The Truman Group is comprised of Truman Development Corporation, Truman Homes and Lionsworthe Homes. The pioneer of our organization was Truman Homes, which started by building homes over 30 years ago in the Chestermere area, just outside Calgary. The creation of these two additional organizations along with the success of Truman Homes within the home building industry has allowed the Truman Group to pursue other avenues within the real estate industry. More specifically, creating complete communities from raw land to fully serviced developments that are sustainably master planned with thoughtful built form.

Currently we are members of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program, Built Green, Better Business Bureau, Canadian Home Builders Association, Professional Home Builders Association, UDI, and the Urban Land Institute. Our vision for the last 30 years for Truman has been to build a better Calgary, through vibrant neighbourhoods. Truman prides themselves in creating a lively mix of people, jobs and activities created through the developments we build. Developments where local residents would have a chance to live, work, shop and play year round.

Truman exemplifies this through our core values of creating comfortable building design with thoughtful building form. In turn, creating welcoming, attractive, safe and complete communities.
