Clear Out The Clutter
Welcome... It is goodbye from me, in the sense that I will be moving to London shortly to pursue my acting career! I have made a complete turn around on the Mind Body and Spirit road, I have been reaching deep into my soul to find myself and found that I was not fulfilling my dreams. I needed to go deep within myself and clear out all that old baggage, so to speak, and I have been so lucky to find the tools to help me on my journey. I feel so blessed to have found the most profound healing technique and the best therapists to get me there. Over the last year and a half I have been clearing old beliefs, patterns, programmes and issues that were standing in my way. It was my lack of confidence and my negative thought patterns. I can safely say that, those issues have gone and I feel 100% ready to go for it. I have got a few auditions lined up already, TV programmes, a series on TV, a couple of sitcoms and a presenter for a food programme. I will still be designing the magazine on my laptop for now, just will not be living in Cyprus for now.

Unable to benefit from prescription drugs, Helen had no choice, but to take an alternative route to her condition. Her symptoms included paralysis, blindness and acute fatigue amongst others. What is our lymphatic system?
Like Cinderella, the lymph system labours quietly in the shadows to clean up the mess made by virtually all the other systems of the body. However, the lymph system is like a big hover and is responsible for cleaning up excess fluid, debris and toxins and returns protein back to the blood stream. So how can you support your lymphatic system? As the lymphatic system does not have a pump, like the heart, and lymph fluid is as thick as honey, it moves very slowly, and an inactivate lifestyle can seriously restrict

e stand at the brink of a new era, recognizing that many of the old ways no longer satisfy us. Now is the time to become fully conscious in order to live our deepest truth. These recipes have taken me many years to perfect. They have all been made many times at my home for my children Tomas, Tristan, Jade and my husband Peter. They helped me make the recipes
