*Boot Camp: 60 minute class that incorporates free weights and other modes of resistance training to improve full body strength and support structures. Who doesn’t love strong joints and bones!

*Core & More: 45 minute class designed to help strengthen those core muscles that are vital in improving and preserving everyday stability and movement.

*Cycling: 45 min of upbeat music with sprints, climbs, and jumps on a spin bike including warm-up and cool-down. Designed to challenge cardiovascular system, core strength and lower body endurance.

*Family High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): 45 minute class. Whole family welcome. Allow the little ones to play with one another while you push your mind and body to new limits. Challenging your heart rate in short intervals with recovery periods in between performing various weighted and unweighted strength exercises.

*Power Pump: 45 minute class consisting of weighted bars lifting for a high number of sets and reps with short rest periods. Great for endurance and cardiovascular conditioning for the entire body!

*Spin & Shred: 45 minute class including 30 min of indoor cycling with a warm-up and cool-down and 15 minutes of core and upper body work. Great low impact alternative to running, especially for those with joint pain.

*Total Body Conditioning: 30 minute class that focuses on full body muscular and cardiovascular endurance using free weights and bodyweight movements.

Virtual Yoga & Yoga:

60 minutes of relaxing ways to improve flexibility, balance, core strength, and mental health. Each instructor brings their own unique flow and modifications to help guide you through your own practice.

Yoga & Strength: 60 minute class taking yoga to the next level! Challenge your practice by adding in some free weights.

ZUMBATM : 60 minute class designed to combine the fun of dancing with cardiovascular conditioning. High energy and fast paced with Latin and urban vibes combined with dance moves. Choreography is broken down step by step making it easy to follow along for all levels.

WHAT KIND OF TRAINING WILL I RECEIVE?

All of our staff must complete 15 self study module courses within 18 months. This will be specific to early childhood related topics - everything from cognitive development to working with families! They also receive pediatric CPR training, medication administration training, child abuse identification, prevention and reporting training, ServSafe food handlers training and much more in a hands on environment!
