Guidance for Sailors transitioning from active to reserve issued From Navy Personnel Command Public Affairs MILLINGTON, Tenn. (NNS) — The Navy announced guidance streamlining the transition from active duty to Selected Reserves (SELRES) through Perform to Serve (PTS) or Early Career Transition Program (ECTP) in a message released June 5.

NAVADMIN 179/12 outlines a new process for active duty and full-time-support Sailors transitioning to the SELRES via PTS or ECTP to receive Navy Personnel Command (NPC)-funded separation orders with an intermediate stop at their requested Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC).

“The benefit is a seamless transition from active duty to the Reserves,”said Master Chief Navy

Counselor (SW/AW) Joe Mack, NPC Career Transition Office (CTO). “Before Navy established CTO, a Sailor would have to separate from the Navy and contact a Reserve recruiter in order to join the Reserves,which could take months.CTO continues to streamline the process.”

According to the message, Sailors who receive a SELRES quota through PTS or ECTP must use Career Management System/Interactive Detailing (CMS/ID) to select a NOSC nearest to the area they intend to reside after release from active duty.

Working with their command career counselor, a completed Reserve affiliation screening checklist must be forwarded to CTO to ensure completion of all required enlistment and Reserve affiliation documents prior to the Sailor beginning terminal leave.

Transitioning Sailors who complete this process at least two months prior to separation will receive funded orders from their command to their NOSC where they will complete their release from active duty (separation) processing and Reserve affiliation. Under this process, Sailors affiliating with a NOSC greater than 50 miles from their residence are authorized up to three days per diem while completing their active duty — See Transition, Page 14

The primary goal of the CCR is to provide a summary of the quality of drinking water supplied during the past calendar year (2011). The CCR includes a table listing all contaminants detected in the finished water at levels above the Environmental Protection Agency’s prescribed minimum detection limits. The report also includes information on the sources of water, health effects, compliance status, and other related information about your drinking water.

Two former presidents, families visit USS George H.W. Bush

BY LT. ANDREW BROD NAS Oceana Chaplain When I was a young chaplain candidate, I did an on the job training (OJT) at Marine Officer Candidate School at Quantico, Va. in the heat of June. The supervising chaplain consistently encouraged us to get involved as much as possible with the companies of officer candidates. I took it upon myself to join one company on a camping trip (I’m sure they called it something way cooler than that) that ended in a nice nine-mile“nature walk” through the woods at a ridiculous pace, with a full pack in the dark of night.

Just as we were to begin the hike, I noticed a corpsman who was preparing to drive a van behind us in case anyone fell out. I briefly consulted with him and proceeded to empty my pack of everything but three pairs of socks and some moleskin as I knew my rookie feet and back wouldn’t fare very well in the leisurely stroll ahead. Every three miles we stopped and I changed my socks and refilled my 100-ounce CamelBak. The final half mile was uphill and Chaplain Candidate Brod was worn out. I was physically pulling my legs up and gasping for air, water, hope... whatever.

Then I noticed one of the drill sergeants, a fine physical specimen, literally sprinting up and down the hill between the ranks with a full pack on, encouraging us to keep going, to give our best effort, and that the end was near. As I watched him bound back and forth, the conclusion that I came to was… this wasn’t his first hike. He had been just like me at some point in his life, his feet probably hurt years ago, and he was out of breath and about to die sometime in his life like me; but today he was the pinnacle of fitness and “Marine-ness.”

This same principle carries over into our spiritual lives.In the book of James,chapter 1,verses 1-4,it says, “Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Bush, his wife, Barbara, their son, former President George W. Bush, and other family members toured the carrier just off the coast of Maine, where the family has a home.

ATLANTIC OCEAN — USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) hosted the ship’s namesake, former President George H.W. Bush, and his son, former President George W. Bush, for a promotion and reenlistment ceremony off the coast of Kennebunkport, Maine, June 10.

“It’s a great honor to be out here,”said George H.W.Bush.

“I’m thrilled to be on this vessel that bears my name, and I’m very proud of all of those that re-up’d for the service to our great country.”

The ship’s sponsor, Doro Bush Koch, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and other members of the Bush family accompanied the Navy’s newest aircraft carrier during a regularly scheduled training evolution to encourage the crew and heighten their morale.

While onboard CVN 77, the former presidents presided over a mass reenlistment, enlisted advancements, and officer promotions.This ceremony was the highlight of the visit and the crew to expressed their gratitude towards the ship’s namesake.

“Today we are honored to have our namesake available to reenlist 77 George H.W. Bush Sailors, promote seven officers to the next rank, and advance Sailors through our Command Advancement Program (CAP),” said Capt. Brian E. Luther, the ship’s commanding officer.“They are the true spirit of this great ship, and as with their namesake, represent the past, the present and the future of our Navy.”

Navy standardizes command qualifications From Chief of Naval Personnel Public Affairs WASHINGTON (NNS) ---- Chief of Naval OperationsAdm. Jonathan Greenert, approved an instruction governing the Navy’s Command Qualification Program June 4,setting the standards for qualifying and screening Navy commanding officers.

OPNAV Instruction 1412.14 guides officer communities on how to formally establish a written command qualification program and how to formally screen prospective officers for command.

Prior to the release of this instruction, command qualifications were left to the individual officer communities.

Following an internal review of the different programs, leadership determined common threads needed for effective command which could be highlighted during a standardized screening and qualification process.

“This program will strengthen the caliber of our leaders and provide for a more ready, capable fleet by ensuring

we select the right people for command by adhering to clear, consistent professional qualification standards. This process recognizes each community’s unique professional standards, while reinforcing the necessarily high expectations we hold for those in command Navywide,”explained Adm. John Harvey, commander, U.S. Fleet Forces.

While the instruction primarily provides guidance to community leaders and mandates standards, it also contains some requirements and expectations for prospective commanders. During Command Leadership School (CLS), which is now mandatory, candidates will complete a written examination that covers specific professional knowledge requirements and participate in a 360 degree assessment of their strengths and weaknesses with the help of certified counselors.

Capt. Michael Slotsky, commanding officer of CLS, explained how the students will be impacted by the training.

Since social media is an open forum, the community needs to be informed of the doâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s and donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;ts of posting. This makes a command policy a valuable part of social media posting. â&#x20AC;&#x153;Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s imperative that social media content managers have a posting policy when engaging on social media and then stick to it.

This includes rules regarding third-party advertising, comments that violate operational security, and ensuring that the community is respectful of others,â&#x20AC;?Donnelly added.

Social media allows deployed members to stay in touch with their loved ones at home, reconnects long lost friends and also makes it possible to stay connected through electronic devices around the clock. With the convenience of instant communication,service members and their families are encouraged to appreciate this opportunity while practicing operation security and to be mindful of what information they share on the Internet.

Air Traffic Control Symposium looks toward the future for Sailors, Marines

BY MC3 CHRISTOPHER FARRINGTON Navy Public Affairs Support Element West SAN DIEGO (NNS) — More than 150 Sailors and Marines attended the Navy and Marine Corps Air Traffic Control (ATC) Symposium to reflect on the past and discuss the future of the ATC community, June 5.

The symposium hosted by the Air Traffic Control Association, was designed to assist Navy and Marine Corps air traffic controllers in learning about the current projects of the ATC community, the changes in military and civil aviation, and the way forward for Navy and Marine Corps air traffic controllers.

“Technologies are emerging that will change the way ATC is operated in the fleet, and it’s important for Sailors and Marines to stay up to date on what’s happening in their community,”Said Capt.Brett Easler,director of the Naval Air Space and Air Traffic Control Standards and Evaluation Agency.

Among the topics of discussion were updates to naval aviation, changes within the national airspace system, new equipment capabilities and advancement opportunities.

The symposium also provided an opportunity to formally recognize the Navy 2011 Air Traffic Control Electronics Technician and Air Traffic Controller of the Year.

Air Traffic Controller (AC) 1st Class Megan R. Bench, assigned to Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island, Wash. was humbled by her selection as Air Traffic Controller of the Year.

“It was a humbling experience to be awarded for my hard work and dedication in my duties,” said Bench.“I owe all of my success to my crew who worked hard alongside me and helped give me the tools necessary to excel in my job.”

“It’s important to recognize these Sailors for all the hard work and long hours they put into their jobs on a daily basis, said Rear Adm. Chris Sadler, deputy commander of Naval Air Forces.

Sadler said the symposium will reinforce the professional excellence of the ATC community and help enhance retention within that career field.

“As the ATC community changes and we enhance equipment capabilities it’s important that every member of the team operates efficiently and works as a team to get the job done,” said Sadler. : sion

BLUE BLASTERS’ FAMILY READINESS GROUP PROVIDING SUPPORT DURING DEPLOYMENT

CHELSEA DECKER VFA-34 Public Affairs Officer The Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 34 Family Readiness Group (FRG) is a volunteer organization that provides support to service members and their families at the command level, enabling them to meet the challenges of Navy life. Its priorities are to prepare members for deployment, support one another in times of personal or unit crises, mentor members who are new to the Navy, and coordinate social events to help form lasting friendships. To accomplish these, the FRG relies on family members at home to form a strong organization that works well together to promote a team effort and bring out the best in a challenging environment,such as the“Blue Blasters” current deployment on board USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72).

VFA-34 FRG President Rachel Grzech, wife of Aviation Machinist’s Mate (AD) 2nd Class Jacob Grzech, has a sense of pride and devotion to her duties at home.“The FRG is meant to be the support structure

for the families and Sailors. In order to be successful as a support structure, we are readily available and willing to help through every hardship,available for every celebration, and take great pains to ensure that everyone gets what they need from the FRG,” she explained in an email.

“We have focused on becoming a great resource for information, as well as a fun place to socialize.We know that support is needed on every front and we have done our best to make that happen.Without the FRG, I feel many family members would feel isolated and have a tougher time handling deployment. We are here for every person, no matter what,” said Grzech.

To welcome Blue Blaster babies, the FRG provided new mothers with baby clothes, diapers and babysitting services.

Members have also improved the morale

of Sailors at sea, sending small gifts and reminders of home such as Christmas bags, individually addressed Valentines, and mini beach balls with small jars of sand from Virginia Beach.

VFA-34 FRG’s efforts have made an enormous difference in the lives of Sailors and their families during this eight month deployment. It has been a uniting force throughout VFA-34, appreciated by young airmen and chiefs alike.

The Virginia Beach Elks Lodge 2268 hosted a Flag Day Observance, June 10 at the POW/MIA Park on Oceana Boulevard. Flag Day was first observed nationally 96 years ago and is now officially celebrated June 14, and the week which began June 10 is National Flag Week. During the observance, veterans from World War II, the Korean War, Vietnam and Afghanistan wars each presented historic U.S. flags. Retired Marine Corps Col. The event included Sailors ranging from E-4 to O-5 in an effort by Navy leadership to use new technology and the tech savvy of younger Sailors.

“Junior leaders can be our most creative demographic,” said Rear Adm.Terry B.Kraft,commander NWDC.“They are very comfortable with new technologies and new ideas.What we find is that the people who are actually doing the job sometimes are the best at helping us realize how we can do our jobs better.”

BEACH FUN RUN brings together NMITC, elementary school students

More than a 100 service members participated in the 7th annual NMITC Beach Fun Run. Children from Princess Anne Elementary School in Virginia Beach performed warmup exercises, such as push-ups and mountain climbers and ran in formation with military members at Dam Neck.

Students, who excelled at their school’s Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run (PACER) fitness test, earned the opportunity to leave school for the morning to participate in the run along the beach at Dam Neck Annex.

First time fun-run participant, 11-year-old Melanie Wells, said the event inspired her and she plans to share that motivation back home.“I would do it again,” said Wells.“I want my parents to run with me because it’s fun.”

Vouchers offer accelerated path to officer graduate education

BY ED BARKER Naval Education and Training Command PENSACOLA, Fla. (NNS) â&#x20AC;&#x201D; Naval ofďŹ cers unable to pursue full-time graduate studies have an additional education option with the FY-13 Graduate Education Voucher (GEV) program, announced June 5.

Detailed in Naval Administrative Message (NAVADMIN) 180/12, the GEV program offers eligible ofďŹ cers the opportunity to receive funded graduate education during off-duty hours.

Through GEV, unrestricted line (URL) ofďŹ cers can apply to receive funding for Navy-relevant graduate education meeting the requirements of at least one subspecialty code, as speciďŹ ed by the Navy Subspecialty System. â&#x20AC;&#x153;Many ofďŹ cers ďŹ nd that their career paths will not easily allow the latitude for full-time education at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Naval War College or other institutions,â&#x20AC;? said Cheral Wintling, Graduate Education coordinator for Naval Education and Training Command (NETC). â&#x20AC;&#x153;The GEV program offers a path to an off-duty masterâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s degree with ďŹ nancial support of up to $20,000 per ďŹ scal year, with a total limit of $40,000 for the entire course of study.â&#x20AC;?

Building resilient 21st Century Sailors and Marines: Thereâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s an app for that From Navy Personnel Command Public Affairs SAN DIEGO (NNS) â&#x20AC;&#x201D; Representatives from the Navy Personnel Research Studies and Technology (NPRST) laboratory briefed attendees of the Navy Combat and Operational Stress Control conference May 24 on the ďŹ ndings of focus groups looking at smart phone applications being tested by the Navy.

The research directly supports the 21st Century Sailor and Marine initiative which is a set of objectives and policies, new and existing, designed to maximize each Sailorâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s and Marineâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s personal readiness and to hone the most combat effective force in the history of the Department of the Navy.

The two apps are Tactical Breather and Mood Tracker. The focus groups assessed Sailor views of these currently available government-sponsored stress apps. Focus groups were conducted at Naval Support Activity Mid-South, Naval Station Everett, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Naval Base Kitsap, Naval Station Mayport, Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Submarine Base Kings Bay and included Sailors from E1-E6 and O1-O3.

used, with practice, to control physiological and psychological responses to stress.

Focus group participant Personnel Specialist 1st Class Amy Hanlon from NPC,OfďŹ cer Inter-service Transfers, said she felt that theTactical Breather would be useful for all Sailors but that the techniques should be learned in advance. â&#x20AC;&#x153;I would think the Tactical Breather would be useful when someone was at a high-stress moment but it would have to be something that was taught before it was needed,â&#x20AC;? said Hanlon. â&#x20AC;&#x153;We would want to have this already taught and in our toolbox, ready to use when we needed it.â&#x20AC;?

The Mood Tracker requires users to selfmonitor emotional experiences associated with common deploymentrelated behavioral health issues ranging from post-traumatic stress to depression and anxiety. Operation Sail Inc. (OpSail) Virginia and the U.S. Navy held the opening ceremony for OpSail Virginia 2012 celebrating the bicentennial of the War of 1812 and StarSpangled Banner at the Half Moone Cruise Ship Terminal June 8.

The non-profit organization, OpSail, is committed to promoting goodwill among nations and commemorating American maritime history.This year is the first in which the organization has partnered with the U.S. Navy to support international goodwill and naval history.

“This is the first major protocol reception bringing together all of the major forces that are involved in OpSail,”said Janet Bell,producer of the mayor’s reception and governor’s state events for OpSail 2012 Virginia. “The Navy, our military, international military diplomats, the ships and many different venues from around the world are involved in OpSail.”

OpSail Virginia included the Patriotic Festival at the Virginia Beach oceanfront June 1 - 3 and featured several historic outlets and other festivities through June 12.The event included participating tall historic ships from several different countries,fireworks,concerts,festivals,a chef’s challenge and educational events and programs.

The U.S. Coast Guard’s signature ship, Eagle, led the parade into Hampton Roads and the multipurpose amphibi-

ous assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) served as the official viewing platform for the parade. Many of the military and civilian ships were open for public tours throughout the event.

There are about a dozen tall ships from all over the world,said Paul D.Fraim,mayor of Norfolk.There are 22 or 23 foreign naval vessels and it is one of the largest armadas ever to come to the area.

OpSail Virginia also featured a sunset parade at Town Point Park on June 10 by the U.S. Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon, based out of Marine Barracks Washington, D.C. The Culinary Institute of Virginia and OpSail 2012 Virginia held the Chef’s Challenge, which pitted the head chefs of U.S. and international tall ships and naval vessels, in a cook off in Norfolk.

Norfolk is one of several other ports that OpSail is visiting in addition to New Orleans, Baltimore and Boston.

“I think this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see all of these beautiful ships come into the harbor and enjoy all the festivities that are planned for families in the city of Norfolk,” said Bell.“It’s a celebration like no other.”

Following the Blessing of the Fleet on June 12, OpSail 2012 ended in Norfolk as the tall and naval ships departed for their next port in Baltimore.

The new instruction also tasks affected officer communities to develop and prescribe a set of professional qualification and oral board standards that reflect the needs of their communities. Once an officer from their community has achieved the knowledge standards required, demonstrates mastery of the required skills, and sits an oral board with officers in command, community leaders will ensure their candidates receive a formal review by an administrative board.

Responsibility will no longer end at the change of command for the outgoing commander according to the new instruction.

Commanding officers being relieved by their executive officer as part of a community’s“fleet up”program will be required to certify, in writing, their executive officer is ready for the demands unique to their command.This letter will be reviewed by their immediate superior in command, who will endorse the certification to the type commander or community leader prior to the executive officer assuming command.

Speaking to the benefits these changes will have for the fleet, Vice Adm. Richard Hunt, commander, Naval Surface Forces said,“This program puts rigor back into the qualifications and requirements needed so we have our best leaders in command.”

In an emotional award ceremony, Kotheimer presented a letter of appreciation to Principal Krista Barton-Arnold for her 10-year participation with NMITC’s Partners in Education program.

Barton-Arnold expressed her appreciation, with not only NMITC’s service to the community, but also their continued efforts in motivating children’s lives.

“It’s really inspiring for children,” said Barton-Arnold. “They are more motivated when they work with the Navy and Marines. Physical fitness is something that we work on.”

“Why do we do it?” asked Frank Cubillo,

retired Marine Corps colonel and Princess Anne Elementary School volunteer who trained the students. “We do it because these kids are going to replace you, one day,” said Cubillo. “Give back to the community that you came from. You are their role model. Let this be a seed to plant in your head to participate in something as wonderful and meaningful as today.”

For 21 years, NMITC has partnered with local elementary schools in Virginia Beach and has been recognized by the Navy as outstanding partners in educational programs.

Recycled material yields realistic training target for air crews From U.S. Fleet Forces Command Pilots and helicopter crews training at the Dare County range in eastern North Carolina have a new target that’s a dead ringer for the kinds of missile-bearing coastal patrol ships designed that could pose a threat in a time of conflict.

But this realistic target is a custom-built shape crafted atop an old barge. It was produced on a modest budget to provide realistic training — and survive hit after hit on the training range.

The project was backed with funding from U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFF) and leadership from Fleet Area Control and Surveillance Facility,Virginia Capes (FACSFAC VACAPES). It marks a return to target training at the Long Shoal Naval Ordnance Area for the first time since 2003, when a refurbished target was destroyed by Hurricane Isabel.

After completing an environmental assessment of the barge and cleaning it, the target itself was designed, fabricated and completed — primarily from recycled materials — by Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD)’s Detachment Norfolk, Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations (ATMO) personnel. ATMO is comprised of civilians and contractors who provide targets to a wide range of training events. Gerritt Lang from Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) engineered a mooring system for the target. Additionally, a crew from the Ocean Construction Support Facility at St. Julien’s Creek Annex in Portsmouth, assisted with corrosion prevention, mounting mooring gear and the delivery of the barge to the range.

Lt. Cmdr. Martin Hill, operations and ranges at FACSFAC VACAPES, said the new target increases available training areas for pilots operating from bases in Hampton Roads.

“It adds an entire additional target area,” Hill said.“For naval aircraft, there is one main training range.There’s one set of targets that are close together, and adding Stumpy Point basically doubles the range availability.”

Hill said the target has already been of use, especially by

providing greater flexibility in the approaches helicopter crews can practice during training.That means more realistic training.

“The guys like it,” he said.“There are plenty of holes in it.”

The target supports increased training demand for helicopter crews at the Dare County range by providing a realistic coastal patrol target, said Mike Hohl, who oversees plans and resources for the USFF Fleet Training Directorate.

“It provides and additional target for our aviation units to use,”Hohl said.“The intent is to make sure everyone has target sets to train with. … It replicates a threat they may encounter.The available barge met the size of that, so we could replicate it. The ATMO guys said ‘can do.’ They’re very good at what they do, especially when it comes to providing target services.”

The target was delivered to Stumpy Point at the Navy Dare County Range in coastal North Carolina late last year, and is now seeing use at the range.

“All of this metal came from DRMO,”said Gary Houze of ATMO, discussing the Defense Readiness and Marketing Office, which handles the disposal and reuse of surplus military property.“No metal was bought for this project.”

“If we just went out to buy all this metal, you’re talking thousands and thousands of dollars,” added Steve Carlson, the NAWCAD Detachment Norfolk site lead.“The success story is the teamwork between Gary and his contractor team and ATMO.” The effort to build an old barge into a target “threat” that looks like a potentially hostile ship began about three years ago with planning, but the “build-out” was a process accomplished this past year — and only around ATMO’s many other duties.“We said we would take it on,as long as it does not interfere with our fleet training requirements,” Carlson said.

The ATMO crew took over the provision of air and surface targets for the Atlantic Fleet from Fleet Composite Squadron 6 in 2008. The team works closely with area training commands, such as Commander, Strike Forces

Training Atlantic and USFF, which oversees the preparation of Navy forces to face threats around the world when deployed.

“We build targets for training,” Houze said.“It may be a jet ski. It may be a 127-foot target boat.Whatever the fleet needs.”

This was a unique project, even for a crew that often builds the targets ships and aircraft will train with.

Carl Merkes, a welder and fabricator at ATMO Norfolk, was the project lead on the new target and designed it. He and other members of ATMO built the target at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, before it was transported to North Carolina.The target was partially sunk in 14 feet of water so it would stay put while still appearing like an adversary boat from above.

The superstructure above decks is built to the shape of a missile boat from perforated and expanded metal, including missile launchers and an extension of metal at the stern to make it look more like the shape of a boat.Add to that 20 gallons of rust preventative and 30 gallons of gray — rolled and brushed on, not sprayed, by the ATMO crew.

“It gives a realistic looking threat,” Carlson said.

Merkes and Houze both said the team was grateful to DRMO. “For all the money they saved us,” Merkes said.

“Oh,yeah,”Houze agreed.“They saved us a lot of money.”

During the building process, extensive supports were installed last year to support the weight of the cabin and make sure the target can withstand a pounding from practice bombs and bullets.

“As the blue (training) bombs punch holes in it, we can put metal on top of it,” Houze said.

Instead of a barge with metal cargo boxes welded onto it, ATMO was able to deliver a durable target that resembles a potential threat pilots and air crews may face in real world conflicts.

“If I was still in the Navy, I’d have a blast shooting at that,” said Ron Brown, assistant target shop lead and fabricator with ATMO.

Navy Child & Youth Programs (CYP) Director Cathy Mead says that it’s a great and affordable opportunity to get your kids active.

“We’re trying to offer kids the best possible experience at a reasonable fee,” Mead said. “Most soccer camps are more than $200, ours is only $90.”

The soccer camp begins Monday, June 25 and ends Friday, June 29. Parents will be able to drop off the kids at the Youth Center in building 531 at 7:30 a.m. and pick them up at 4 p.m. A lunch will be provided and there will be plenty of giveaways, including a T-shirt, water bottle and a bag for each participant. Donated gear from Cox High School will be given away as camp prizes.

Coach Scott Mead,coach of the soccer team at Cox High School and Cathy’s son, will be leading the camp. Coach Mead has many distinguished awards, including two Virginia State Coach of the Year awards. He also coached three-time Beach District champions, three-time Eastern Region champions and two-time Virginia State champions which were ranked number one in 2010.Along with a great coaching staff, the soccer team players from Cox High School will be assisting in coaching on a volunteer basis.

“I don’t know that you can get better instruction at any camp. These kids are going to get great instruction over an entire week with great coaches and players that are beyond energetic,” said Coach Mead.
