Outfit inspiration is found everywhere. Maybe it’s from your favorite celebrity or just maybe from the girl next door. Wherever your inspiration may originate, remember that you don’t have to break the bank to achieve the look. This look was inspired by the beautiful, talented singer and fashion icon Ciara. I absolutely love her effortless style. She most certainly lives by one of my favorite sayings: “You wear the clothes, the clothes should never wear you.” She’s going to give you head-to-toe Style & Grace every single time.

HERE’S HOW TO ACHIEVE A LUX LOOK ON A THRIFTED BUDGET;

• Take a picture of the look you’re trying to accomplish.

• Don’t get too attached to every detail of the look. More than likely, you won’t be able to find that exact piece thrifting, so be open and have an imagination when remixing.

• Stay in the same color palate. • Stay true to the aesthetic of the look.

• Have fun!!

AT TIMES, WHY NOT MAKE ACCESSORIES THE STAR OF YOUR LOOK.

• Discover the beauty of layering necklaces.

• Don’t be afraid to mix metals.

• Costume jewelry is an inexpensive way to achieve a high fashion look on a budget.

• Sometimes, “too much” can be a good thing, especially when your outfit is subtle.

With this outfit, I had so much fun mixing denims and metals with my accessories and layering multiple necklaces. And know this … lol! Your denims don’t have to always match. Have fun with it, be bold, and experiment with different tones of denim. This look cost me $32 to achieve. I must admit, I wasn’t totally convinced I could do it, but I stayed true to my personal style while keeping Ciara’s bold, sexy vibe as well.
