Stafford’s Perry Hotel Perched high on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan, the Perry Hotel stands as a proud symbol of the early 1900s when northern Michigan tourism was in its infancy. Located in the historic district of downtown Petoskey, Stafford’s Perry Hotel boasts 75 individually appointed guest rooms, many with private balconies overlooking the crystal clear waters of Little Traverse Bay. The Perry’s unique event atmosphere provides a lively alternative to sprawling, remote resorts common to northern Michigan. Stafford’s Perry Hotel promises to deliver a seamless and memorable event immersed in historic charm, choosing from both indoor and outdoor venues, each offering exquisite waterfront views.

Rose Garden Veranda Petoskey’s premier outdoor event space. The Rose Garden Veranda features the permanent Conservatory (included in all Rose Garden rentals), lush gardens and Petoskey’s best views of Lake Michigan’s Little Traverse Bay. (Tent decor, lighting and linen upgrades available).

Rose Garden Veranda + H.O. Rose Room

A wonderful option, offering ceremony and cocktail hour in the Rose Garden Veranda, followed by dinner and dancing in the H.O. Rose Room.

Capacity 120 Guests | $5,000 Available April, May & October Only

On-Site Ceremonies Venue rentals include dance floor, bar area, in-house tables, chairs, linen and china.

All events require a pre-determined food & beverage minimum. Prices subject to change.

We offer on-site ceremonies in the Rose Garden Veranda, in conjunction with a full reception event.

Ceremony fee is $500 in addition to reception venue fee.

Stafford’s Bay View Inn Our charming Country Inn built in 1886, has been enchanting visitors for over 130 years.

Located in the historic association of Bay View, Stafford’s Bay View Inn boasts 31 Victorian style rooms, many overlooking the crystal clear waters of Little Traverse Bay. The Inn provides an intimate atmosphere and can be rented in its entirety, or in part, for special events. Each area boasts a singular feel all its own and includes Stafford’s signature hospitality service. Our promise to you is a memorable event with historic charm.

Howard Room, Lakeside Room & Deck Our largest, private event space can accommodate small to large groups.

This space features a large dance floor and access to our Lakeside Room & Deck for impeccable views of Lake Michigan’s Little Traverse Bay. Capacity 80 Guests | $5,000

On-Site Ceremonies We offer on-site ceremonies in the Staffordshire Garden, in conjunction with a full reception event.

Venue rentals include dance floor, bar area, in-house tables, chairs, linen and china.

Culinary Delights At Stafford’s, we proudly serve local Michigan products throughout our menus. We buy produce and dairy products from local farmers and growers right here in northern Michigan.
