Off Campus Site Visit
Main Features: - 2 Types of Steel used - coal form, rods steel - 3 Types of Plasterboards: Dense Red (Fire Check), Dense Blue (Wet), White(Regular) Lower concrete slab in the bathroom for tile installation. This process can only be done if the concrete is level and stable. Usually done at the end of the construction process when concrete is stable (around 28days)
Roof Metal Decking roof Features: Durable, lightweight, ease of installation, fire resistant Slope: ~5 degress for efficient water drainage
