St. John’s Cathedral Children’s Ministry Children’s Chapel This is a child-friendly version of the Liturgy of the Word. Children come into the Cathedral in time to join parents for Communion. We offer Children’s Chapel for the first part of the 9:00 am service for children ages 3 and up, in Saint Francis Chapel.
Godly Play In Godly Play we create a space where children can see, hear, and wonder about stories from the Bible and our Episcopal tradition. Interactive “work” time, prayers, and community feast (snack) follow each story. Pre-K meets in Room 103, K-1st grade in Room 101, and 2nd-3rd grade in Room 202 at 10:15 am each Sunday.

SOWHAT SOWHAT stands for: Stories, Outreach, Wonder, Holy Spirit, Arts, & Theology. This year we will focus on the goodness of God’s creation. 4th-5th graders are invited to join us for this fun and engaging class in Room 204 at 10:15 am each Sunday.
