For 49 years Milwaukee Rep’s annual production of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol has brought joy to thousands of children and adults. For over a decade Milwaukee Rep has been pleased to offer nearly 1,200 free tickets to youth and families each season to attend A Christmas Carol through our Community Ticket Program.

Tony-winning composer Jason Robert Brown (Parade, The Bridges of Madison County), delivers ballads of every shade in this emotionally powerful and intimate musical about two New Yorkers in their twenties who fall in and out of love over the course of five years.

Joseph is incredibly excited to be with Milwaukee Rep as an EPR. A graduate from the Pacific Conservatory Theatre (PCPA), Joseph has worked on the Central Coast performing in numerous shows like Elf the Musical, Cinderella, and The Clockmaker’s Daughter. A natural-born dancer, Joseph has begun exploring the world of choreography, teaching free dance classes to his friends whenever possible. Outside of theater, you can usually find Joseph shopping at thrift stores, creating short films, or running. Joseph would like to thank his family for their continued love and support.

Gabriel Armstrong

Dick Wilkins, Ghost of Christmas Future

Gabriel (he/him) is an actor, opera singer, and playwright from Ogden, Utah. He is a 2024

graduate from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, where he studied Voice and Musical Theatre. Gabriel has worked with the Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival, the Bread and Puppet Theatre, Constellation Stage & Screen, the Cedar Rapids Opera, and Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre, and his plays have received readings at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, the Utah New Works Project, and Indiana University Bloomington.

Savannah is excited for her third season of A Christmas Carol at Milwaukee Rep. She has had a busy year in theater. This spring you may have seen her perform as a Squirelle in Elephant & Piggie’s ‘We Are in A Play!’ or this fall as Eloise in Pete the Cat, both at First Stage. This summer she sang as Young Lola in Kinky Boots at the Waukesha Civic Theatre. She also enjoyed studying acting at Interlochen Academy in Michigan and at First Stage Academy in Milwaukee.

Quincey Christenson

Turkey Kid

Quincey (12) is honored and thrilled to make his debut with Milwaukee Rep in A Christmas

Carol! Quincey has loved performing for years, appearing in musical productions at Merton Intermediate (Elf Jr. as Michael and Lion King Jr. as Shenzi), Oconomowoc Community Theatre (Wizard of Oz as Munchkin Coroner) and numerous performances through his young actors training at Mosaic Creative Studios. When not performing, he studies dance with Wisconsin Dance Theatre Conservatory, plays piano and enjoys making funny videos with his friends. Quincey thanks Milwaukee Rep for this incredible opportunity, his voice coach Ellen Winters-Reynolds for her guidance, and his teachers, family, and friends for their encouragement and support!

Mark Corkins

Ghost of Marley, Old Joe

Mark is grateful to be working with Milwaukee Rep, in the Pabst, at this magical time of year, helping to tell this timeless story. As a longtime member of the local theatre community, Mr. Corkins has been fortunate to work with American Players Theatre, Next Act Theatre, First Stage, In Tandem theatre, Optimist Theatre, Milwaukee Opera Theatre, and of course, Milwaukee Rep. Favorite Milwaukee Rep productions include: Much Ado About Nothing, Holmes & Watson, Endgame, The Cherry Orchard, True West, Seascape, and King Lear. This past summer, Mark had the pleasure of working on two productions for Door Shakespeare: Romeo and Juliet, and Joseph Hanreddy’s adaptation of Jane Austen’s Emma.

Matt Daniels

Matt is honored once again to play Scrooge at the Pabst. Other Milwaukee Rep appearances include Run Bambi Run, Titanic the Musical, Junk, Guys and Dolls, and Man of La Mancha. Based in Milwaukee, his work has also been seen at First Stage Children’s Theatre, Skylight Music Theatre, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Forward Theater Company, Door Shakespeare, Renaissance Theaterworks, Milwaukee Opera Theatre, In Tandem Theatre, Milwaukee Shakespeare, and several Shakespeare festivals across the country. An avid ukulelist, he enjoys time spent with Il Bazzone’s Jumping Flea Circus. Training: Juilliard. More info at mattydee.xyz.

Todd Denning Ghost of Christmas Present

Todd is a Milwaukee-based theatre artist, and he is thrilled to once again join the cast of A Christmas Carol at Milwaukee Rep. Recent credits include Mr. Woodhouse in Emma, and Friar Lawrence and Gregory in Romeo and Juliet at Door Shakespeare; and Pete the Cat at First Stage. Regional credits - Utah Shakespeare, Tennessee Rep, Alabama Shakespeare, Willamette Rep, Illinois Shakespeare, South Coast Rep, Milwaukee Shakespeare, Next Act Theatre, Renaissance Theaterworks, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Skylight Music Theatre, Optimist Theatre and In Tandem Theatre. Todd’s vocals are also featured on two tracks on the album, Kansas, by Paw Paw Lawton and his Jigsaw Band, available on CD, vinyl and music streaming platforms. Love to Jade and Rufus.

Luke Drope

Tiny Tim

Luke is a fifth-grade student at University School of Milwaukee. He enjoys playing hockey, hiking, skiing, cross-country running, playing with friends and taking walks with his family and dog. His love of theatre was born watching First Stage performances at a very young age and then performing at the Creator Collaborative. As a beloved family Christmas tradition, Luke is so grateful to be a part of A Christmas Carol

Hannah Finley

Belinda Cratchit

Hannah is a seventh grader at St. Joseph Catholic Academy. She is a friendly and charismatic young lady, who is excited to return to Milwaukee Rep for a second time, playing Belinda Crachit in A Christmas Carol. Hannah has a diverse background, having participated in beauty pageants, singing, modeling, and acting. She has appeared locally in theater productions such as The Jungle Book, 101 Dalmatians, and Madagascar -A Musical Adventure Jr. Her recent work includes a Spanish language music video for Señor Wooly, background roles in Chicago Fire, and voice-over work for local commercials. Passionate about acting and singing, she is represented by Gray Talent Group.

Finnegan Fondow

Mathew Cratchit

Finnegan is currently a full-time student working toward his 4th grade degree in Masters of the Fine Arts of Recess and Gym. While not attending Glen-Hills middle school, Finnegan works from home as the consummate Christmas Ham (“goose” in the vernacular) where he employs his mother

and father as drivers and personal chefs. Finnegan’s other pursuits include playing soccer and outdoor camping adventures with his family. A Christmas Carol is his foray into all things professional stage. Finnegan’s gentle soul and selfless demeanor are what defines him most, and he brings with him a passion to perform.

Lileth Gayle Ensemble

Lileth is delighted to join the ensemble of A Christmas Carol for her second year in the production. Lileth is in the seventh grade at Golda Meir Upper Campus and her favorite subjects in school are: Math, Reading, Writing and Science: Project Lead the Way. In her spare time; Lileth runs cross country, plays soccer (goalie), participates in Forensics, takes drama classes and plays clarinet for MYSO’s Wind Ensemble. Lileth would like to thank God, her family and friends for their continued love and support.

Kimberly Giddens Swing

Kimberly is thrilled to be returning to Milwaukee Rep for her fourth adventure with the holiday tradition A Christmas Carol. A Milwaukee transplant by way of CT, ME, OR, and GA, she is a Teaching Artist at the Zoological Society of Milwaukee. Regional: Outskirts Theatre Co., Acacia Theatre Co., Sunset Playhouse, Kohl’s Wild Theater, and Ivoryton Playhouse. Thanks to Mom, Dad, husband Ben, and darling dog, Dolly!

Nina Giselle

Fred Guest, Alice, Ensemble

Nina is delighted to make her Milwaukee Repertory Theater debut! She is currently in the Emerging Professional Residency program as an acting intern. Theater credits include: Betty Number 4 in Collective Rage (Burbage Theatre Company); Present’s Assistant/Ensemble in A Christmas Carol, Understudy Johanna/ Beggar woman (performed) in Sweeney Todd, and Understudy Gwen/Connie in The Inferior Sex (Trinity Rep); Jordan in La Luz Verde, and Dulcinea in La Mancha (Teatro En El Verano); Rosalia in West Side Story (New Bedford Festival Theater). Nina is also a dancer, singer and choreographer. They are looking forward to continuing their EPR journey.

Averi Lauren Grier Want

Averi Lauren has been a part of First Stage Theater Academy since 2020. She has performed a variety of roles including Owl in Winnie the Pooh Jr., and Archie in 13 the Musical. She has participated in Accompany of Kids Summer Theater Academy landing the role of Chip in Beauty and the Beast Jr. Averi Lauren is a member of Harmony Show Choir. In addition, she has been a vocal soloist with her school’s choir. This is her first year with Milwaukee Repertory Theater. She is excited to perform the roles of Want, Belle’s Child, and Middle Class Kid.

Kenna Harrington Fred Guest, Nanny, Ensemble

Kenna is beyond blessed to be at Milwaukee Rep for her first season.

Kenna’s a 2024 graduate from Bowling Green State University. There she was in productions of The Harvest and POTUS. As

well as the short films Self Diagnosed, Call of the Void, and Elimination. She has performed at the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival. There she won Best Dramatic Performance, Irene Ryan Vasta Award, and Milwaukee Repertory Theater EPR Program. Awards from her University are Joe. E. Brown Award Excellence as a Newcomer Actor, Joe E. Brown Award Excellence in an Ensemble Role, and Best Overall Performance.

Scarlett Hirano Ignorance, Sniffer

Scarlett is so grateful to be coming back to Milwaukee Rep’s, A Christmas Carol, for a third year. She is in the eighth grade at Shorewood Intermediate School. Previously, she played Aninku in Brundibar (RUACH, Inc.). She enjoys classical voice lessons with Roberta Ricci and playing the violin. Most recently she’s been a libero for her school volleyball team. Scarlett wishes everyone a Merry Christmas.

Kevin Kantor Ghost of Christmas Past

Kevin (they/them) is a trans nonbinary actor and poet, thrilled to return to Milwaukee Rep. Previously at Milwaukee Rep: Things I Know to Be True, The Legend of Georgia McBride. Selected Regional: All’s Well That Ends Well, The Tempest (Utah Shakespeare Festival); Peter & The Starcatcher (Paramount Theatre); Macbeth (Actors Theatre of Louisville, dir. Les Waters); Legend of Georgia McBride (B Street Theatre, Arizona Theatre Company); Othello, Twelfth Night, Sense & Sensibility (Island Shakespeare Festival). TV: American Crime (ABC), Chicago Fire (NBC) Kevin’s debut poetry collection Please Come Off-Book (Button Poetry) is now available. They’re proudly represented by Gray Talent Group. @Kevin_Kantor across all platforms.

Connor Keigher Thomas

After viewing Milwaukee Rep’s iconic A Christmas Carol for as many years as he can remember, Connor is honored to be making his debut performance in this classic production. Connor is a jovial 5th grader at St. Jerome school in Oconomowoc and has performed in many productions in the Lake Country area. In his free time, he enjoys snow and water sports and hanging out with his friends.

Lio Landis Teen Scrooge

Lio is thrilled to be making his Milwaukee Rep debut in A Christmas Carol! Credits with First Stage include Spring Awakening, Little Women, The Gracious Sisters, Kiss Me Kate, Diary Of A Wimpy Kid, and She Kills Monsters. Other credits include Othello (Prism). Additionally, Lio is a member of First Stage’s award-winning Young Company as well as a member of Milwaukee Rep’s Teen Council.

Ziva Lavoe Ensemble

Ziva, a 7th grader at Fernwood Montessori, is very excited for the opportunity to be returning to A Christmas Carol for her fifth appearance. She is actively involved in basketball, cross country, volleyball, chess, acting, choir and Girl Scouts. Ziva is an artistic soul who loves to create, sing, dance, have fun and smile her way through the day. Ziva dreams of being a doctor, DJ, author, fashion designer or actress in the future. Her hobbies are reading, cooking, traveling and playing harp! Ziva would like to say thank you for the support and wishes everyone a Happy Christmas!

George Lorimer

Young Scrooge

Milwaukee Rep principal debut! George is thrilled to return to A Christmas Carol after first joining the ensemble in 2021 as an Emerging Professional Resident. His other Milwaukee Rep credits include Titanic the Musical and As You Like It. Most recently, he was seen onstage as Romeo in Door Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. Previously, George has worked with The Contemporary Theatre of Ohio, Skylight Music Theatre, The Ohio Light Opera, Summit Players Theatre, First Stage, Forward Theater Company, Renaissance Theaterworks, and Vanguard Productions. He is a founding member and Executive Director of Vanguard Productions, an independent theatre company in Milwaukee.

Reese Madigan

Bob Cratchit, US to Scrooge, Violence Coordinator

Reese is a proud Milwaukee Rep associate artist. Some favorite shows include Death of a Salesman, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Venus In Fur, Lombardi, and Othello. Although their first show with Milwaukee Rep, Rocco is no stranger to theater. With classes at First Stage dating back to 2016, and a family full of thespians, Rocco has found a love of theater. But theater isn’t the only field they have experience in. While juggling cello, viola, guitar, bass, football, cross country, forensics, and school, Rocco still finds time to play video games (including RDR2, Far Cry 3, Xdefient, all 4 Batman Arkham games, and Skyrim).

Jonathan Perkins Vicar, Disenfranchised, Ensemble

Jonathan is so SO hyped to join Milwaukee Rep as an acting EPR this season! He has a BFA in Acting from Northern Illinois University, having graduated in May of 2024. Chicago work includes Romeo and Juliet (Midsommer Flight) and Congo Square Theatre’s audio series, The Clinic. Other regional credits include The Comedy of Errors, Pride and Prejudice, and Lear (Texas Shakespeare Festival). Macbeth and The Merry Wives of Windsor (Hoosier Shakespeare Festival). James Pickering

Mr. Fezziwig, Charitable Worker #2, Gentleman #1

Jim arrived in Milwaukee at just about the same time as Robin Yount, having received an offer from Milwaukee Rep to join (along with his late wife, Rose Pickering) Milwaukee Rep’s Resident Acting Company. He was part of that group of artists for 39 years. He remains an Associate Artist to this day. Favorite Milwaukee Rep parts include title roles in Tartuffe, McCarthy, Nixon’s Nixon, and The Nerd. Among other memorable characters are blind Richard Harkin in The Seafarer, Niels Bohr in Copenhagen, and Ebenezer Scrooge in A Christmas Carol, which he performed 450 times. More recently he was seen as David in I’m Gonna Pray for you so Hard for The Constructivists, for whom he will direct The Beauty Queen of Leenane this winter, and as Phil Hogan in A Moon for the Misbegotten for Milwaukee Chamber Theatre. An Emmy Award-winning voice-over talent,

he lives in Bay View with his sweet wife Tami Workentin, actress, playwright, and massage therapist.

Recently returned from Broadway’s first national tour of Tina: The Tina Turner Musical. Favorite roles include Justice in Rock Of Ages, Muzzy in Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Queen Tuya in The Prince Of Egypt with Broadway composer Stephen Schwartz. Nicole is a graduate of Howard University, a member of D.I.V.A. Inc. the Society For Women In The Arts, and the wife of guitarist Ron Pacaud.

Jonathan, originally from Allentown Pennsylvania, is thrilled to be returning to Milwaukee Rep this season after working as an Acting Resident last year. In 2022, they graduated from Bucknell University where they majored in Theatre, Political Science, and Music. Since graduating, Jonathan has worked as an actor and a musician, but also as a pizza guy and a voice teacher. Milwaukee Rep credits include The Chosen (u/s Danny), Guys on Ice (u/s Marvin), and A Christmas Carol (Dick Wilkins, Ghost of Christmas Future, u/s Marley). Quinn (14) is thrilled to be back for her fourth season in Milwaukee Rep’s production of A Christmas Carol! She was previously involved with First Stage Children’s theater in Dream, Quickie! Dream!, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, and Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer she has also previously been in shows at Milwaukee Rep such as: Everybody, and A Christmas Carol, As well as productions at Sunset Playhouse, Franklin High School, and South Milwaukee Youth Theatre! Over the previous summer she was a stage manager for the production of Othello by Prism Theater Company. Erica Eggers, M.D.

Dr. Eggers earned her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. She is a member of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her areas of expertise include pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, accidental bowel leakage, pelvic and bladder pain, fistulas, and periurethral masses. Dr. Eggers strives to provide patient-centered care with a focus on improvement in quality of life for her patients.

Jace White Ensemble

Jace is excited to take part in this year’s rendition of A Christmas Carol. At 13 years of age, he has been involved in modeling since he was just 9 months old. Jace has completed print campaigns for various brands, including Bonton, Kohls, Journeys, Mejier, and Land of Nod, among others. He enjoys volunteering within the community, coding, playing video games, engaging with music, swimming, and cherishing moments with his family. Jace admires producer and actor Tyler Perry and hopes to collaborate with him in the future.

Davis Wood

Belle’s Husband, Fred Guest, Ensemble

Davis is delighted to join Milwaukee Rep as an Acting Resident in the EPR program! Prior to Milwaukee, he received a BA in Performance at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). Most recently he has received training from the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and Circle in the Square Theatre School (CITS). Some of his favorite roles he has played include: Officer Lockstock in Urinetown (CITS), Oberon in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (CITS), Tybalt in Romeo and Juliet (CITS), and Pastor Paul in The Christians (UNCW). Natalie Zimmerman

Natalie is a New York City born and raised actor, writer, and singer dedicated to writing and performing stories about complex women. A true nerd at heart, she has a passion for bringing these roles to life through detailed textual analysis theorizing everything from her character’s favorite music to her bedroom décor. Some of her favorite credits include Martirio in Lorca’s The House of Bernarda Alba and Babe in Henly’s Crimes of the Heart. Natalie is a classically trained soprano who delights in singing opera and musical theater as well as jazz and pop. She loves the challenge of writing and performing in her own work. She is currently working on Abortion Play, a biting satire on the Supreme Court’s verdict to overturn Roe V. Wade.

Mark Clements

Adaptor & Director

Mark is an awardwinning international theater director whose work has appeared in over 100 major theaters throughout Europe and the United States. He began his tenure as Artistic Director with the 2010/11 Season by bringing musicals to the mainstage, starting a tradition that is now the highlight of every season. Mark has directed over 30 productions at Milwaukee Rep including World and American Premieres, his own adaptation of the current A Christmas Carol and all but one mainstage musical including Run Bambi Run, Titanic the Musical, West Side Story and Dreamgirls. Prior to joining Milwaukee Rep, Mark served as an Associate Artistic Director for several UK theater companies, most notably, Artistic Director for the award-winning Derby Playhouse in the UK where he directed over 40 productions. He has been nominated for an Olivier Award and several UK Theatre Awards, and has won three Barrymore Awards in Philadelphia. He created and directed the West End and UK National Tour of Soul Train. Mark is currently working with Ayad Akhtar on adapting his critically acclaimed novel American Dervish for the stage to make its World Premiere in an upcoming season. He is also co-writing The Craic, making its World Premiere in the Stackner Cabaret later this season.

Dan Kazemi

Dan has musically directed more than 30 shows at Milwaukee Rep including Run Bambi Run, Titanic the Musical, Dad’s Season Tickets, Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol, Hedwig, A Christmas Carol, West Side Story, In the Heights, Murder for Two, Guys and Dolls, Man of La Mancha and Dreamgirls. Alex is in his 29th Season as a Draper in Milwaukee Rep’s costume shop. Alex has designed costumes for Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Renaissance Theaterworks, First Stage and Harley Davidson’s 100th Anniversary Tour. Alex is most proud of being part of the team that helped create “Stitching History from the Holocaust,” an exhibit produced by the Jewish Museum Milwaukee. Jeff Nellis

Lighting Designer

Jeff’s Milwaukee Rep designs include Ragtime, Assassins, Othello, Next to Normal, Death of a Salesman, Bombshells and Cabaret. New York theater designs include Broadway’s Prymate, Off-Broadway’s Tryst (New York Outer Critics Circle Award nomination), The Milliner, Zanna Don’t!, The It Girl and numerous others. He has worked around the country at theaters including Center Stage Theater, Alley Theatre, Actors Theatre of Louisville, Cleveland Play House, Bay Street Theater, Walnut Street Theatre, Hartford Stage, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Westport Country Playhouse, Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, North Shore Music Theatre, Los Angeles Opera, Trinity Repertory Company, George Street Playhouse and others. In addition to his theater work, Jeff is a partner in the lighting firm UVLD, specializing in high end corporate and broadcast lighting. Barry G. Funderburg Sound Designer

Barry returns for his 26th A Christmas Carol and his 86th Rep production, including Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Our Town, Dreamgirls, Othello, The Seafarer, Mary Stuart, and Angels in America. Off-Broadway: Wittenberg at The Pearl Theatre. Jayne Pink Dialect Coach

Jayne serves as the Artistic Associate at Renaissance Theaterworks. Born in London, Jayne studied at the Royal Ballet School. Hailed as one of the finest dramatic dancers of her generation. Since 2000 she has acted as répétiteur and coached internationally. She has also worked as a choreographer, and movement director, and dialect coach. María Amenábar Farias

María Amenábar Farias is a director/ producer/theater artist from Guatemala City, Guatemala. She currently serves as the Artistic Producing Associate at Milwaukee Repertory Theater, and has previously worked with Indiana Repertory Theater, the Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival and the Illinois Shakespeare Festival. Favorite directing credits include How I Learned to Drive, Good Kids, Mud, The Thanksgiving Play, Fairview, Bonnie and Clyde: The Musical and Heathers: The Musical. Larry Moore Orchestrations

Larry, a composer, arranger and producer from the Milwaukee area, is most widely known for his extensive catalog of arrangements for orchestra, published and distributed through the Hal Leonard Corporation. His commissions have been performed by orchestras in Milwaukee, Phoenix, Chautauqua and Indianapolis. In addition, his published works have been performed throughout the United States as well as worldwide, including orchestras in Belfast, Bremin, Milan, Prague and Slovenia. He has composed orchestra scores for television shows such as “ER,” “Fear Factor,” “Gilmore Girls” and “Nightline.” He is also a studio musician and has produced and played on dozens of projects, including numerous CD’s for Hal Leonard. In live performance Larry has worked with such notable figures as Bob Hope and Cab Calloway. He also currently performs with his own jazz ensemble.
