ACC Community Tickets For 48 years Milwaukee Rep’s annual production of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol has brought joy to thousands of children and adults. For over a decade Milwaukee Rep has been pleased to offer nearly 1,200 free tickets to youth and families each season to attend A Christmas Carol through our Community Ticket Program. Savannah Carlson Belinda Cratchit This season, Savannah returns to Milwaukee Rep and her beloved Cratchit family. Last spring you may have heard her euphonious voice as the charismatic Perch Perkins in First Stage’s The SpongeBob Musical. She continues to study voice, music, piano, clarinet, dance, and acting. Her favorite class is Advanced Musical Theater at her cherished “home away from home,” First Stage Academy. Be sure to see Savannah in the new year at First Stage’s Elephant & Piggie’s, “We Are in a Play!” (Squirrelle).

Willow Clouse Ensemble Willow is so excited to be in her first production of A Christmas Carol with Milwaukee Rep! She is homeschooled and loves drawing, roller skating and beanie hats. She loves being with her friends on stage and her favorite role she has played was Baby Bear in Shrek the Musical and Mini Genie in Aladdin. Willow would like to thank her family and friends for all of their support. Mark Corkins Ghost of Marley, Old Joe Mark is grateful to be working with Milwaukee Rep, in the Pabst, at this magical time of year, helping to tell this timeless story. As a longtime member of the local theatre community, Mr. Corkins has been fortunate to work with American Players Theatre, Next Act, First Stage, In Tandem Theatre, Optimist Theatre, Milwaukee Opera Theatre, and of course, Milwaukee Rep. Favorite Milwaukee Rep productions include: Much Ado About Nothing, Holmes & Watson, Endgame, The Cherry Orchard, True West, Seascape, and King Lear. This past summer, Mark had the pleasure of working with Door Shakespeare, playing the human title character in The Old Man and The Old Moon.

While at Carthage, Rayven participated in numerous productions and new works such as Legally Blonde (Pilar), Sweet Charity (Helene) and World Premiere Memento Mori (Rory). Her credits also include her playwright debut: Cinderella: The Real Story published by Theatrical Rights Worldwide. Rayven is also a singer/songwriter and producer. Crump Turkey Kid Lex is a junior at the Milwaukee High School of the Arts, where she studies voice singing classical, musical theater, and jazz. She was a featured voice soloist in the school’s 2022 spring musical, Working. Lex has enjoyed performing for many years, appearing in shows with First Stage, Wauwatosa Children’s Theatre, and Milwaukee Rep, as well as singing at multiple events and venues, including the national anthem for the Milwaukee Bucks. Lex recently went on to the state round of Solo and Ensemble in the classical category, where she received the Exemplary Performance Award. She loves performing because it allows her to express herself, channel emotions, and move people. She is grateful for this opportunity to perform. Matt Daniels Charles Dickens, Ebenezer Scrooge Matt is honored once again to play Scrooge at the Pabst. Other Milwaukee Rep appearances include Run Bambi Run, Titanic the Musical, Junk, Guys and Dolls, and Man of La Mancha. Based in Milwaukee, his work has also been seen at First Stage Children’s Theatre, Skylight Music Theatre, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Forward Theater Company, Door Shakespeare,

Renaissance Theaterworks, Milwaukee Opera Theatre, In Tandem Theatre, Milwaukee Shakespeare, and several Shakespeare festivals across the country. Additionally, Matt is the Director of First Stage’s awardwinning Young Company. An avid ukulelist, he enjoys time spent with Il Bazzone’s Jumping Flea Circus. Training: Juilliard. More info at mattydee.xyz. Todd Denning Ghost of Christmas Present Todd is a Milwaukeebased actor/director, and he is happy to be home for the holidays! Todd returns to A Christmas Carol at Milwaukee Rep after his eighth season at Utah Shakespeare, where he played Cominius in Coriolanus, and Lucius/Hortensius in Timon of Athens. Regional and local credits include Alabama Shakespeare, South Coast Repertory, Illinois Shakespeare, Tennessee Rep, Georgia Shakespeare, Willamette Rep, Milwaukee Shakespeare, Renaissance Theaterworks, Door Shakespeare, Milwaukee Chamber, Next Act, Optimist Theatre, In Tandem and First Stage. Love to Jade and Rufus. Hannah Finley Emily Cratchit Hannah is 12 years old and was born in Libertyville, Illinois. She is in sixth grade at St. Joseph Catholic Academy in Kenosha WI. She is a sweet, sociable and charismatic girl. Hannah’s hobbies are swimming and making ceramic figures. She has participated in pageants, singing talents, modeling catwalks and has been participating in some plays such as The Jungle Book, 100 Dalmatians and Madagascar Jr. She is super excited and very proud to participate for A Christmas Carol as the role of Emily Cratchit at Milwaukee Repertory Theater. BIOS CONT. Asa Fris Belle’s Husband Asa is an acting resident in Milwaukee Rep’s EPR program. Born and raised in McKinney, TX, he holds a BFA in Theatre and a BA in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Credits during school: Public Works Dallas: The Odyssey, Native Gardens (Dallas Theater Center). He is an avid fan of writing, strategy games, barbershop quartets, and playing any instrument he can get his hands on. Asa would like to thank Milwaukee Rep, his teachers, his friends, and his family for their support and their love. Special love and thanks to the ‘rents, Tom and Lisa. Kimberly Giddens Swing Kimberly is thrilled to be returning to Milwaukee Rep for the holiday tradition A Christmas Carol. A Milwaukee transplant, she is also an educator with Wauwatosa Montessori and Zoological Society of Milwaukee. Regional: Outskirts Theatre Co., Acacia Theatre Co., Sunset Playhouse, Kohl’s Wild Theater, and Ivoryton Playhouse. Thanks to Mom, Dad, husband Ben, and darling dog, Dolly! Olivia Hinds Ensemble Olivia is thrilled to be performing with Milwaukee Rep in A Christmas Carol. She is a 6th grader at Whitman Middle School in Wauwatosa and just completed a performance in Alice in Wonderland. She has also done work with Bombshell Theatre and Wauwatosa Children’s Theatre- Annie Jr., The Wizard of Oz, Thumbelina, and Peter Pan. When she is not performing she enjoys creating her own plays and performing with her friends. Olivia wants to thank everyone that has provided 22

theater opportunities for her and of course the support of her family! Scarlett Hirano Want Scarlett is super excited to be in A Christmas Carol for her second year. She is a 7th grader at Shorewood Intermediate School. She takes classical voice lessons with Roberta Ricci and plays violin. Previously, she was in was Brundibár as Aninku (Ruach). Happy holidays and enjoy the show! Zoah Hirano Sniffer, Ignorance Zoah is excited to return for her 3rd year of A Christmas Carol. She is a freshman at Shorewood High School, takes classical voice lessons with Roberta Ricci, and is in First Stage’s Young Company. Previous performances include Titanic the Musical and A Christmas Carol at Milwaukee Rep; The Best Christmas Pageant Ever: The Musical (2018) and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at First Stage. Zoah can next be seen in First Stage’s Elephant and Piggie’s “We are in a play!” She is very grateful for this opportunity, and would like to thank her family and Milwaukee Rep! Happy Holidays! Carrie Hitchcock Mrs. Fezziwig, Charitable Worker #1, Mrs. Dilber Carrie is pleased to return to the Pabst for A Christmas Carol! Jared Brandt Hoover Swing Jared is a proud Milwaukee resident. Originally from Indiana, he graduated in 2021 with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was an Emerging Professional Resident with the Milwaukee Rep in 2021/2022. He is proud to be back in the Pabst with this amazing cast and creative team. His favorite performances include Charles Lightoller in Titanic the Musical, Pippin and King Charlemagne in Pippin, and his roles in All is Calm: A Christmas Truce. Ira Kindkeppel-Longden Mathew Cratchit Ira is thrilled to be a part of the Milwaukee Rep’s A Christmas Carol. Ira has loved theater for as long as he can remember and has performed in Disney’s Newsies Jr. (First Stage Children’s Theatre), Matilda Jr., and Descendants (Creator Collaborative). He also loves singing, playing the piano and cello, and writing. Ira deeply appreciates Milwaukee Rep for this opportunity, his family for supporting him as he chases his passions, and the audience for embracing this classic story, keeping its beautiful message alive night after night. Julia Kuzmich Alice/Fred Guest Northern California native, Julia is thrilled to join Milwaukee Rep postgrad. She finished at Ohio University with a BFA in Musical Theater and a Certificate of Performing Arts Health & Wellness. At Ohio U, she performed as Natasha in the first regional production of Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812 for its composer, Dave Malloy. George Lorimer Swing George is back for his third Carol with Milwaukee Rep after first joining the cast during his time as an Emerging Professional Resident in 2021. Calvin Marks Boy Scrooge Calvin is delighted to return to A Christmas Carol at the Pabst Theater for a second time. Last year he was in the ensemble and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He has also taken several First Stage summer classes. He gets his love of acting from his mother who is an actor. Calvin’s hobbies include magic, yo-yoing, solving Rubik’s cubes of all shapes and sizes, playing the trumpet and piano, and of course acting. He would like to thank his family for supporting him and also Milwaukee Rep for giving him this opportunity. Isla Marks Ensemble Isla is excited to be in A Christmas Carol for the second time. She performed in A Christmas Carol last year and enjoyed it greatly; she is honored to be back. She is a freshman at Shorewood High School and loves to draw, run, and ski. She is thankful to her family and friends for supporting her and is so grateful to be able to have this experience. Elizabeth Martinié Ellen, Cook Elizabeth is born and raised in the California Bay Area. She graduated from Diablo Valley College and Southern Oregon University with degrees in History and Theatre Arts and minors in Musical Theatre and Shakespeare Studies. Valentina Vega Tiny Tim Valentina is a thirdgrade student at Bruce Guadalupe Community School (Milwaukee, WI.) Mark has directed over 30 productions at Milwaukee Rep including

His commissions have been performed by orchestras in Milwaukee, Phoenix, Chautauqua and Indianapolis. In addition, his published works have been performed throughout the United States as well as worldwide, including orchestras in Belfast, Bremin, Milan, Prague and Slovenia. He has composed orchestra scores for 32

television shows such as “ER,” “Fear Factor,” “Gilmore Girls” and “Nightline.” He is also a studio musician and has produced and played on dozens of projects, including numerous CD’s for Hal Leonard. In live performance Larry has worked with such notable figures as Bob Hope and Cab Calloway. He also currently performs with his own jazz ensemble. Jason Fassl Associate Lighting Designer Jason has designed lighting for over 30 Milwaukee Rep productions including Seven Guitars, Titanic the Musical, Hedwig and The Angry Inch, and most recently Run Bambi Run. Over the two decades, Mr. Fassl has consumed mass quantities of electricity at Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Milwaukee Ballet, American Players Theatre, First Stage Children’s Theatre, Peninsula Players, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Skylight Music Theatre, Milwaukee Opera Theatre, Renaissance Theaterworks, Next Act Theatre, Forward Theatre Company, and many others. Jason is a member of United Scenic Artists Local#829, the Milwaukee Stagehands Local#18 and an UW-Stevens Point Alumnus. He has worked with other theaters including Kokandy Productions, Chicago Shakespeare and Theater at the Center. He has designed and engineered numerous corporate events for companies, including Facebook, Wintrust, and Verizon. Michael is also the president of Concert Sound Systems, a Chicago-based audio-visual company.

Chad Bauman Executive Director Now in his eleventh season at Milwaukee Rep, under Chad’s guidance the theater has grown significantly from a $9M to $14M+ organization. He’s completed two capital campaigns to remodel the Stackner Cabaret, build the endowment, launch the John D. Lewis New Play Development Program, create a new A Christmas Carol and deepen the theater’s community engagement programs. He is currently stewarding the $78M campaign to build the new Associated Bank Theater Center. Previously he was the Associate Executive Director at Arena Stage in Washington, DC, where he was instrumental in opening the Mead Center for American Theater, a new 200,000 square feet performing arts complex. While at Arena, he worked on the Broadway transfers of Next to Normal (Pulitzer Prize; Tony Award), Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (Tony Award), and Wishful Drinking starring Carrie Fisher. Bauman is a graduate of Harvard Business School with a Master of Fine Arts in producing from the CalArts.
