My test lasted less than 10 minutes. I learned a lot of valuable information in regards to my cardio training. I burn 100% of my calories from fat when my heart rate stays between 118-126 BPM and burn 8.9 calories per min. I was shocked. I also learned that I reach an anaerobic threshold at 167 BPM. Paul explained to me that this is when I stop burning carbohydrates (stored sugars) for energy. I burn more calories per minute (22.9) at 176 BPM but 0% from fat. I can train at a lower/less stressful level and achieve the results I am looking for! ”
