Line Items for Preliminary Cost Estimate (Revised) Project: Interior Renovations Greenwood Memorial United Methodist Church 378A Washington Street Boston, MA 02124 Client: Greenwood Memorial United Methodist Church Project #:2821 Date: May 5, 2009 The proposed project involves interior renovations to the basement of a wood siding Church with wood framing and a stone foundation. The approximate area of renovation is 4100SF and scope of work consists of minor demolition and new construction as shown in concept drawings prepared by Studio G architects dated May 5th 2009, and as outlined below. See attached copies of MEPFP and Structural reports for building repairs/upgrades. WINDOWS: Exterior window repairs/replacement (as allowed by Mass Preservation) – Provide replacement wood single-hung windows at Basement. Interior transoms – Provide wood framed glass transom, matching existing transom in style and size (see Interior elevations). DOORS: Interior doors – Provide 6 solid core wood doors with full glasslites, and 4 solid core wood doors with 25” high glass lites. Glasslites to be tempered glass. Movable partition at Vestry – Provide 10’ high movable partition with integral hinged door to allow passage when the partitions are closed. Each partition panel to be 4’ wide (total of 11 panels) sound proof units with wood veneer finish by Panelfold, Modernfold, or Hufcor. Movable partition at Stage – Provide 8’ high movable partition. Each partition panel to be 4’ wide (total of 7 panels) sound proof units with wood veneer finish by Panelfold, Modernfold, or Hufcor. FINISHES: Interior doors and window trims – Provide 3 ½” wide profile wood trim. Interior wood stain – Provide semi-transparent wood stain and polyurethane finish for doors and windows. (3 coats minimum).
