MIXED USE CONDO DEVELOPEMENT When a city is not bound by naturally formed barriers it tends to sprawl outwards. Land is always less valuable further away from downtown, which results in bigger houses for relatively less money. This is a world wide phenomenon that is plaguing every city; people are tr traveling everywhere by car, the sense of community diminishes, and extinction of human to human interactions within a neighborhood. Modulation Mixed Use Condo development is designed and marketed to attract suburban dwellers back to the urban scene. It is designed to bet alternative to the distant be a much better and irrelevant suburban neighborhoods for those who are downsizing and families with small children.
