ERIMUS SINGERS: RUTTER MAGNIFICAT Erimus Singers are a 16-piece chamber choir based made up of singers from the Tees Valley area. THE UNTHANKS

After a sell-out tour of his house in 2020 (extended into 2021 due to popular demand), Ol’ Broken Pancreas is charged up and ready to flick the switch on another night of attention seeking.

The Unthanks return to live touring after two years off the road, with the rich and colourful sound of their eleven-piece ensemble, showcasing forthcoming new album, Sorrows Away, alongside favourites such as Magpie, The King Of Rome and Mount The Air.

ROYAL NORTHERN SINFONIA Everyone’s got their own favourite bit of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons: the birdsong of Spring, the downpours of Summer, the celebrations of Autumn or the icy shiver of Winter. Rachel Podger is an expert on baroque music, as well as a dazzling violinist. He’s back! It’s been a busy few years for Jason since his last smash-hit stand up show but fans of his Absolute Radio show will know this nationally acclaimed comedian hasn’t changed a bit. ‘Like Me’ is Jason’s latest comic offering set to hit the road.

Join Jack Dee, Star of TV sitcoms Bad Move, Lead Balloon and Josh, Jack also hosts the legendary Radio 4 show I’m Sorry I Haven’t A Clue, for an evening of entertainment (food and beverages not included) in his new stand-up tour. “In these difficult and uncertain times people need hope – a ray of sunshine to brighten their day. And that’s very much where I come in” says Jack.

The space is set up café style, with small round tables, and we serve drinks and cake prior to the performance, which you can enjoy while you listen. This concert brings a traditional programme of exciting and vibrant works for violin and piano by John Hutchinson and Daniel Ropota.

Having recently celebrated 50 years of being one of the naughtiest comics in show business, Roy ‘Chubby’ Brown is back with brand-new material to keep people laughing across the country.

Dom Joly is best known as the creator of Trigger Happy TV. And now the writer and broadcaster is undertaking his first UK tour since 2011, giving fans a rare opportunity to see him live.

FIREMAN SAM SAVES THE CIRCUS Join Sam, Penny, Elvis, Station Officer Steele and Norman in an all singing, dancing, action-packed show. You can become a fire-fighter cadet and then watch the magic of the circus.

With lively warmups, choreography and dramatic delivery this workshop will be a whistle stop tour of all the famous musical numbers from one of the world’s most popular operas.

PARKING Middlesbrough Town Hall has no on-site parking, however parking is available throughout the town centre.

ACCESS INFORMATION

Council car parks

Any customer who requires a Personal Assistant to be present in order for them to access the venue and evacuate it in an emergency is entitled to a free ticket for their assistant.

All council car parks are free after 6pm. Those close to the Town Hall include mima, on-street at Albert Road, Baker and Bedford Streets, France Street (white bays), Buxton Street and Gurney Street (white bays).

Visitors to the Town Hall during the evening can park at the nearby Cleveland Centre car park for just £1.50 between 6pm and midnight.

Disabled (Blue Badge) parking Blue Badge holders can park free of charge in any bay in Council operated car parks (apart from the designated electric vehicle-only bays in Zetland and Captain Cook Square multi-storey car parks). Legislation also allows Blue Badge holders to park free of charge and without time limit in any on-street pay and display or limited waiting parking bays. This is clearly stated in the guidance issued to all Blue Badge holders when they receive or renew their badges.

Once you have presented your proof to the Box Office, you will not need to show it again for 12 months from that date in order to be entitled to Personal Assistant tickets. Please note Personal Assistant tickets can only be purchased in person or by phone.
