THE LEGENDS OF THE RING

“THE MOUTH OF THE SOUTH” JIMMY HART

Jimmy Hart is one of the most successful managers in the history of wrestling. Known for his trademark megaphone and gift of gab, Hart managed many of the greats in the sport including Hulk Hogan, King Kong Bundy, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, Bret “the Hitman” Hart. Prior to his prolific career as a wrestling manager, Hart was a member of the rock band the Gentrys, best known for their 1965 Top five hit “Keep on Dancing.”

“COWBOY” BOB ORTON

Wrestling has been the family business for the Orton family. Cowboy Bob’s father, Bob Sr., had a successful career in the ring and his son Randy is currently one of the biggest stars in the sport with the WWE. Orton was one of the biggest stars in the WWF in the 1980s and participated in the first two WrestleMania events. In 2005, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

SGT. SLAUGHTER

For more than three decades, adorned in sunglasses, a campaign hat and military fatigues, Sgt. Slaughter was one of the biggest stars of wrestling. Alternating between hero and villain throughout his career, Slaughter fought in countless legendary matches in the AWA, NWA and WWF. He is a WWE Hall of Famer who won the championship and headlined WrestleMania VII in 1991.

JERRY “THE KING” LAWLER

“The King” made his wrestling debut in his hometown of Memphis. In the early 1980s, Lawler was embroiled in a feud with comedian Andy Kaufman that attracted national media attention. He moved to the WWF in the early 1990s and resumed a feud with Jimmy Hart, which dated back more than a decade earlier in Memphis. Lawler has also made a name for himself as one of the premier commentators in wrestling.
