, in Romanian, stands for the nostalgia for someone or something which used to have a great relationship with you. Meanwhile, our product, zippo, has existed for a long time and been popularly used by the upper class. Therefore, ‘DOR” is chosen as a brand name for a past-recalling item with the hope that our brand might leave the wonderful mark in the customers’ mind.

The fire phoenix is a sacred bird symbolizing immortality, eternity and strength since it has to experience a great pain from buring itself. It derived from a legend that the phoenix could let itself on fire and reborn from the ashes when it came to the end of its life.
The phoenix flying upward from "DOR" stands for the firelight of phoenix which figuratively represents an up arrow with the expectation of a successful brand in the future.
