I’ve always been self-conscious about the lack of definition around my jawline – okay, let’s call it a double chin - which seems most notable when I’m smiling in photos. I’ve tried the fat-freezing treatment CoolSculpting, and while it seemed to result in some improvement, I can’t say that it led to a permanent reduction in fat around said problem area. That was about six years ago.
I’m not so bothered about my facial flabbiness that I’d ever resort to invasive methods to achieve a chiselled jawline but I had started to notice that there were significantly more non-surgical ‘contour and lift’ treatments available on the aesthetics market. Not to mention the bewildering range of facial exercises and makeup tricks suddenly trending on TikTok, designed to give you that angular “snatched jawline” sportedbyBarbiestarMargotRobbie.
The question was, how do I decide which treatmentisrightforme?
According to award-winning aesthetic practitioner Dr Joney De Souza, whose discreet Marylebone clinic offers a complete range of FDA-approved nonsurgical face and body procedures, there are two key aspects to consider: your age andyourexpectationsofdesiredresults.
Different needs appear at different ages — for example, for someone in their 30s, prevention is the focus, while for someone in their 50s, correction treatment tends to be needed,” says Brazil-born Dr De Souza, who has more than 20 years of experience inaestheticandanti-ageingmedicine.
As I’m firmly in the latter category, he helpfully took me through the results of each treatment option. One of his most popular is Ultherapy, the leading ultrasound procedure for lifting and tightening the skin on the face, neck, chin and brow – with the added bonus of no downtime. It’s unique because it is the only non-surgical cosmetic treatment that uses focused ultrasound imaging to stimulate new collagen growth deep within the skin. Results can last between 12 and 18 months.
Another in-demand procedure is Tempsure EnviSkinTightening,whichusesmono-polar radio frequency to treat moderate skin laxity and is ideal for skin sagging prevention as it significantly increases collagenfibres.
Bothtreatmentsfocusonskin-tightening,so how to choose between them? As Dr De Souza explains: “Ultherapy uses a more intense kind of energy - high-frequency ultrasound, which is excellent for correcting lower face laxity, while Tempsure uses radio-frequency and is the choice for maintenance or prevention for someone who is younger or for someone older but withgoodlowerfacedefinition.”
One of the most effective, if more intense, procedures is Endolift, a relatively new nonsurgical face lifting treatment which utilises cutting-edge laser technology to remodel both deep and superficial layers of the skin, stimulate collagen production and, if required, reduce excessive fat, such as underthechin.
The one-off treatment is performed using a specially designed single-use micro-optical fibre (almost as thin as a strand of hair), whichisinsertedundertheskin, resultingin an immediate and visible lifting effect. Unlike a thread lift, however, the optical fibre is not left in situ, and the procedure requires no incisions or sutures and can be carriedoutwithminimalanaesthetic.
“As the amount of energy is so high and the delivery is much deeper, results are more dramatic and can last up to five years,” says Dr De Souza, who conducts a full medical consultation before the treatment. “They can be seen very soon after the treatment but final results are in 12 weeks.”
As appealing as Endolift sounded, after consulting with the good doctor, I decided tooptforMorpheus8,anothercutting-edge procedure that combines radio frequency with micro-needling and has a strong track record of achieving results. It seemed to offer everything I felt I needed – from skin tighteningandtoning, includingremodelling of both deep and superficial layers of the skin, to reducing wrinkles and fine lines and stimulating collagen production for rejuvenationandanti-ageing.
“When we recommend Morpheus8, we expectsignificantimprovementofthethree skin levels – tightening, texture and pigmentation,” says Dr De Souza. “The main benefits are the improvement of those threeareas,andtheresultsarelong-lasting, around two years or more. It is actually a ‘permanent’ treatment as it produces a permanent increase of collagen, which is onlylostbecauseoffurtherskinageing.”
The plan was to undergo three treatments over a period of three months. On my first visit to Dr De Souza’s clinic, my delightful practitioner Roma applied a topical numbing cream to my face and neck for 45 minutes to minimise any discomfort. Using a handpiece, she then injected tiny needles into my skin, creating micro lesions designed to trigger the body’s natural healing response and promote new collagenandelastin.Sheexplainedthatshe used different grades of needles, depending on the sensitivity of the target area, so for the thicker skin around my jaw and chin, she applied a level three needle, while for the delicate forehead and eye area, sheusedalevelone.
While the sound of the machine reminded me of a staple gun in action, I felt no more than a mild to medium stinging sensation (Roma was impressedbymypaintolerance!)during the process. Afterwards, my face looked as though it had been badly sunburnt, although the redness faded after a few hours.,somuchsothatIwasstillableto go out later that evening. In terms of side effects, I was left with some superficial bruising under one eye and slight swelling around the jawline, but theysoondisappeared.
On my second visit a month later, Roma announced she could see a definite tightening and lifting of the skin, and after showing me photos taken before the first round of micro-needling, I had to agree. She increased the needle rate to four this time to deliver a higher radiofrequency energy and blitz the fat aroundmyjaw.
Afterwards, myfacefelthottothetouch for a couple of days and looked quite blotchy and dehydrated. There was also a tiny bit of scabbing on my forehead andcheeks.
Returning for my final treatment about six weeks later, Roma declared herself delighted with the results: my cheeks were fuller, the lines around my mouth less droopy, my jawline lifted, eyes less puffy and fine lines reduced. The only area that remained stubbornly untouched were my age spots or hyperpigmentation, probably due to prolonged exposure to the sun as a childgrowingupinAustralia.
For this, Roma recommended a couple of follow-up sessions of Picosure Laser, whichshedescribedasthemosteffective way to reduce the appearance of pigmentation and improve overall skin toneandtexture.
Dr De Souza advised that it would take three months before I would see “full and final” results of Morpheus8 as this was the time needed for the skin to heal after “the changes caused by the needling and heat”.
As he explains: “The skin, when subjected to a higher amount of energy that can be translated as ‘heat’, causes the collagen fibres to contract and become shorter. The body considers this a skin damage and will ‘heal’ the area, replacing the ‘damaged’ collagen fibres with new ones that are shorter, more organised and in higherquantity.Thisisanaturalresponse ofthebodywhenhealinganyinjury.”
So, what is my verdict? Three months’ on, I’ve noticed that my double chin is less visible in photos, my skin looks brighter and the lines that run from my nose to my mouth and around the corners of my mouth are less pronounced. My jowls seem to have all but disappeared! Best of all, it doesn’t look like I’ve had any “work” done; it looks completely natural (although my eagle-eyed daughter complimented me on my firmer jawline!), and I feel more confident and less selfconsciousasaresult.
As for maintenance sessions, Dr De Souza suggests having them every two years, although he says some clients prefer annual top-ups. “The function of a maintenance treatment is to ensure there is a higher concentration of collagen fibres, preventingskinlaxity,”hesays.
While he agrees that it’s an exciting time to be in the aesthetic industry with so many innovations in the field of non-surgical procedures, he points out that the onus is squarely on practitioners to responsibly advise clients.
“I totally agree that the arsenal of treatments and devices is so wide that we are now able to treat ageing and cosmetic problems as never before,” he says. “However, treatments and devices need to be backed by science and accurately prescribed to patients according to theirneeds.”

Subtlety and intimacy, rather than an affair of show-off and loudness, is the Brioni thought. Season after season, year after year, what stays is the soft take on tailoring and garment construction, and with that, the idea of conveying perfection and preciousness through uttermost ease, ultimately allowing the wearer to shine through, not the item he is wearing. Which, in fact, is a perfect definition of balance. The same balance is to be found in the Brioni process, which is based on the generosity of the time it takes to research for the best materials and to bring a piece to life: the finest handwork, so effective and subtle it becomes visible only to those who know, granting for private joy and intimate pleasure.

The mood change as Autumn approaches is almost palpable.
It's that time of year, when the hazy summer nights are getting shorter, September is looming and thoughts turn to our post summer Autumnal workwear wardrobe.
We all want those classic, hard working pieces that will see us though to Winter, that keep us looking professional, but stillstylish.Andyetthenewwaywework can add an extra conundrum these days -hybrid,wfh,intheofficeoccasionally?I imagine we've all invested in cosy wfh wear, so it might seem extravagant to splash out on solely work wear, when half the time we're in our home offices (sofas,kitchentables,beds...etc),soyou might be forgiven for thinking things might be a bit more relaxed this season right?
Well apparently not. This season, designers are making no compromises. Supersized shouldered blazers that dwarf the 80's era, sharp villainous leather trench coats and oversized outerwear were the stars of the catwalk for A/W 2023. But perhaps in a nod to the sofa, they all screamed out for somethingmorerelaxedtocushiontheir impact.Whetherinthemeetingroom,or meeting friends, a relaxed hooded top softenedtheseverestoftailoredlooks
Once the preserve of angst teens, incognito celebs and off duty models, this most cosy of garms (that cuddles, disguises and deflects downpours) has become the coolest, hard working layer of theseason.
Theultimateinhighlowstyle, thisispower dressing for the new generation, simultaneouslychannelingprofessionalism and nonchalance. It's a versitile look that can work equally with a relaxed suit and trainers, with wide leg trousers and heels, whatever suits you, your wardrobe and body type. Basically, contrast your hoodie with the smartest items in your wardrobe andyou'venailedit.
Experiment with tonal looks, add belts to oversized looks and change your look up with trainers, pointed pumps, sleek hair, luxe totes, layered gold jewellery and sunglasses, but be sure to style your Autumnal workwear looks with a hooded layer.
Along with shorter days and colder nights, Autumn brings with it a shift in fashion and beauty trends. A change in season is the perfect time to update your makeup routine, and it seems this fall could see the battle of minimal vs. maximal – some of us opting to stick with the bright and dewy natural trends we loved throughout summer, with others switching to a ‘grunge-gothic’ aesthetic.
For me, any make-up look starts with good skincare - Your skin should always be cleansed and hydrated beforeanymake-upisapplied. Take the time to study your face and learn your skin type - is it oily or dry? Some days might require less prep than others, so it’s essential to assess yourskinonaday-to-daybasis.

Natural-looking rosy cheeks are an autumn staple. Switch from the pink andpeachysummershadestoabright red blush. While red may seem like a shocking colour in the pack, it’s the hue that most naturally mimics your skin's natural flush. Concentrate the colour on the apples of your cheeks and blend up and outwards towards the edge of your face. For deeper skin tones, opt for a berry blush with a hint ofblueandwarmred.

While Autumn often sees the return of neutral earthy tones, bold statement lips are making a comeback this season. Darker lipcolourssuchascrimson, berryanddeep plum are taking centre stage, with matte and satin finishes proving to be the most popular. We’re also seeing people experiment with contrasting shades - deep, dark liner paired with a bold red lipstick, to createa‘vampy’effect.
If you veer towards minimal rather than maximal, you might opt to carry the ‘flushed’trendfromthecheeksdowntothe lips for a chic monochromatic look that nevergoesoutofstyle.
Mascara cocktailing, also called lash layering, is a technique that involves mixing and matching different formulations of mascara to create a bespoke look for your lashes. When choosing the right cocktail there are several things to consider – your final desired look, the mascara brushes and the different types of formulation. Always start with the smallest brush first for definition, before moving up to a fuller brush for more voluminouslashes.
For a doe-eyed look, start with a defining mascara across your upper lashes before addingavolumizingformulatothecentre.
For a feline look, apply a defining mascara to the lashes at the inner corner of your eye, beforerampingupthevolumeontheoutercorner.

As the seasons change and we head into the drying colder months, it is worth investing the time on your lips to keep your pout soft and supple.
Anytime you feel your lips are dry, you should apply a lip balm or serum. Apply all over the lips, making sure to include the outer corners and reapplying as necessary throughout the day. If you have very dry lips, there are also great overnight Lip Masks to hydrate whilst you sleep.

Indonesia's patchouli oil supply chain faces significant environmental, social and economic challenges –from deforestation and plastic waste to the high number of intermediaries involved in the process that can hinder transparency. Ensuring ethical practices means reducing our environmental impact and supporting workers and grower communities. In 2021, LMR Naturals by IFF continued their shared value program to support patchouli farming communities in Indonesia through For Life certification in three main geographic areas (Bali, Sulawesi and Flores), where, to date, nearly 900 farmers have been For Life certified. LMR Naturals by IFF also support local reforestation efforts to protect the biodiversity of the region — establishing community seedling nurseries, supporting women’s empowerment through the nurseries and offering sustainable resources management training on topics such as sustainable firewoodcollection.

I’m adding warmth to my diet – switching from salad to soup, muesli to porridge and iced matcha to spicy chai – and more nourishment to my beauty routine with richer skincare formulas and replenishing body oils. I’m rediscovering the cosy pleasure of unwinding with a good book, lightingscentedcandlesandsippingabigmugofsteamingcacao. Here’s my edit of the best new launches and the wellness trends for autumn.Ihopeyoufinditcomfortingandinspiring.Lucyx
If you’ve ever combined three or more self-care steps together – think, lighting a candle, applyingafacemaskandrelaxinginabath, you’vealreadydiscoveredthe joy of creating your own ritual, quite possibly without even meaning to. Rituals are a simple yet powerful way to elevate daily activities into mindful practices. The steps don’t need to be complicated or elaborate. It is simply about combiningtasksandperformingthemwithintention.
A way of life in tropical Asia for centuries and a defining feature of some of the world’s most luxurious spas, rituals are now influencing our favourite beauty and wellnessbrands. MytoppickisBlinkBrowBar’srose-scentedritualconsistingof a Cooling Brow & Eye Mask, Instant Skin Soother Rose Gel and their signature brow-pinching massage routine, which melts tension, reduces puffiness and improves circulation. Their new Rose Gel with Aloe Vera, Kelp extract, Hyaluronic acid and Cucumber is heavenly for tired eyes and works wonders as a hydrating serum for post-holiday skin that has seen too much sun and not enough TLC. If you’re wondering what to drink now the iced latte days are over, don’t worry; there are plenty of new wholesome and tasty drink options for autumn. Look out for mushroom coffee alternatives, cacao (a more grown-up, healthier and spiritual hot chocolate), spicy fruit teas and warming chai with healthy add-ons, including adaptogens, skincare boosters and even CBD oil. Expect to see immune-supporting combinations on the menu, such as honeyed oat flat whites and turmeric chai lattes. If you’re looking for a new brew for your home, I recommend DIRTEA. I’m a big fan of their functional range of products, especially the Mushroom Coffee Superblend with Cordyceps for performance, Chaga for energy and Lion’s Mane for focus. Another brand I love is Ritual Cacao, a ceremonial-grade cacao company with a mission to reposition 100% pure cacao as a complete well-being remedy. Deeply rooted in ethical practices and sustainability, Ritual Cacao does good and tastes good. Nothing is added and taken out, so their pure cacao comes straight from the bean, delivering optimum wellness benefits – stress relief, inspiration and better sleep. I love to drink mine

You'll find the exclusive House of Kalmar in a pretty mews in London’s beautiful Belgravia. Identifiable by a bench painted in their signature pink outside the front door. Arriving is quite literally like visiting a private house – be it a very spiritual, colourful and peaceful one. Knock gently to signal your arrival, and you’re invited in and escorted up the stairs to the treatment suite, where the sensory journey begins. Expect plants, crystals, a squishy velvet sofa, self-help books, a spacious bathroom and the tranquillity requiredtofeelcompletelycocoonedandrelaxed.
This is not a spa; there’s no sauna or pool, but this is certainly a luxury wellness retreat, be it a boutique one. they welcome only one client at a time; with a unique approach, it offers only one treatment. This treatment, however, is bespoke and is a whole-body massage experience based on four 'soul states' - Joy, Calm, Peace and Love - each with its own massage techniques and aromatherapy blend. Following a questionnaire, your therapist will help you choose the right soul state for you - encouraging you to gravitate towards what you need rather than what you want. The treatment itself is the ultimate nurturing experience for mind, body and soul - expect to feel balanced, calm and revitalisedand, aswithallthebesttreatments, notexactlysurewhatmagictookplaceas youwereinsomefloaty, dreamstatewhileitallhappened.
There are also beautiful aromatherapy body care products, balms, oils, lotions and candles to buy to complement the experience and create your own sacred space at home.

Call me a self-care cliché, but if there’s one thing I can never have enough of, it’s scented candles. At this time of the year, as the nights start to draw in – they really come into their own. Besides being the most atmospheric way to create a scented space, you can also burn candles to transform your beauty routine into a ritual or use them as a gentle focus point for your gaze during meditation. Kindred Fires is a beautiful wellness brand I have recently discovered, and their soy wax candles are wonderful. Lovingly handpoured, they are scented with essential oil blends to boost your mood. My current favourite is Calm & Destress, £26, from their green glass aromatherapy range, a relaxing blend of Lavender, Bergamot and Lemongrass. They also make gorgeous affirmation candles and beautiful personalised candle designs for special occasions and gifting.

If you’re into leading a holistic lifestyle, making friends who share your passions is not always easy. Socialising tends to revolve around going out at night, or people are simply busy, leaving little time to chat after Pilates or at the gym. Step forward to the new trend for wellness meet-ups led by wellness brands and influencers. Generally, they involve a workout or a walk, sometimes an educational talk or mini workshop, some healthy food and drink, plus self-care goodies to take home. The best bit, of course, is the opportunity to connect with others into the same kind of lifestyle as you and make new friends. Danielle Peazer, founder of wellness app Pause, which provides mindset tips and workouts to help you focus on yourself by pausing the noise of life and prioritising your wellbeing, is one of the women cheerleading this movement. Recently, she brought together some of her London Pause community for a few hours to walk through Regents Park, where guests could meet and connect with like-minded people. Molly Warren, founder of GLO, who runs networking social suppers and Pilates brunches, is another. “I wanted to create a community for females to meet, discuss and solve the everyday problems we have to deal with, like bloat, anxiety, sleep issues and hormone imbalances, as well as giving women the opportunity to make friends who share similar passions and lifestyles.

DEEP SLEEP contains a unique 11-nutrient formulation of amino acids, botanicals, vitamins and minerals, such as Montmorency Chery, Glycine, 5HTP, vitamin D3 and Magnesium to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
With the increased polarity of supplements, we ask Nutrition and Wellbeing Expert Liberty Mills to give Millionaire readers the low done on what supplements to take and explain the rising poultry of the IV Drip.
Overthelastfewyearsasanutritioncoach, theonecommonalityamongmyclientswho range from children to people in their seventies, is finding a balance. In today's fastpaced world, neglecting our health and well-being is easy. We often find ourselves too busy to combine healthy eating, exercise and focusing on our mental health all at once. This can lead to a decline in our overall health and an increase in stress levels. Fortunately, there are ways to combat this and achieve optimal health levels. IV drips and everyday supplements are two powerful tools that can help you achieve the health and wellness you deserve. From boosting your energy levels to improving your skin and creatingmentalclarity,IVdrips, andsupplementshavealottooffer.
IVdripsinvolvetheadministrationofamixtureofvitamins, minerals, andothernutrients directlyintothebloodstream, bypassingthedigestivesystemandallowingforimmediate absorption by the body. This way, you will absorb around 90-100% orally, which is anythingfrom15-50%dependentonthebulkingagents.
IV drips can also be customised to suit the individual needs of the person. The process of IV drips is simple and quick. A small needle is inserted into a vein, and the drip is set up. The patient can relax and read a book, listen to music, or even take a nap while the nutrientsaredelivered.Theeffectsofthedripcanbefeltalmostimmediately, withmany patients reporting increased energy levels, improved mood, and better overall health. OneofthekeybenefitsofIVdripsistheirabilitytoprovidethebodywithaconcentrated dose of vitamins and minerals that may be difficult to obtain through diet alone. This is particularly important for individuals who may be deficient in certain nutrients due to poor diet or underlying health issues. IV drips can provide a boost to the immune system, improve overall energy levels, fertility, and menopause and help to support healthyskin, hairandnails.
Another benefit of IV drips is their ability to help with hydration; this is a common factor that comes up across the board when I see clients. Dehydration can lead to a range of health issues, including fatigue, headaches and muscle cramps. By delivering fluids and electrolytesdirectlyintothebloodstream,IVdripscanhelptorehydratethebodyquickly andefficiently.
In addition to these health benefits, IV drips are also known for their ability to provide fast relief from a range of ailments, from headaches and migraines to hangovers and jet lag. IV drips can help alleviate symptoms and improve overall well-being in minutes by providingthebodywithatargeteddoseofvitaminsandminerals.
One popular type is the Myers' Cocktail ( the first one I ever had), a combination of vitaminsandmineralsdelivereddirectlyintothebloodstream.Thisdripisknowntohelp withfatigue, migraines, andevenrespiratoryinfections.
Another popular IV drip is the Glutathione Drip, a powerful antioxidant that helps detoxify the body. This drip is known to help improve skin health, boost the immune system, andevenimproveathleticperformance.
If you're looking to boost your energy levels, the Energy Boost IV Drip may be just what you need. This drip contains a blend of B vitamins, magnesium, and amino acids, which work together to improve energy production and reduce fatigue; it is great for busy mums on the go who feel that their feet don't touch the ground or parents who have nothadafullnightssleepinyears.
The Immune Support IV Drip is for those looking to support their immune system. This dripcontainsablendofvitaminsandmineralsthatareknowntohelpboosttheimmune system, reduceinflammation, andimproveoverallhealth.
Finally, there is the NAD+ IV Drip, which is a powerful anti-aging tool. NAD+ is a coenzyme that is found in every cell in the body and is essential for energy production. As we age, our NAD+ levels decline, which can lead to a number of health issues. This is my go-to for my fertility clients as well as my menopause ladies. Depending on your health, thisonedoesfeeldifferentwhenadministeredtotheothers, andyoucanfeelan elevation in heat, tingling, increased heartbeat or feel nauseous or heady. This is why I would always recommend if having NAD+ go to a clinic where they have a registered medical professional, such as a nurse or doctor administering the IV, to help if you experienceanythingunusualforyou.
Overall, IV therapy is a highly effective tool for optimising your health levels. With so many different types of IV drips available, there is sure to be a drip that can help you achieveyourhealthgoals.IrecommendthatmyclientshavetheirIVsthreetofourtimes a year and then maintain those levels with home supplements in powders, sprays, liquidsorcapsuleform.
The first step is to get blood work done. You can ask your GP for a full blood count, get a copy, and take it to your IV clinic and discuss in your consultation where your blood is not benefiting your lifestyle needs. Please do not be fobbed off with “Within” range" this is not an answer, as you may be low or on the border of high and if one vitamin or mineral is low, it can make another high, so getting that blood work into the optimal rangeover“within”rangeiswhatapersonwouldbebesttoaimfor.
It's important to remember that not all supplements are created equal, and what may work for one person may not work for another. That's why it's important to research which supplements are right for you and be guided by a coach or a health and well-being professional. Always avoid ones with many bulking agents and anything containing maltodextrin; these could, in fact, be doing your gut more harm thangood.
It is important to note that while supplements can be beneficial, they should notreplaceahealthydiet.Eatingavarietyof fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein sources is still the best way to get the vitamins and minerals your body needs. However, supplementing with vitamin C and D can be a useful addition to a healthy lifestyle, especially if you have a deficiency or are unable to get enough of these nutrientsthroughyourdietalone.
1, Vitamin D - A deficiency in Vitamin D is very common, especially in areas with little sun exposure. Vitamin D helps to regulate calcium and phosphorus levels, promotes bone growth, and supports a healthy immunesystem.
2, Magnesium - Magnesium is an important mineral that helps to regulate muscle and nerve function, maintain healthy blood sugarlevels, andsupportbonehealth.Itcan also improve sleep quality and reduce stress levels. It is important to get the right magnesium for that particular health obstacle, as there are at least 11 different magnesium, and they all have certain roles insupportingthebody.
3, Zinc - Zinc is an essential mineral that plays a role in many bodily processes, including immune function, wound healing, and cell growth and division. It canalsohelptoreduceinflammationand supporthealthyskin.
4, Vitamin C - Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect the body from damage caused by harmful molecules called free radicals. It also plays a key role in collagen production, which is important for healthy skin, bone, and joint health. Additionally, vitamin C helps boost the immune system, making it easier for the body to fight off infections.
5, Omega-3 - Omega-3 is one of the essential fatty acids that our body needs but cannot produce on its own. This makes it necessary to include it in our diet or take Omega-3 supplements to reap the benefits it offers. It is a must for both male and female fertility and those transitionalthroughmenopause.
The benefits of Omega-3 supplements are numerous and are known to improve cardiovascular, eye, and brain function. Omega-3 has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease by reducing inflammation and lowering triglycerides in the blood. It also improves the function of blood vessels, improves cholesterol levels, and reduces blood pressure.
In addition to its cardiovascular and eye health benefits, Omega-3 has been shown to improve brain function and reduce the risk of cognitive decline. It plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of the brain and has been linked to better memory, focus, andmood.
Omega-3 supplements are available in different forms, including fish oil, krill oil, and algae oil. Choosing a high-quality supplement containing a sufficient amount of EPA and DHAisimportant,asthetwotypesofOmega-3fattyacidsofferthemostbenefits.
Itisimportanttonotethatwhilesupplementscanbebeneficial, theyshouldnotbeused as a replacement for a healthy diet; the key is, in the words, to supplement, to take in addition. However, I do understand that due to the onslaught of everyday responsibilities, the lack of availability of nutritious food and the different stages of our lives, many times, we DO need to add vitamins and minerals feel and be at our best. With the right combination of healthy habits and nutritional support, you can achieve optimal health and live your best life no matter where you are starting on your wellbeingjourney.
I do hope this article has given you a better understanding of the power of IV drips and everyday supplements in achieving optimal health levels. Whether you're looking to boost your energy, improve your immune system, or enhance your overall health and wellness, IV drips and supplements can provide you with a variety of benefits.
