Wednesdays 8:30 a.m. West Clubhouse Mind and Body Studio Natalie Classic barre moves with intense cardio bursts using body weight plyometrics.
TOTAL BODY FITNESS
Tuesdays at 6:30 a.m. Downtown Clubhouse 11th Floor Tanya This HIIT workout, taught by instructor Tanya, targets overall cardio and strength using free weights, body weight exercises and plyometric, low-impact workouts.
FULL BODY FLOW
Thursdays at 6:30 a.m. Downtown Clubhouse | 7th Floor Megan This class is designed to build strength while practicing breath-to-movement. This vinyasa class will create full-body endurance, flexibility and focus with the help of instructor Megan Mahley. Tempo moves at a steady pace with bursts to keep your practice fluid, innovative and energizing. This workout will take your body and mind through a challenging exploration. Expect to leave class with a feeling of energy and empowerment.
POWER FLOW YOGA
Mondays at 12:15 p.m. Downtown Clubhouse | 7th Floor Megan A vigorous fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga that can be done in higher temperature based setting.
