Foreword It is a great honor for me to open this application for Local Committee Vice President of AIESEC in National University of Mongolia for the term 16-17 with full of excitement. This application if only for VP position for OGX and ICX functions. Further applications will include back-office functions. After going from member to LCP of this entity, the highlight of my journey so far would be my LCVP term for 14-15. Who I was then and who I become after my experience had a big difference. I become a leader who cares about what my members’ experience. Since that time I have talked to lot of people, who started everything when they were a VP. They learn who they are, what they want in life, why they are doing this. And if you take this kind of experience, I am sure you would have the unique experience that you have never imagined before. I as current LCP, encourage you to apply for one of these positions to challenge, know, learn about yourself and how and why you are doing this

Expected from a LCVP - Workload for LCVP is 20 hours weekly (not paid) - LCVP must attend National conferences, events and meetings - LCVP must be present in Mongolia during his/her term at least 11 months - As EB team member, LCVP must ensure the growth of the entity - Understanding international and local trends - Be the role model for the members

Include 2-3 facts and trends • What are your strategies to boost oGCDP as main product of AIESEC in NUM? Include synergy strategies and initiatives • What are your key initiatives for your team?

Election Procedure • Application deadline 4th of March, 11.59PM • LCVP Vote of Confidence election will take place on 6th of March, candidate list will be finalized on 4th of February • Interview with current/elect LCP from 7th to 10th of March after VoC (current LCP has the right to exclude any candidate before and after the election until 16-17 term starts if the candidate or elect does not meet the requirements of LCVP role) • Voting at LCVP VoC election will be open to full members of AIESEC in NUM and every member and VPs will have 1 voting right!
