What is a airport? Airports has grown in size over the last few years , airport are now safer, bigger and better. Airport is a hive of activity, people work night and day to make sheer people have safe and pleasant flight. Airports are like a small town with shops, banks, hotels, offices, car parks, train stations, fire stations and police. There are lots of different jobs at a airport like handling agents, baggage handlers, security staff, airline personnel, air traffic controller, marshal, custom officials, firefighters, caterers, cleaners…and a bird scares!

Airport organization There are lots of different things at a airport one of the most important thing is the air traffic controllers. They sit in a tower called the air traffic control tower. She or he controllers wen and where should the airplane land. There like a police officer that controls the traffic.

In this paragraph il tell you about the lights and the bird control vehicle.People work night and day to make business go good. There are lots of different jobs like bird scares, police, bus driver, marshal....and many more. Each 50-watt runway light bulb costs 200â‚Ź, and takes about one minute to change.a runway can have as many as 1500 bulbs. It costs 300000â‚Ź that is a lot of money! And the light bulb can last for thousands of hours and the light are on all the time! Loud speakers on the bird control vehicle broadcast bird-of-pray calls. The driver can also fire a loud thunder-flash pistol to scare rats and birds. And that was the coolest paragraph in the book! Did you know! You can see the runway lights from 8 kilometers away!
