Gin adventures ! For those of you who know me, I have a not-so-secret love affair with gin! I had the pleasure of working with Anna on this piece as she created her masterpieces - as I tasted of course!! We are thrilled that she created our very own Mint Experience gin drink. One of the great things about gin is that it’s versatile and exciting! Gin’s flavour can also be easily transformed by adding various botanical infusions

Muddled cucumber 3 slicesMuddled mint 5 leaves1.5 oz gin3/4 oz simple syrupSplash lime juice
Shake in martini shaker with ice. Pour in glass, top with soda water and garnish with cucumber and mint.

10 muddled raspberries 3/4 oz simple syrup 1 oz fresh lemon juice 1.5 oz gin Shake with ice, top with soda water.
About Thyme … for another
1 oz gin1 oz gin Lemoncello4 springs thyme3/4 oz thyme simple syrup3 slices lemon muddled
Shake in martini shaker with ice. Pour into glass and top with soda.
SIMPLE SYRUP RECIPE
1 cup each water and sugar, boil then cool.
THYME SIMPLE SYRUP RECIPE
Soak 10 sprigs of fresh thyme in simple syrup for 1-5 days.
LEMONCELLO RECIPE
In a large container, combine 375 ml gin, 175 ml simple syrup, and 175 ml freshly sliced lemons or lemon juice. Sit in fermentation for 7 days.
