Welcome to another action-packed issue of the Get Up & GO! It's April which means Spring has arrived, and fun activities are popping up all month!

Run on over to the Hardstand Fitness Center on Friday, April 12th to show your best RAFM support in the Tri-Base 10k! Then the very next Friday, April 19th, enjoy our ever popular food truck rally located at Hangar 803 from 11 am to 7 pm. And stick around because from 7-9 pm, there is a free comedy show at the club featuring BBC comedian, Aaron Jay! (Please note this is an adult-only show.)

The Galaxy Club keeps the fun going with a members free lunch on Wednesday, April 17th, the always anticipated Steak Night on the 24th, and test your Titanic trivia knowledge in the Sports Bar on the 25th.

Not to be outdone, Outdoor Rec has oodles of opportunities - everything from land to sea to even goat yoga! Check out the fun on pages 28-31.

However, families must have a referral voucher or certificate at the time of registration issued by a Unit Commander, First Sergeant, Chaplain, doctor/ medical professional, Family Advocacy, Youth Programs or Child Development Center Director, or the Military & Family Readiness Center.
