INGREDIENTS 3 ripe peaches, finely chopped ½ cup brown sugar, packed ½ cup red onion, finely chopped ¹/³ cup apple cider vinegar ¼ cup sultana raisins 2 tbsp honey ¼ tsp chili flakes ½ tsp sea salt 1 tbsp SMAK DAB Mustard (Curry Dijon, Honey Horseradish or Canadian Maple)
1 tsp curry powder ½ tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS Combine all the ingredients in a saucepot over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until thick an reduced, stirring occasionally. Serve at room temperature.
