welcome Dear Friends.... This year’s Limassol Mind, Body and Spirit Exhibition takes place on a very special date – the Spring Equinox. This is a moment of balance in the year, when day and night are of equal length. There is a balance between light and darkness. Often in our lives, we focus on one or the other. We often run after what we consider to be positive and “good” and try to avoid what we see as “bad”. At this time of balance we can observe nature and see that there is always both light and darkness, both “good” and “bad”. As the days get longer for us the hours of darkness are lengthening for our friends in the southern hemisphere. When we take a broader view we see that all creation exists in dynamic balance. When we can accept both the light and the dark, the “good ‘and the “bad”, knowing that both exist as a part of one constantly changing whole, we can begin to let go of our judgments, which are often based on limited perspective, and grow in acceptance of reality.

Facial rejuvenation a A guide to the increasingly popular acupuncture treatment
T
he Chinese are known for their flawless complexions. They have always known what Westerners are now coming to acknowledge: that beautiful skin must be addressed both externally and internally. Facial rejuvenation acupuncture is based on the principles of Chinese Medicine. Historically, these treatments were used by the Emperor’s concubines in China to keep themselves youthful and radiant. Today, facial rejuvenation acupuncture is gaining popularity with those wanting to take years off their face, without the risks of more conventional treatments.

A facial rejuvenation acupuncture series addresses all aspects of the individual’s health and beauty. On the surface, it improves facial tone by stimulating the muscles of the face and re-establishing firmness. This can improve the look of a sagging jaw line, double chin, naso-labial fold, drooping eyelids and can redefine cheekbones. Acupuncture also stimulates circulation in the face, improving facial color, under eye bags or circles, and a flushed face. By stimulating collagen production, individual lines and wrinkles can be diminished. Acupuncture affects the endocrine system and balances hormones. Balancing hormones can improve problems pertaining to the skin such as acne, oily skin, and dry skin. Facial rejuvenation acupuncture includes a whole body treatment. The aim of the series is not only to resolve problems at the surface, but also to address the internal 6 Mind, Body & Spirit Magazine
imbalance that is causing the problem in the first place. For example, in Chinese Medicine, a lack of tone in facial muscles is due to a weakness in the internal organ system relating to the spleen. Therefore, in addition to stimulating the facial muscles themselves, the practitioner will also strengthen the system at its root, so that sagging is less likely to recur.

more apparent. The results are not as dramatic as a surgical facelift. Rather, the changes are gradual over the course of several weeks. By the end of a series, the face is lifted and bright, wrinkles are diminished, and facial tone and color are markedly improved. Results like these were confirmed by a study published in the Journal of Clinical Acupuncture in which 300 individuals completed a full facial acupuncture series.

90% of the participants concluded with noticeable improvements in their skin. Monthly maintenance sessions are recommended to keep results lasting for years. Those with conditions such as high blood pressure, bleeding disorders and pregnancy are not ideal candidates for facial rejuvenation acupuncture. A practitioner will pre-screen all potential patients to make sure they are good candidates for the series.
This whole body approach to rejuvenation provides lasting results and many report that they not only start looking better, but also feel better, sleep better, have improved digestion and are relieved of aches and pains. A facial rejuvenation series consists of 12 weekly or bi-weekly treatments. During the first few sessions, one will begin to see a brightening of the complexion. Does the school have a connection with any religion?
What is your workshop ‘Awakening the Third Eye’ about? Awakening the Third Eye is a two day workshop designed to give people an introduction to working with this energetic centre and starting a spiritual practice based on vision. As a gateway to inner worlds, everyone has a third eye so in fact we are revealing what is already there. The workshop shows how people can use their third eye in daily life. This vision and integration in daily life is an important aspect of the Clairvision style of work. It is the start of a harmonisation between who you are in the world and who you are spiritually. The workshop is actually a lot of fun as we learn to create spaces together based on the standpoint of the third eye. Another element of the workshop is that it gives a taste of the style and flavour of the energy behind the school and from there many people get a sense of whether this style of work is right for them. One frequent comment I hear people on the first day of the workshop relating their first third eye experiences is this sense of “coming home” somehow. 12 Mind, Body & Spirit Magazine
When people relate this experience it always, always touches me very deeply. Do I need to have some background in meditation to attend? Not at all! Right from the first morning you will be shown techniques that take you into deep spaces of vision together with lots of ancillary techniques to help you with the process of meditation. It’s important when one is doing spiritual work or working on oneself to have a context to understand the experience you are having.
The school has no connection with any religion and this is an important point. If people have a religious or spiritual background all we ask is that you try the practices and see what happens. The focus is to provide an experiential basis of spiritual realities. To see for yourself and know for yourself! There is certitude and knowing that develops from direct vision and experience. Instead of being swayed by what is going on around you, your decisions become based on this inner knowing. You develop the right relationship where you are in the world but not of it. As you progress with the school you gain a level of clarity and vision that also comes from having freed yourself from emotional blockages and beliefs. The freedom this inner knowing brings also has the effect where you raise the voltage of your consciousness resulting in transformation. Raising voltage, transformation and cultivating a quest for Truth is what the Clairvision School is all about.
This context is also important in coming to a greater understanding of yourself and of spiritual realities. In other words you come to greater ‘clarity’ and ‘vision’ both of yourself and the world in general. What is the Clairvision School? The Clairvision School is a school of meditation that was started in 1987 by Dr Samuel Sagan. It is about substance and direct experience, rather than beliefs. It favours depth and integrity over quick fixes and easy solutions. In terms of size, it’s still relatively small with only 600-800 students worldwide.

The Enneagram as a tool for personal development

he Enneagram is a geometric figure that maps out nine fundamental personality types of human nature. Its roots are in the ancient wisdom of the Sufi culture, but since the 1960s it has been combined with modern Western psychology into a very useful model for personal growth.
always give love, care and nourishment in the quantity that was needed. For example, the path of development for a type 4 is for them to stop comparing themselves to others, and instead use their special ability to see themselves and people around them as equal human beings then they will experience a deep inner state of being accepted and part of the world,.
The word Enneagram comes from the Greek ‘ennea’ for ‘nine’. The Enneagram is a figure with 9 points drawn in a circle, one point for each personality type. The lines between the types describe the relationship of the patterns for each type, and how the types change under stress and in safety. For instance, a type 9 under pressure will show traits from type 6, and in security, take on traits from type 3. The Enneagram is an advanced psychological model, describing the complexity of human beings.
Motivation and ego fixation Each of the 9 personality types has a starting point and is driven by an unconscious ‘passion’ or motivation. This passion determines our values, and is the fundamental basis for what we think about the world and ourselves. It also results in a fixation of the mind, making us repeat our behavioural patterns again and again, because we think this will satisfy us and provide us with an inner state of happiness. Unfortunately, it does not work – in fact, it has the opposite effect. The repetition of our pattern amplifies our passion, which in turn amplifies our fixation, so our pattern continues in a negative cycle. “If you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always gotten”.An example: Type 4s are driven by the passion of envy, always looking for what is missing. This makes 4s fixated on comparing themselves to others, and too often find themselves lacking. 20 Mind, Body & Spirit Magazine
Waking up to ourselves
By comparing themselves, they unconsciously hope to motivate themselves to change, so that they will one day be truly accepted by others. But unfortunately the comparison only brings frustration and self loathing, and makes 4s feel less and less accepted.
Breaking the patterns When we become conscious about our fixated behaviour, we can stop it and focus on doing the opposite. As easy as this may sound, it is usually very difficult because our passion and fixation are so deeply rooted in us and so connected with who we are, that it is scary to let go. However, each type actually has a special ability that is the direct opposite of the subconscious passion. This ability is something the type already knows and uses in resourceful situations. Using the special ability is the pathway to our psychological development that will finally give us what we have been unconsciously looking for all our life - a state of happiness, in contact with our inner self, our essence. The path can return us to a state that was lost when, as children, we sometimes experienced the world as an unwelcoming place, where people did not
The Sufis say that we humans have fallen asleep to ourselves, and instead of being awake and present in the now, we subconsciously keep repeating our patterns over and over - even if these patterns do not always give us what we wish for. It’s as if we don’t know what else to do; as if we live in a world of our own, and whatever happens has only one meaning, which we react to with our given patterns. When we become conscious of our patterns through the Enneagram, it’s like waking up to ourselves and we see life with our eyes wide open. Mistakenly we think we can connect to our inner state of happiness by doing what we usually do. But only if we break our old patterns and follow the development path of the Enneagram will we be able to connect to our essence in a prolonged and more permanent way. And when we do, life becomes very much easier, more beautiful, and filled with love.

he Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) was developed by Robert Detzler in 1988. Its purpose is to cleanse the negative effects that accumulate upon a person from this and previous lives, allowing for new, positive, supportive ideas and beliefs to establish themselves and achieve an overall improvement in that person’s life.
The healings of SRT The consultants who practice the therapy use a pendulum and a series of charts and to look into the Akashic Records (each person’s book of lives who has consented to the therapy) and proceed with the cleansing process. self healing. Within the past 22 years of SRT, Robert Detzler has helped over 25,000 people worldwide, to live a life full of joy, health, prosperity and love, regardless of their beliefs about reincarnation. Can you refer to some therapy examples? - According to my experience I’ve enjoyed almost instantaneous therapies for people, such as preventing thier potential suicides, eliminating depressions and dependencies, and reunitng family members who hadn’t spoken for years. But the usual rhythm is a slow and steady healing process which enables the person to feel, contemplate and enjoy the difference. What healing work have you had? I trained for purely personal reasons without ever thinking I’d be involved in this line of work professionally. But things were so positive after my clearing and the changes so great, that it’s a great pleasure for me to share this therapy with others. At first, I felt relieved while I distanced myself from painful memories and situations. I could now discern and face reality in a more

At the end of six months, an incredibly sweet feeling of peace, joy and power came from within me, without the influence of an
external event (e.g. a new job). Two months later, my internal rebirth materialized on a physical level with me daring to start a new cycle of self improvement seminars in my line of work. The therapy however, is a highly personal matter for everyone and operates in accordance with our intention and temperament and to the level which we allow it to happen. The therapies of SRT & SpR have helped thousands of people around the world. This does not mean of course that it can help everyone. The results can never be guaranteed, and the therapies and consultants who apply them do not seek to replace your psychotherapist, physician or the medication which you are prescribed to take.

hat if your entire life was actually one great big wake up call.... one huge BOO! What if, when you finally took notice of that ‘Boo!’, an amazing and magical journey unfolded in front of your very eyes, a journey that had always been there ready for you to find. This is what happened for me just four short years ago. It is the essence of this journey that I will be sharing with you at The Mind Body Spirit exhibition and in ‘The Sacred Life Path’ course I am running in Limassol on 23rd-25th April 2010. It is an exciting journey we take together now, YOUR journey, and along the way I am here for you to ask as many questions and to serve you in any way that will support you unfold your great magical adventure NOW! ‘Where do I begin?’ I hear you ask. Let me begin at my beginning:

Have you ever felt caught in a trap, one that seems impossible to escape from? The world looks at you and believes you to be in an amazing position, lovely husband and family, incredible life style and yet deep inside you are wretched .... Somehow you know there is something far greater destined for you, something you cannot comprehend and your heart is screaming at you... ‘Just please wake up and listen to me!’ There is a truth burning in your heart and you just keep ignoring it ... until ...? This is where it began for me just four years ago and yet, when it did begin, I had no idea that it was about to be such a magical journey. I had no idea that this ‘Boo’ could create such joy! It was December 2005 and I was standing in Edinburgh Castle, when a quite incredible
other worldly experience happened to me. This lead me to walk trance like to the base of the turret and place a ring from a glass case upon my finger. I had no idea at that time what the message etched upon that ring, written in an ancient script, meant. Nor could I possibly have imagined that it was about to propel me upon the most extraordinary journey, a journey which had all the people I loved and knew in that moment reeling in shock, as I walked away from everything and everyone to pursue a truth burning in my heart. From the moment I placed that ring upon my finger, everything began to break around me on a colossal scale. Things around my house broke, electrical equipment, windows, my car and I even had a freak accident smashing seven teeth.... Yes, you know, the kind of dream that is your worst nightmare! Just six months later I was standing in

Dublin castle with girlfriends on a balmy June evening, the early evening mist rolling in across the splendour of the castle grounds. There was joy in the air all around us, music playing and in fact we were being serenaded by some lovely men. But, whilst all of that was happening, I was wretched inside of me. I knew that I had come to a point where, finally, I could no longer stay in my marriage. I found a dark and quiet corner of the castle, slumped to the floor, threw my head in my hands and pleaded with every part of my being for the man I had seen in my dreams for some years now to come to me. Within just 3 hours, standing in a Dublin bar with my friends, the door of the bar opened and the very unusual looking man from my dreams walked in. As we looked into each other’s eyes, it was as if lightening had struck. He walked back out of the bar, beckoning me to follow with his deep intense gaze. For the first time in my life, I truly did not hesitate for one moment in following the call of my heart above the chatter in my head which was telling me to stay firmly put. I walked outside where he was waiting for me. The 20 minutes we spent together that followed were the most extraordinary and catalytic of my life. Time stood still on that street as we both knew somehow that we had spent lifetimes together.... How could this be? Friends came out and pulled us apart, steering me away and along the road. I left him standing in the dark night, tears upon our faces, with no way of contacting each other. From the moment I got onto the plane and flew home to England, grief stricken, extraordinary things began to happen. It began with me feeling energy all around me, brushing my face gently, tugging at my hands. I could not explain this! Everywhere I walked, light bulbs exploded, Tv’s and electrical equipment stopped working. Rare animals would appear in pairs out of nowhere and trails of hundreds of white feathers were literally at my feet, as if laid out for me to follow. Everybody I had known, including my own children, seemed alien to me, as if they were characters in some kind of a movie I was watching. I felt no connection to them at all! Can you imagine, no connection to your own children! It took all of my courage to tell my husband that the marriage was over and yet, somehow, it took none. The only thing that rang true for me was to follow the call of my heart. It was as if I had
finally heard the only truth that had ever been in existence. I set off to Crete for the summer with my boys only to see the most amazing things continue to happen. In forty degrees of heat, a snowy white owl greeted us on the gate of house every day, rose petals were laid out in the shape of hearts in the garden. Unusual coincidences began to occur, much to the amazement of many friends in Crete. Within just 3 months, I awoke in my home in England at 11.11 one night with the entire bones of a story in my head. I wrote through the night and by the morning, when I put my pen down (at 5.55am), I sat back shocked and astonished at what I had just written. Many of the words and terminology I had never seen before, neither did I know what they meant. But the biggest shock of all was that, from that very day, the story of the book literally became real. I became the main character and the story unfolded about me! Can you imagine, living out the story of the main character you had just written about? What followed was nothing short of miraculous, a trail so full of codes, synchronicities, astonishing information that all sorts of people, scientists and other professionals that I knew were astounded. I, too, was quite amazed by my sudden ability to refute scientific reports and write detailed information about things I had never heard of or seen. The most incredible thing, was that evidence kept showing up to substantiate things I had written. Information that connected an ever intriguing and astonishing trail. This journey, following the voice of my heart implicitly, has now seen me write and publish two books, appear on film, TV, create and run workshops and speak all over the globe from Australia to Antarctica. Along the way, I have been so blessed and priveledged to meet and befriend some of the most incredible people, doing amazing things to change people’s reality! For example, Lynne McTaggart, creater of ‘What the Doctors don’t tell you’ and author of the international best selling books, ‘The Intention Experiment’ and ‘The Field’, later wrote of me and my first book ‘Louise is a very brave woman with an extraordinarily bold vision’. This is the journey that I will be sharing with you. It I really do mean it when I say that it is an exciting journey we take together now, YOUR journey, and along the way I am here for you to ask as many questions and to serve you in any way that will support you unfold your great magical adventure NOW! ‘A Recipe For Health’ cooking programme is predominately for people who want healthy, nutritous, tasty food but my programmes are also geared towards people with intolerances, allergies, illness and disease. These recipes have taken me many years to perfect. They have all been made many times at my home for my children Tomas, Tristan, Jade and my husband Peter. They helped me make the recipes better each time. I made flapjacks for months until I found the perfect combination -- not too dry, a little crispy on the outside but a little bit gooey on the inside. I love cooking and experimenting with recipes and healthy ingredients. Have been doing it for years now and had so many recipes that I decided to write a book and make my own cooking programmes. All recipes are vegan, healthy, sugar, egg, wheat and meat free and they don’t taste like cardboard!
Roasted Vegetable
Risotto Ingredients 300g cherry tomatoes 200g tomatoes 1 red onion 1 yellow pepper 10 small mushrooms 5 garlic cloves 150g pine nuts 2 teaspoons dried basil 2 teaspoons dried oregano 500g risotto rice 100g sun dried tomatoes a few dried porcini mushrooms 1 glass of organic white wine extra virgin olive oil
Method 1. Heat oven to 200oC. 2. Pour 750ml of boiling water into a bowl 3. Add the sun dried tomatoes and porcini mushrooms. Leave to soak until the stock is needed. 4. Wash and chop the vegetables. Peel and leave the garlic whole. 5. In a large baking tin add the tomatoes, mushrooms, pepper nd garlic. Roast for 45 minutes. 6. Fry the red onion in olive oil for a few minutes. 7. Add the risotto rice and fry for 1 min. Add the wine and let the rice soak up all wine. 8. Add the stock 1 spoon at a time until the stock is finished and stir it all the time. 9. Κοσμική Το Μέλλον της

ί είναι κοσμική ενέργεια; Είναι ένα δώρο από το Θεό στον άνθρωπο, με σκοπό την πνευματική του ανάπτυξη. Είναι ενέργεια μαζί με γνώση. Μας παραδόθηκε για να κατανοήσουμε το ρόλο μας στη γη, αλλά και για να βελτιώσουμε τη δική μας ζωή και υγεία. Από πολλές πλευρές έρχονται πληροφορίες ότι νέες συχνότητες ενέργειας έρχονται στη γη. Παρατηρούμε παντού αλλαγές στο κλίμα, γεωλογικές μετακινήσεις θεομηνίες, κατακλυσμούς και καταστροφές. Παράλληλα, αυξάνεται συνεχώς ο αριθμός των ανθρώπων που έχουν υπερφυσικές ικανότητες. Εμφανίζονται πολλές εσωτερικές σχολές με διαφορετικές τεχνικές και πρακτικές. Μεγαλώνει το πνευματικό δυναμικό των ανθρώπων. Αποκαλύπτεται συνεχώς νέα γνώση. Μια από αυτές τις ολοκληρωμένες μεθόδους γνώσεις είναι και η κοσμική ενέργεια. Αύτη η μέθοδος, δηλαδή γνώση της ενέργειας και η θεραπευτική συμβολή της, παραδόθηκε στον άνθρωπο και τον πλανήτη. Τον άνθρωπο τον προσέχουν ,οδηγούν και διορθώνουν όντα από την εσωτερική ιεραρχία του πλανήτη. Οι άνθρωποι έχουν επαφή με αυτήν την ιεραρχία εδώ και χιλιάδες χρόνια. Επάνω στον πλανήτη σήμερα έχουν ενσαρκωθεί ψυχές από διαφορετικά κοσμικά συστήματα όπως ο Ιησούς 2000 χρόνια πριν, που εργασία τους είναι να βοηθήσουν την ανθρωπότητα να στραφεί στον δρόμο της πνευματικής εξέλιξης και να προχωρήσει σε ένα υψηλότερο επίπεδο ανάπτυξης.
Ο πλανήτης μας αποτελεί έναν χώρο όπου ενσαρκώνονται ψυχές που είχαν οπισθοδρομήσει στους άλλους πλανήτες που ζούσαν. Αν αυτή την περίοδο το μεγαλύτερο μέρος της ανθρωπότητας δεν καταλάβει την αποστολή του δεν πρόκειται να ξεφύγει από τον ατελή κύκλο αυτού του πολιτισμού. Είναι ένας πλανήτης εξορίας, ένας από τους κατώτερους πολιτισμούς του γαλαξία. Γι αυτό τον λόγο η βοήθεια που έχουμε προέρχεται από υψηλές δυνάμεις στην κοσμική Ιεραρχία και έτσι γρήγορα μπορούμε να βγούμε στα νέα ενεργειακά πεδία με την χρήση των νέων γνώσεων και ενεργειών. γη. Βασικό καθήκον για μας είναι να αγκαλιάσουμε όσους περισσότερους ανθρώπους μπορούμε στη γη και αυτή είναι η αποστολή των κοσμοενεργητικών. Αυτή είναι μια από τις γενικές γραμμές του προγράμματος εξέλιξης του πλανήτη σήμερα.. Η κοινότητα των πολιτισμών στο σύμπαν είναι πολύ μεγάλη κάθε ένας έχει την δικιά του εξέλιξη με κοινό στόχο την ταυτόχρονη ανάπτυξη μέχρι την ένωση με τον κοσμικό νου, δηλαδή τον δημιουργό. Αναρχία δεν υπάρχει στο σύμπαν και δεν μπορεί να υπάρξει, όλα είναι αλληλένδετα και υποταγμένα στους σκληρούς κοσμικούς νόμους. Αν δεν υποτάσσονται στους κοσμικούς νόμους τότε οι πολιτισμοί αυτοί χάνουν την θέση τους από τον γαλαξία και οδηγούνται σε εκφυλισμό. Η κοσμική Ιεραρχία είναι μια κοινότητα από ισχυρά πνευματικά όντα, που υποτάσσονται στις βαθμίδες της δύναμης όπου οι χαμηλότερες υπακούουν στις υψηλότερες. Οι δεσμοί της ιεραρχίας είναι φτιαγμένοι με ενεργειακά κριτήρια. Το υψηλότερο ενεργειακό επίπεδο είναι και το δυνατότερο. Η γη έχει καθυστερήσει στην δική της ανάπτυξη και η ανθρωπότητα δεν προχωρά, έχοντας επιλέξει την υλική πλευρά της ζωής. Όλες οι αξίες αναγνωρίζονται σε σχέση με το χρήμα, και το κέρδος, οι σχέσεις εργασίας, οι ανθρώπινες σχέσεις,. Όλες οι σχέσεις

αναγνωρίζονται από την πλευρά του κέρδους.Τι θα κερδίσω ας κάνω αυτό ή εκείνο, αν δεν κερδίσουν κάτι δεν κάνω τίποτα, έτσι λειτουργεί το μεγαλύτερο κομμάτι του πλανήτη. Η αναβίωση της εσωτερικής γνώσης, όπως η μαγεία, μαντεία και άλλες παραψυχολογικές ασχολίες χρησιμοποιούνται για οικονομικό κέρδος ή άλλη προσωπική ωφέλεια. Πουθενά αλλού στο γαλαξία δεν γίνεται χρήση της δύναμης της ψυχής για το κέρδος, μόνο στη γη.

Αυτός είναι και ο λόγος της μεγάλης οπισθοδρόμησης της γης. Στόχος των ανωτέρων δυνάμεων είναι να κατευθύνει την ανθρωπότητα στο δρόμο της εξέλιξης για να πάρει ο άνθρωπος υψηλότερης ποιότητας ενέργεια και έτσι να αλλάξει την πνευματικότητα του. Οι άνθρωποι δεν μπορούν να χρησιμοποιήσουν τις νέες συχνότητες για κακούς σκοπούς. Η εξέλιξη της γης και του ανθρώπου εξαρτάται από το ενεργειακό πεδίο που αυτός θα συγκεντρώσει κατά την διάρκεια της ζωής του και θα μοιραστεί με την γη. Ο πλανήτης γη ταυτόχρονα με τον άνθρωπο προχωρά στα επόμενα στάδια εξέλιξης. Ο πλανήτης θα μπορέσει να ενωθεί με τις ανώτερες δυνάμεις όταν όλη η ανθρωπότητα γίνει ένα σύνολο, ένας παγκόσμιος νους. Αυτό είναι το πρόγραμμα της ανάπτυξης μας. Η γη έτσι θα προχωρήσει σε ένα νέο επίπεδο ύπαρξης και ο άνθρωπος επίσης χάνοντας το υλικό του σώμα.
Η ανθρωπότητα τώρα βρίσκεται στην 5η φυλή και τελειώνοντας αυτόν τον κύκλο θα μεταπηδήσει στην 6η. Αυτή την πληροφορία μας δίνουν πρόσφατες ανακαλύψεις στη φυσική. Σήμερα η ανθρωπότητα και ο πλανήτης έχουν δεχθεί τον στόχο που έχει θέσει η Ιεραρχία να περάσουν στην 6η φυλή. Αναφερθήκαμε προηγουμένως στο ρόλο που παίζουν οι άνθρωποι και ο πλανήτης στους ανώτερους κόσμους. Είμαστε ένας κρίκος στην αλυσίδα της ενεργοπληροφορικής αλληλεπίδρασης στο σύμπαν. Όλα στο σύμπαν λειτουργούν μ΄ αυτό τον τρόπο. Παίρνουν ενέργεια – κατεργάζονται – δίνουν στο επόμενο επίπεδο. Με τον ίδιο τρόπο λειτουργούμε και εμείς. Παίρνουμε ενέργεια από το σύμπαν (με τα ενεργητικά κέντρα – τσάκρας), την κατεργαζόμαστε και τη στέλνουμε πίσω στη γη και το σύμπαν. Επίσης υπάρχει και ο βασικός νόμος ότι οι πιο δυνατοί ενεργειακά πάντα οδηγούν τους πιο αδύναμους. Κάθε ενεργητικό επίπεδο έχει ένα δικό του σύνολο πολιτισμών. Ο σκοπός όλων αυτών των πολιτισμών είναι ένας: η ‘αυτό-ανάπτυξη’. Σύμφωνα με αυτό το πρόγραμμα, η γη πρέπει να ‘ανεγερθεί’ για να προχωρήσει πίσω από το πιο πάνω σύνολο πολιτισμών και να αναπτυχθεί. Γιατί, όπως αναφέρθηκε, και εμείς, αποτελούμε έναν κρίκο στην ενεργητική αλυσίδα του σύμπαντος. Τι είναι λοιπόν η κοσμική ενέργεια που παραδόθηκε στον άνθρωπο την τελευταία δεκαετία του περασμένου αιώνα; Είναι η ενέργεια μαζί με γνώση. Η κοσμική ενέργεια σήμερα τοποθετεί τις βάσεις για την ιατρική του μέλλοντος. Ερευνες για αυτήν γίνονται πλέον σε όλους τους τομείς όπως στη φυσική, βιολογία, χημεία, ψυχολογία, αλλά και στους νόμους που διέπουν το σύμπαν. Η θεραπεία με την μέθοδο της κοσμικής ενέργειας πραγματοποιείται σύμφωνα με τους κόσμους του λεπτού (αόρατου) κόσμου. Η μέθοδος αυτή επιτρέπει να θεραπεύσουμε όχι μόνο το φυσικό σώμα, αλλά και τις αιτίες (ρίζες) των ασθενειών που βρίσκεται στα άλλα μας σώματα (πεδία) αστρικό, αιθερικό κλπ. Η διάγνωση με την μέθοδο αυτή στηρίζεται όχι μόνο στο φυσικό σώμα αλλά και στα υπόλοιπα ενεργειακά σώματα και εργάζεται με τα ενεργειακά κέντρα (τσάκρας) του ανθρώπου. Τον προηγούμενο αιώνα το ζεύγος Kirlian κατασκεύασε έναν μηχανισμό με τον οποίο μπορούμε να δούμε και να φωτογραφήσουμε την ενεργητική μας αύρα (λεπτά σώματα). Έτσι, επιβεβαιώνεται ότι η ύπαρξή μας δεν είναι μόνο το φυσικό μας σώμα και ότι υπάρχει και ο ‘λεπτός’ κόσμος που ζει και λειτουργεί με βάση τους νόμους του σύμπαντος. Στο επόμενο άρθρο θα αναλυθούν σε βάθος και θα αναπτυχθούν περισσότερο αυτά τα θέματα, ενώ θα δοθούν και νέες πλαροφορίες.

An AlternativeHoliday Use Your Vacation to Save the Earth by Jock Millenson, PhD Last year in this space I wrote about how an alternative holistic holiday offers the opportunity to be a powerful force for networking and consciousness raising. I suggested there that a holiday in a community of like minded new friends is actually a valuable element toward building a new non-violent world of peace, partnership and sustainability. In this article I want to be more specific and illustrate how—using Gandhi's principle of “becoming the change you want”—you personally can utilise an holistic vacation to actually have a fine holiday experience AND make a contribution toward building the New World that we all want to see. I give examples from the Findhorn-inspired Kalikalos holistic holiday Centre in Pelion, Greece, because I know these best, having been coordinating that Centre since 2002. However, what I say here applies to many other holistic holiday Centres all around the Mediterranean basin, including some from Cyprus itself. This summer at Kalikalos, as you can see from the box ad below, we are offering workshops and retreats in healing, non-violent communication (NVC), ecovillage trainings and permaculture, Self enquiry, creative arts, dance, drumming, mediation and social changes processes. This Centre is located on two campuses, 3 km apart, in the lush green mountain ecosystem of Mt Pelion, home of the mythical Centaurs and the site of some of the earliest healing Centres, going back over 2000 years. Five km from the Centre, at the foot of the mountain, lie beautiful safe crystal clear white sandy beaches, among the best on the planet.
We located ourselves in the Pelion peninsula 8 years ago because the location, 525 m up, gives us fresh cool breezes even in the most torrid summer months and because the area, lacking foreign tourists, still retains its authentic Greek character.

A Community-based Programme
Many of our workshops in the Pelion teach skills to help us bring more egalitarian structures to our workplace and family. This summer we have ecovillage trainings, a sociocracy introduction, a mediation skills workshop and a week of “Radical Honesty”. Our courses are led by prominent professionals in their areas of expertise, and it’s possible to gain useful holistic skills from all of our week-long trainings. Non violent communication (NVC) is invaluable in intimate relationships, work problems and in family dynamics. NVC is a language for expressing our feelings and needs and has revolutionary implications for social change.
What gives the Kalikalos its distinctive flavour is, of couse, its community based programme. Carrying over what several of us who lived at the Findhorn community before starting Kalikalos, we endeavor to create, every summer, a seasonal, but authentic community. The staff are all idealistic volunteers who come to us for 2-12 weeks in the summer in particular to help build and hold the community energy that M.Scott Peck has described as "The Salvation of the Planet". We believe this and live it, with daily sharing circles and working together in small groups when not in workshop sessions or down at the beach. We take community seriously, and every guest who comes to us, be they a workshop or retreat participant, a leader, or a community guest is part of the community. Together we all muck in once a week to help cook the evening vegetarian meal, to do the cleanup afterwards and to maintain the extensive vegetable and flower gardens at both campuses. It is not necessary to attend a workshop to come to Kalikalos. Many of our guests come specifically for the living-incommunity experience, which is very affordable at 250/week which includes food and shared accomodation. Although we at Kalikalos are tuned to social change, we still offer many workshops that focus on 1-1 healing and personal creativity. We have a 10day Vipassana courses led by former Sri Lankan monk, Gosh Pos, in early June, several healing workshops including a “love your Shadow” week, two nondualistic retreats with recognised spiritual masters, and a raw food detox week. And, throughout all of August, we have family experience weeks at both campuses. These are particularly popular with single parents and the kids take to community like ducks to water! The great variety of workshops is intentional. We want to appeal to a wide variety of interests. Diversity is strength. Jock Millenson lived for many years in the Findhorn Community in N. Scotland and now directs the Kalikalos Holistic Centre in Greece.
