Ease of access for parking.
The site is located on the banks of the lake Agasthya in Badami, Bagalkot District, Karnataka. Surrounded by red sandstone boulders on three sides, it gives a scenic view of the Agasthya lake and the Badami Caves to the south. Microclimate winds blow from South to North supporting the gusting winds through the oriďŹ ce between the sandstone boulders on the west.

The site is located on the banks of the river Sitanadi near Hebri. Located at the foothills of the Western Ghats, the site demands the use of sustainable materials and construction at the same time fulďŹ lling aesthetic and luxurious requirement of a resort.

Resort focuses on having a lesser footprint on the site by decreasing the amount of R.C.C and use of more alternative technologies and local materials. This lessens the embodied energy of the built structure hence improving the life cycle of the built structures. Outdoor and semi outdoor spaces optimized for outdoor feel.
