Council car parks
Any customer who requires a Personal Assistant to be present in order for them to access the venue and evacuate it in an emergency is entitled to a free ticket for their assistant.
All council car parks are free after 6pm. Those close to the Town Hall include mima, on-street at Albert Road, Baker and Bedford Streets, France Street (white bays), Buxton Street and Gurney Street (white bays).

This is clearly stated in the guidance issued to all Blue Badge holders when they receive or renew their badges.
