The Life Cycle of a Tree

All trees start with a seed than the seed does the roots. After a few months the seed becomes a STEM, than with more time it becomes a young tree. Finally with the force of the sun and water it is a mature tree. 3

Roots There are 4 parts in a tree: the roots, the trunk, the branches and the leaves. The roots are the ones that work a lot, they take all the minerals, salts and water that the tree needs. The trunk is an important part of the tree because invites a lot of animals houses. The branches don't work a lot because they take the energy. The leaves don't work at all because they take all the energy that the roots, the trunk and the branches LABORED for them.

Only some animals can eat some plants, like the camel, only he can eat CACTUSES.

Fun facts A single tree produces approximately 260 pounds of OXYGEN per year. Some trees can live more than 1,000 years

You know the age of the tree by the circles inside the trunk. About one third of the U.S. of America is covered by forests
