Bridget, a born and raised New Yorker, has been in the biz since birth. From childhood until now; she has performed at Ford’s Theatre, MTC at City Center, in original productions of Dog Sees God, and Spring Awakening. Film and TV productions: HBO’s “Everyday People,” “Law & Order: SVU,” “Sherrybaby” with Maggie Gylenhaal, “God’s Pocket” with Philip Seymour Hoffman, Brian DePalma’s “Redacted,” Steven Soderbergh’s “The Knick,” the voice of Misty Holloway on “The Get Down,” as well as “Blue Bloods,” “Blindspot,” “The Last O.G.” “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” and ”FBI.” Currently, she is Mistress of Ceremonies at the burlesque club Duane Park and a teaching artist with Carnegie Hall.
Paris Bennett Performer
(she/her) At 4’11’’, Bennett may be pint-sized, but she has the undeniable ability to stand out like the brightest star in the sky. She has graced Broadway and Off-Broadway stages as the lead in RENT, Columbia in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Dorothy in The Wiz and Nell in Ain’t Misbehavin’. She was a top-five finalist on season five of American Idol, and has worked in film with Tyler Perry, Lynn Whitfield and many more. Bennett is now putting the final touches on her much-anticipated sophomore album.
Kayla Saunders Performer

Mark Clements Creator/Artistic Director
Mark is an award-winning international theater director whose work has appeared in over 100 major theaters throughout Europe and the United States. He began his tenure as Artistic Director with the 2010/11 Season by bringing musicals to the mainstage, starting a tradition that is now the highlight of every season. Mark has directed over 30 productions at Milwaukee Rep including World and American Premieres, his own adaptation of the current A Christmas Carol and all but one mainstage musical including Run Bambi Run, Titanic the Musical, West Side Story and Dreamgirls. Prior to joining Milwaukee Rep, Mark served as an Associate Artistic Director for several UK theater companies, most notably, Artistic Director for the award-winning Derby Playhouse in the UK where he directed over 40 productions. He has been nominated for an Olivier Award and several UK Theatre Awards, and has won three Barrymore Awards in Philadelphia. He created and directed the West End and UK National Tour of Soul Train Mark is currently working with Ayad Akhtar on adapting his critically acclaimed novel American Dervish for the stage to make its World Premiere in an upcoming season. He is also co-writing The Craic, making its World Premiere in the Stackner Cabaret later this season.
Dan Kazemi Director/Music Director
Dan has musically directed more than 30 shows at Milwaukee Rep including Run Bambi Run, Titanic the Musical, Dad’s Season Tickets, Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol, Hedwig and The Angry Inch, A Christmas Carol, West Side Story, In the Heights, Murder for Two, Guys and Dolls, Man of La Mancha and Dreamgirls. Other credits include: Lizzie (Barrymore Award), Herringbone (Barrymore Nom). Orchestration
credits include Field Hockey Hot (Barrymore Nom) and Tulipomania. Dan’s music has been performed at Lincoln Center, SDC’s Mr. Abbott Awards, Le Cirque de Demain in Paris, Ballet Fleming and in the 213 collective’s Untitled Project #213. Dan is a composer of the musical podcast, Mythic Thunderlute.
Aaron Lichamer Lighting Designer
Aaron is a lighting designer based out of Chicago. He has worked extensively in the Midwest, including six seasons as the Lighting & Video Director for Milwaukee Rep. Recent credits include Songbird (The Florentine Opera); Before It All Goes Dark, The Cook Off (Chicago Opera Theater); Southern Gothic (Windy City Playhouse); Country Sunshine, Unforgettable: John-Mark McGaha Sings Nat King Cole, Dad’s Season Tickets, Piano Men, and Get Happy (Milwaukee Repertory Theater). Annika is a recently minted Milwaukeean by way of Seattle and NYC. She is the current Associate Artistic Producer at Milwaukee Repertory Theater, overseeing the Literary Department. She has previously worked at Playwrights Horizons, Seattle Rep, and 5th Avenue Theatre. Sydney Smith Production Supervisor
Sydney is thrilled to return to Milwaukee Repertory Theater for Women of Rock! Previously at Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Sydney worked on Piano Men 2 and Country Sunshine: The Legendary Ladies of Nashville With Katie Deal as the Production Coordinator and The Nativity Variations as a Production Assistant. This past summer, Sydney worked as a stage manager for the Seven Devils Playwrights Conference in McCall, Idaho. Other favorite local credits include The Wolves at Renaissance Theaterworks and Indecent at Milwaukee Chamber Theatre. Sydney also is a stage manager at Summerfest.
Chad Bauman Executive Director
Chad joined Milwaukee Rep in 2013. Since, the theater has produced more than 130 productions, raised nearly $100 million through 3 capital campaigns, launched a new A Christmas Carol and the Jack Lewis New Play Development Program, began construction on the Associated Bank Theater Center and quadrupled net assets operating without a deficit for 11 years. Bauman has been named Top 40 under 40 by the Milwaukee Business Journal, a Champion of the Hispanic Community by the United Community Center, and a notable LGBTQ Executive and NonProfit CEO of the Year by Milwaukee BizTimes. He is a doctoral student in Organizational Leadership at UNC Chapel Hill and a graduate of Brown University’s Leadership Coaching Program, Harvard Business School’s Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management Program, and CalArt’s MFA Producing Program.
