korean technology. We purchase high quality microfiber yarn (AAA Grade), we design final product with concern in many details and develop costefficient product that gives best benefit for the customers and end user. This is not only tag line or jargon; this is the way we do the business.

ď ˝

ď ˝

The factory has been certified with OEKO-TEX (an international testing and certification system for textiles, guaranteed using no harmful substance) and ISO 9001 (Standard for Quality Management Systems).

Customers may customize and give private label our products to suit their needs. Benefits: 

Customers can custom order products by fabric structure, size, color, composition and design to accommodate individual needs and brand the products with their own artwork, logos, labels, and packaging, but must refer to MOQ (negotiable quantity). Customer may want only purchase roll dyed fabric which is then manufactured (cutting to packaging) in to finished good in buyer side. For customers in Indonesia: Products can be warehoused per customers’ inventory stock requirements and do not have to deal with manufacturing, foreign/domestic trade, importing and customs issues.

WHAT IS MICROFIBER? Microfiber is the terminology used to describe ultra-fine manufactured fibers and the name given to the technology of developing these fibers. The fabrics made from these extra-fine fibers provide a superior hand, and incredible softness that come in cloth, towel, Mop, and many customizes application such as bath robe, baby towel etc. Many definition about microfiber yarn ,but mostly saying in general term that, yarn which is less than 1 denier. The name microfiber refers to the technology of developing ultra-fine fibers measuring only 0.006mm in diameter which means 10 times finer than silk, 30 times finer than cotton, 40 times finer than wool, and 100 times finer than human hair. Just one pound of fibers could wrap around the earth's equator more than 10 times. The diameter or fineness of a continuous or filament fiber—the lower the number, the finer the fiber, which in turn is more effective for cleaning surfaces.

ď ˝

There are four types of synthetic microfibers being produced but state-of-the-art fabrics for Microfibre cleaning cloths most commonly used in creation of two polymers, that is, nylon and polyester. Polyester is lyophilic which ensures affinity to dirt and oil while Polyamide (Nylon ) is hydrophilic which ensures water absorption.

ď ˝

The typical ratio of the two polymer blend is 80% polyester and 20% polyamide; a 70/30 blend will absorb water faster. As polyamide is much more expensive than polyester, it is expected to pay more for a 70/30 blend. While it's true that polyamide is more absorbent than polyester, a towel made from a blend of 70% polyester and 30% polyamide is not necessarily a better drying towel than an 80/20 blend (respectively). The weave and fiber treatment (splitting) will determine the wicking ability of the towel as much or more than the material blend. Without Splitting Process, there is no different with Normal synthetic (polyester) yarn. This is a process of splitting polyester and nylon creating millions of crevices in numerous wedge ( 16 splitable cross section / 16 different segments in “V shape / Star shape groove), it is also what so called weight deduction process since some part of polyester is dissolved by NaOH solution ( Sodium hydroxide ). Utilizing a flawed process of splitting will reduce the quality of microfiber fabric. It has to be done perfectly; too much splitting causes the yarn to break down and too little splitting causes the yarn to lose its good function.

ď ˝ ď ˝

ď ˝

Why Microfiber cloth is so effective for cleaning and toweling. Fine Fibres Microfibres penetrate into surfaces at a finer level than normal fibres removing higher levels of dirt and grease whilst and creating a larger overall surface area 40 times greater than that of a regular fiber due to weakening the uprightness of the fibres. And it creates Static electricity, like a magnet, polyester and polyamide which has a natural positive electric charge that will attract the negatively charged dust, dirt, pollen, mite, more over clean at a microscopic level such as bacteria, so that chemical use is reduced or not required giving environmental savings through the reduction in chemicals released into the environment.

 

Capillary Power This is created because of the millions of uneven fibers created during the splitting process, which makes the products absorb extremely well (seven times its own weight in water ). When used damp the extremely fine fibres create a capillary effect within the cloth sucking up and holding liquid/dirt from the surface into the inner fibres of the cloth. Although the products may be the same size the actual surface area of Microfibres is much larger. As microfibres are so fine, the surface of the product is increased and the area for storing dirt and grease through capillary action is far greater than in traditional products. With the effect of capillary action ‘sucking’ the dirt/moisture from the surface the dirt and grease is retained within the fibres and only minute particles are released back onto the surface – removing the need for a second drying pass (evaporate it). Dries in 1/3 the time of ordinary cleaning towels.

ď ˝

ď ˝

The sharp edges of millions of these fibers cut through dried-in stains, attracting and absorbing dirt and micro-particles, enabling the fiber to clean and polish at the same time, eliminating the need for additional chemical cleansers. Therefore, only water is needed as a detergent to clean any type of surface. All of these advantage make microfiber product last so long it far outweigh the cost difference to Cotton cleaning cloth or cotton mop.
