2022 Spring Sort

Page 1

WEL

LCOME to the second edition of The Spring Sort. We are very excited and pleased to offer another stellar set of cattle for your appraisal. The 2021/2022 show season brought us back to near normal in terms of getting back to life as we know it post COVID. Record entries were experienced at nearly every venue that allows us to congregate and exhibit our stock. The enthusiasm and the marketplace were strong as ever and the future is certainly bright for the show industry as well as the overall outlook for the beef industry. The cattle that we have assembled for your buying and exhibiting pleasure are represented by individuals that come with credible and dense resumes with years of successful tract records for supporting reference. Regardless of breed affiliation this set of cattle is substantially backed by some of the very elite and highprofile donors in the industry from documented cow families of success. So, with that said, each program involved would be very passionate and dedicated to assisting you with your potential success to further build on and prove the credentials they already have. The Bramlett family from southern Illinois have been breeding Simmental and Simgenetics cattle for several years. The working cowherd is impressive in terms of quality and the saturation of time-tested proven cow families gives merit to their popularity and success. Bo and his family have partnered with the likes of Hudson Pines and Schaeffer Show Cattle over the years and a lot of the cattle in the Spring Sort would be full sibs or maternal sibs to the high sellers and champions marketed and sold through those entities as well. Bo has assembled a very talented crew with his brother-in-law Dusty Hamilton and Tyler Babbs that only makes them a certain force to reckon with when it comes to advising you and yours on nutrition, daily care, and show day presentation. They are certainly a family operation with significant talent and ability. Jeff, Lauren, Jared, and Dewayne Jackson have been exceptional to my family and to many others throughout the country. The skillset, the work ethic, and the knowledge amongst this team is rich on experience and has been rewarded with results. The foundation of it all was solidified the hard way with a lot of sacrifice and compromise to set the building blocks that have led to the success of the past 15-20 years. Acquiring the right grass/ ranch leases and maintaining them for decades is a significant challenge in an area where land values are becoming substantially inflated, but the father and the two sons continue to be head strong as they continue the construction of one of the most successful, multi-breed programs known to produce back drop earning show heifers and high caliber, major branding show steers in the entire nation. Their passion for the youth programs and the success of their family name is what drives them every day to make your child’s project experience the best it can possibly be. Jackson Show Cattle would have claimed more breed champions and reserve breed champions at the Texas Majors this spring than any other outfit in the business, they are certainly worth hanging your hat on. Casey Hilmes and his ladies have been friends and partners with us for several years. Casey is a brilliant talent in the business. He and Laken are building the old-fashioned working cowherd by retaining daughters from the donors that they have acquired over the years. They have started from scratch, leveraged themselves to the hilt, and they are forging ahead. Fundamentals and basic cowboy principles is what the program construction involves but Casey was gifted with a very great eye. The phenotype, balance, and kind of the cattle improves with each generation and one day not too far off more of you will come to know the kid from the foothills of Southwest Colorado. Casey has zero quit and Laken is even more competitive and together they are a force to pay attention to and to get to know if you do not already.

The stock offered under the Shipwreck umbrella are produced here in the surroundings of Grandview or from friends of the program. Folks of integrity and grit that have done business with us for some time. Curtis Stevens of Superior Simmentals, Centerfield, Utah, is one of the finest gentlemen in the industry. He has invested in some of the breed’s elite cow families and ties to sires that will impact the Simmental breed for years to come. Three of the four CRSS prefixed heifers are either from a full sister to TJ High Calibre or carry the influence of the National Champion Annie K. Curtis is the breeder of the 2017 American Royal Champion female that sold through this sale setting to the Ottensmeier family of Kansas and would be a maternal sister to his duo of Remedy sisters in this very sale. Curtis is a Superior Livestock rep for his region in Utah and surrounding states and sells Simgenetic bulls that must thrive in high altitude and desert conditions. Walrod Cattle Co of Randolph, Kansas sent us another nice set of heifers this year as well. Garren and Heidi have invested in the Schaake program for several years and would own and or partner on some of the very elite and top end donors that have been instrumental in the success of Schaake Farms. They have grown into their own brand over the years with much success as their program continues to grow and evolve. Our son Bodie would have exhibited the Champion Purebred female at the 2019 South Central Regional that was bred by the Walrod program. Garren has forged a successful living in the only industry he knows as he plays on every end of the spectrum. Like Curtis Stevens, integrity and reputation is his business model as he is one of the premier order buyers in the state of Kansas with clients in multiple states for all classes of cattle sold through the elite action yards of Kansas or out in the country, he has built his brand on his good word and years of trust and experience. Garren and Heidi love the good cattle and generally invest in them when opportunity presents. Harrold, Mandy, and Megan Brown have made the investment in the business for over the past decade. Deeply rooted in the Quarter Horse industry, they searched for something for Megan to enjoy and be passionate about, and so the youth cattle show scene was blessed with the presence of Megan Brown. For those of you that do not know Megan, you are missing out, she is the biggest personality in the business and doesn’t know it, but she does know that she loves her show stock. It’s great for anyone’s heart and soul to watch her interact with the youth of the business and the bond that she has forged with our boys is one that will last for years to come. Mandy Brown is a passionate mother and the biggest advocate for our industry based on what it has done for their family. Mandy has a great eye, has been a diligent student of pedigrees and genetics, and is one of the best caretakers of livestock in the business. The foundation cow families of the 3B program are certainly ones of merit and proven nature with built in success that she is only beginning to replicate. 3B Cattle’s contribution to the Spring Sort lineup is very much noteworthy with 3 daughters of the great full sister to Pays to Believe and Pay the Price, known as Beyond Belief or C21. We are certain you will find these females on several sale day short lists. This is one of the few live auctions in the business that takes the core and heart and soul from some the greatest family operations in the industry to share the best of what they have. The track record is proven, and the customer service is rock solid. We invite you to make it a weekend in Texas on the 29th and 30th of April and make plans to attend the cow sale at XTB Cattle Co starting at noon on the 30th and then come join us in Grandview for a 6 p.m. start time.

The way the cattle are prepared and presented wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for those that do the day to day behind the scenes. The red shirt freshman class of the Remedy sire group hit the ground running over the past sale season in the Simmental circles for certain. Sure, there’s haters, but fact of the matter is that there were definitely more fans of the stock. We are more than happy with ours, especially on the bull side. Curtis reached out in November to tell me that he thought he had one of the best sets of stock that he had raised and when they arrived in February, there was no question that he was right on. This initial duo of his set would be from the full sister to High Calibre that has been the cornerstone donor for Superior’s program for a number of years. These two would be maternal sibs to the 2017 American Royal Champion Purebred Female owned and exhibited by Allyson Clanton. CRSS Lady Done It was a $9,000 purchase in our spring event that year, so proving that all the champions don’t cost ten thousand plus. Balanced and complete would be the very best way to describe this pair. They have plenty of bone, are good in their hoof design, ideal in their pin width and placement, with the utmost integrity for skeleton and soundness,

CRSS LADY DONE IT - Maternal Sister to Lots 1A & 1B and Dam of Lot 2 Embryos 2017 American Royal Grand Champion Simmental Heifer

SO REMEDY 7F - $530,000 Sire of Lots 1A-2

Offering 3 embryos from the 2017 Kansas City Champion by the $530,000 Remedy. Bar O has been very pleased with their purple gathering donor in production. A flush to Broker led to a set of females that averaged just over $8,0000 that includes a top 5 overall finisher at a past AJSA Summer Regional. The daughters that they have retained will be major components of the young and progressive outfit moving forward as well. With the proven 20-20 and the notable integrity and production of the bottom side pedigree, there isn’t a doubt in our mind that this mating to Remedy will be ideal especially when one evaluates the stock that sells in the lot 1 category. It just makes this mating all that much more appealing knowing what they could be. Offering 3 Non-Sexed Conventional Embryos. Guaranteeing 1 60-Day Pregnancy.

Annie K 214C, the maternal granddam of Lot 3, has proven herself to be the kind to produce productive females with phenotype and herdsire prospects alike. One of her natural bull calves would work for Walrod Cattle Company and at Shipwreck as well. Game Day is a son of KCC1 Exclusive that offers a dense, stout package of body, shape, and bone with an athletic build and look. Both the yearling bull pen and the replacement female pen includes cattle from the second-generation matriarch and more on the way. The Annie K family is strong and dense in real world merit and phenotype, and they are the definite kind to build around. This loudly marked red head by the Triple Crown winning sire, Broker, blends two of the most productive cow families that we have owned. If it wasn’t for the extra white, we are confident that she would be one of the dominant highlights of the fall born sale offering in the country. However, looking past that, we believe that there is tremendous upside from several angles. She is marked as such that she will never be missed or looked over, her skeleton and angles are near textbook, she is flawless in SWC ANNIE ROSE 091F as calf Dam of Lot 3 & 3A Embryos

The three-year-old version of 091F is quite impressive in production from our view point. She has become so chiseled and even more refined through her front third and appears to be a rib longer as well. The amount and quality of hair she has for a red hided critter that resides in Texas is nothing to scoff at either. Her upper hip and back shape is very ideal for our part of the world too and the Right Time bull calf she has at side will be one to watch to the weaning pen without question. Counter Attack truly tricked out 214C on this direct daughter in comparison to her sibs. She is simply a pure standout for look and eye appeal with shape and substance

Albert and Brian Sulak have been friends of the program for almost 2 decades. Their shared competitive spirit and love for cattle drove the ship to invest in some of the best we ever had to offer. The family dynamic has changed for them, but they continue to strive for perfection operating in separate capacities today but will both have a spot in what we do here from a marketing perspective.

They are fine people, men

of their word, and will help anybody with anything in a time of need. Dylan and Brandon Adams, grandsons of Albert and Dottie’s, have taken the reins for A&D’s endeavors moving forward. Although the reins are short and tight, these young men are passionate about the pursuit of great things in the beef business. Lot 4 is the result of mating a full sister to 214C to Counter Attack to produce full sibs in blood to Annie Rose 091F. This ¾ blood jet black, blaze faced female is the first of those to come. There’s a load of similarities between 621J and her blood sister 091F! Structure and balance would be trademark to the pedigree with longevity in production as a very moot point. She is very elegant

We have written a documentary within the preceding lots of how awesome we feel that 214C is from a grounded, fundamental production viewpoint. These sires of choice for the embryo offering from this producer are of the centered mindset, blending some of the breed’s most elite cow families with the likes of the Annie K influence. The Right Time mating represents one of the standout, multigenerational donor families that has been instrumental in the foundation and continuance of for the Eichacker program of South Dakota. This sire group would been of utmost popularity over the past 18 months. He has been used in a lot of programs on some of the breed’s greats. His cattle are sound, great footed stock with real world performance and merit and that’s why this mating was made. They will be sensible and good in kind. Offering 3 Non-Sexed IVF Embryos. Berwick has only just begun to write his page in the Simmental history book with a brilliant sophomore class of calves on the road and headed for junior national and state fair destinations. The winningest heifer in the state of Texas this past major season was a Berwick daughter that sold last fall in the Black Label for the Metzler family of Grandview. MaKenzie DeBerry of Olton, TX is the beneficiary of that heifer’s kind as they gathered purple at 2 of the 3 majors! This daughter of Berwick does come with extra white, however I would challenge any of you to go find one with the power and substance that she has and have them be any sounder than this one is. Another derivative of the Annie K cow family from the past Ft. Worth Stock Show high selling bred heifer and the 2021 Black Label featured donor that commanded the hammer price of $26,000. Dylan K was admired for her size, power, and presence as she was selected by Meyring Cattle Co of Alliance, NE last fall. Curtis would have selected her from the 2018 Ft. Worth sale and then offered her back last fall. It’s fairly simple, if you want one with an extra shot of power, body, and substance, that’s still sound structured and attractive then be serious in your evaluation of this direct daughter of the late Berwick and tie into one of the most predictable cow families in the business.

Joe Seale and I mutually agreed that the year that 7838 was offered by the Sandeen family in their annual production sale, she was the best one for both of us. So, we committed the ultimate crime and colluded to jointly own the dam of 838J. Sandeen Donna 7838E has been a bit stingy with sharing her oocytes but her natural calves continue to impress us from year to year. This August born gem is sired by the 2019 Champion % Bull at the South Central Regional for our oldest son Brecken. Ft. Worth was purchased by F4 Land and Cattle, and we retained an interest thus resulting in this female and one other in this sale. We love this double bred threequarter female and what she has to offer to her future exhibitor. She has always been a standout with her extra skeletal width, body shape, and her dam’s signature wild neck and alert look. Different class, different division almost anywhere one goes to show with this off age August born female.

Here is the Purebred female in the offering sired by the past regional champion, Ft. Worth. This one is from the donor dam, most passionately referred to as Estelle 373E. 373E is a direct daughter of WAGR Chanel 5073C and sired by CCR Anchor. 873J is much like her dam, with her monster wheels, huge feet, great body shape, and loaded for bear on the shear power. Her attitude is much like her dam’s, quiet, cool, and sound of mind. She is suitable for any exhibitor and will be in that August class and that summer division. Last year we took notice to some print advertising on a bull called Change is Coming. That bull is bred by one of my alltime favorite cattlemen that I have a great appreciation for his call on stock when he evaluates a show. Chad Holtkamp has raised a family and built a nice land base and flawless cow herd over the years with a tremendous amount of success. There’s never been too much flash and glamour around his program as his approach is direct, simple, and clean but very disciplined on structure, udder quality, fertility, and simple fundamentals. So, the program intrigue and the pedigree on the maternal side drove me hard toward the use of this Copacetic son. This mating to 373E will have two shots of the good stuff both on the maternal side of each side of the pedigree and the result should be one fundamentally right beast with look, shape, bone, and a potential blaze face. They are IVF reverse sort female embryos stored at Trans Ova in Sioux Center. Offering 3 Reverse Sort Female IVF Embryos. Guaranteeing 1 60-Day Pregnancy.

We stay with the Chanel cow family with the natural calf by the buzz word sire, Right Time. This mating appears to be loaded with the good fundamentals of the breeding cattle business with her loose build, length, and skeletal integrity. Sure, she’s not going to impress an evaluator that has an office job with no skin in the game because they get a paycheck from something else besides the industry, but she will impress any cattleman or woman that can see production value. She’s cowy, good bodied, wide based, and super sound in motion. She is a direct daughter of the ASA website poster cow for the breed as well. Offering the mating that seems to work nationwide, Copacetic back on a great Broker sired dam. This mating type produced bulls of influence like Holtkamp’s Change is Coming and the Schaake Farms stud, SFI Lead Off. We do have high expectations for this mating, and this will be the only time this mating is offered. Chanel has made some really nice cattle, but I know that my sire selection and passion for fundamentals has held her potential back over the years. I do believe this mating will be her best ever as we highly anticipate the arrival of calves ourselves! Offering 3 Non-Sexed IVF Embryos. Guaranteeing 1 60Day Pregnancy. SC Beyond Belief C21 was one of the very first, major acquisitions by the 3B outfit. She commanded a hammer price of $41,000 and has gone on to prove herself more than worthy of the initial investment. They offered a maternal sister to this trio in the Cowtown Classic that drew the attention of many with her drop dead profile and flawless structure and balance. 11A and 11B are the purebred females of consideration in the trio. They are sired by the late, great Quantum Leap and offer their own unique genetic story in terms of build and kind. Both are suitable for structural and skeletal integrity but will most likely not be placed the same way each time they go head to head. 11A is functional and practical at every viewpoint. Bold and soft in her rib with true base width and mild top shelf features. 11B on the other hand is the one built for the college boys, the judging team kids, as she is out there on the edge when we discuss extras. She is the extended, freakier built one that could make the better senior yearling of the pair, she’s the definite show heifer of the purebred duo.

The percentage sister by the proven Penner and Conley sire Double Black keeps it centered and grounded at the end of the day, but still one that is suitable for competition at a high level. She’s good in her body design with the needed shape and build to garner attention on the tan bark. Pedigree top and bottom with the influence of some of the great cow families and programs in the business. Megan only sends her best when she comes to town!

When Bottomline sired a good one, they were always good, and proved to produce the kind like we find in Juna. In my first of two trips to Walrod’s the late winter and spring, I sorted the cattle by myself in substantial wind and not favorable temperatures for anyone. Simply put, they had to be good on the ground with flawless running gear and have a striking look as the initial sort was quick, in and out type. Like the rest of the stock from Walrod that follows, she made the cut not once but twice. However, J39 has done the most since that first sort and I believe that her best days are yet to come especially a year from now. She is long and sexy in the front third of her build with impeccable running gear, and a superb overall pattern and build. We like this one pretty well and expect her to do big things wherever she may go. Good attitude and bred in the purple.

The red headed J35 is by the senior simgenetic herdsire of Udell Cattle Company that is referred to as “Code Red”. He is the profit sired, red headed stud from the many time champion Kansa and it is evident that he is going to stamp his offspring with a drop dead gorgeous look and presence. This female is certainly good at the ground and built right from there up. She’s a stunning purebred female that will get noticed by many. J47 is the Pays to Believe sired sister that may be the opposite in terms of kind. Picture day wasn’t her best day, and her video will show you what she truly is. Broody look and build with plenty of body and flexibility. The maternal sires show themselves throughout her design and she will be the cow making kind.

Strip faced beast!! When you study this gal she is very hard to fault in any one category. Her boldness of rib, her big soft legs, the way she lays into her blade and holds everything together in an extremely sound structural package. This Hammertime female is best noted as the mini donor cow of our fall group of babies. Ones that are built like her are hard to find in today’s world. Her overall look and presence sets her aside the rest. J170 is a staple of what we work towards as breeding the real world kind.

One that comes to you as a fault free kind of a female that if managed in the right home will be a big-time player as a bred. Extremely loose in her structural build, smooth in her overall muscle shape and can flat out glide when put in motion. Back by a beautiful red baldy dam that we have big plans for here at Bramlet Simmentals. Her granddam is a full sib to the ever so popular “Brightie” cow that has put many operations on the map!

We can’t say enough about this female’s dam. The D622 donor just doesn’t miss producing elite sock year after year. Her latest success story was producing the high selling female in our fall production sell for $45,000 going to Canadian Donors and boy has that female flat out put the money in the bank. J196 has many attributions as her top selling sisters did. Awesome build from the ground up along with the added look to wear a halter and put you on top but yet the kind of female that will keep you in business for a long time.

This purebred baldy bombshell has so much added shape and overall power, but yet is very correct in her structural build. One we feel has a very bright future on the tan bark or in the donor pen to produce those elite breeding stock that will be successful no matter where they are placed. This female’s dam is a very intriguing red baldy female that can flat out get the job done. Her first progeny sold this past fall averaging over $15,000 per head.

When I was notified about stopping in to look at this female, I didn’t know what to expect but I did not hesitate in doing so either. The girl that raised this female is as passionate about this industry as any one adult I have ever met. Kortney is a true professor when it comes to animal husbandry, and it is done by the book with substantial common sense influencing her performance. She is one of the densest bodied Remedy females that I have evaluated to date! Besides her generous rib cage, she matches it at the ground with plenty of natural base width, genuine muscle shape throughout, and as one can tell, she is wicked cool to look at in terms of her front end and rear leg set. There’s no doubt she is one for serious consideration on April 30.

from one to the next in terms of being exquisite featured through their head and neck, desirable in terms of the rear leg set, and just overall profile and pattern. They will vary in size from one to the next but that is about the only down fall the sire group has. I think this one from Curtis is textbook special with a disposition suitable for any age showman. She has grown on me each time I returned home, she got a little bigger, longer, and maintained her killer look and build. I’m not sure you can make or find one any better than the build this calf offers overall. She’s certainly nice and I believe that she will make an incredible big one. She is from a Battle Cry sired female that Curtis is really, really high on as far as a young cow too. One for certain consideration without a doubt.

I consider myself to be one of the more fortunate ones in this business as I get to see a lot of really good cattle, raised by the finest people in the land. Recently, I sold The Gathering at Shoal Creek. Ed and Kathy have a beautiful facility and a great set of cattle in the offering each year. They are serious about setting the bar high as well and this year brought them the most uniform set ever offered. In evaluating the fall heifer calves I found two I liked very well and this is the one we tied into. She is sired by the sire of power and shape, TMAS Can’t Touch This, and from a full sister to Diamond and Time To Shine Y251. I thought this thing was too good to not take a chance on. She is elegant, sound, and complete.

Producing donor caliber females to carry on the legacies of our two most prolific cows 42B and 053X was at the forefront of my mind with this mating. 42B not only generated roughly $250K for Hilmes Cattle and Fenton Farms in her short tenure here but also produced to 2019 Supreme Female “Chloe” at the Oklahoma Youth Expo. Her stud brother Foremost, eventually coowned with Nixon Family Farms, solidifies the top side with power, body, foot, and bone which has eloquently been transmitted to Journey and JuJu. FBFS Xtravegant 053X, a Dream On, Legacy and Shear Force free foundation female anchors the bottom side with grace and eye appeal. My goal was surpassed as these gals embody the functional powerhouse build I was after but with a healthy portion of balance and presence certainly deserving of a show halter.

This female is sired by the ST stud bred by Owen Brothers and marketed by Gerdes Show cattle known as MG/GSC Authority W14C. Her dam was bred in the Lashmett program and influenced by the true ranching kind of Yardley Cattle Co. This beauty is backed by a daughter of BK Unlimited Power 472 that has produced a Maternal Made daughter that was shown by Baylee Mangrum, a Maintainer daughter that was campaigned to several victories by Jack Cutter Sullivan, and a High

411J has been a true standout in our Red Angus division. She reminds me so much of her dam at this stage of development as well as a maternal sister that was campaigned by the Lind Family of Minnesota that has went on to raise the up-and-coming JCL’s Legacy sire prospect that’s created quite a stir. The influence of CITA 4060 is undeniable and recognizable at the same time! The impact that cow has made on many elite Red Angus programs is very notable and noteworthy. For me the descendants of the 4060 matriarch do more right than wrong on a consistent basis as one can readily notice in this PTO daughter. WR Robin 11B is proven and has worked to about any sire that we have introduced to her. This May born female is big pinned, square, with good body shape, and a brood cow look with awesome feet and legs. She comes with more bone than most Red Angus and is very dense and good in her foot design and shape. If we could change this one any place, it would be in her attitude, so she needs to go to an experienced home with an older showman.

Offering 3 Non-Sexed IVF Embryos. Guaranteeing 1 60-Day Pregnancy.

The embryos being offered by the Metzler family are from their very best and most prolific mating. They made the investment in the fall of 2017 when they selected JCBB Lady E3301 affectionally known as “Lady Bird”, through the 2017 edition of The Black Label. E3301 was competitively shown by Mason Metzler to the title of Reserve Grand Champion Simmental Heifer as a calf on the green chips of the Houston Livestock Stock Show & Rodeo. While this striking baldy female was a showstopper during her time on the road, her true value has come once in production. The Metzler family made the investment in some of the most sought-after genetics when the time came to mate E3301. The first set of daughters from this exciting young female were marketed in The Black Label last fall where the three sisters commanded an average of $17,500! MTZ Lady Jewel J2101 was the $38,000 sale feature that was purchased by the DeBerry family. That female is sired by JBSF Berwick 41F and went on to be one of the most dominant calves to hit the Texas Major scene in last several years. J2101 was first crowned in Cowtown when she was selected as the Grand Champion at the 2022 FWSS, she then continued her winning ways on the River Walk when she was selected as the Grand Champion again at the 2022 SALE. This powerful female is a full sister to the Lot 51A embryos being offered. The second set of embryos being offered are sired by the “king of the ring” MR HOC Broker, the now deceased sire that has produced more champions, high sellers, and individuals of influence than arguably any other Simmental bull over the last decade. Regardless of which mating you prefer, rest assured that this is one of the hottest and most exciting SimGenetic females in the business, get in while you still have the option to!

Company exhibited their first Champion Pen of Three in Denver that included Driver sons of Tiara. Those bulls would be the flush mates to this great red head and her black hided sister that worked in the Circle M and Red River programs. 131Z worked in the Hidden Oaks program of Canton, TX in the earlier part of her career and this very mating generated a bred female that commanded $33,000 in the Black Label selling to Brandon Bird. Bird has sold countless daughters from 131D that have averaged well over the $20,000 mark. This cow family is potent and prolific and certainly one to bank on. They come with a wealth of power, rib, and overall substance that sets on true running gear with balance. These cattle have the highest probability of being that desired red color and could be blaze faced as well. Offering 3 Non-Sexed IVF Embryos. Guaranteeing 1 60-Day Pregnancy.

I would personally call this daughter of the past National Champion Annie K 330Y the closest version of her dam. 165C is the surefire power daughter of the great late donor dam. This female was quite possibly the most challenging for me to mate when we owned her, however, the Nixon Brothers figured it out right off the truck. Kirby and Keenan threw the hottest bull in the business on her when they acquired the semen on the great Remedy and boom. This mating is proven, and it does work! We purchased a daughter of this mating in the Black Label last fall and damn glad we did. These cattle from this mating will be soft, smooth, incredibly sound, and come with true body shape, substance of bone, and muscular integrity. Buy with confidence and acquire the certainty. TRCC Pandemic is the uniquely built, dark cherry red, soft haired son of the $205,000 W/C Bankroll 811D. Those that have inspected TRCC Pandemic in the flesh have commented that he maintains the signature Bankroll presence, style, and shape, while offering more frame, length, and squareness of pin set than that of his extremely proven sire. The first calf reports indicate that he has transmitted the quality, shape, look, and stoutness that was expected, with the added hair quality as a bonus! Pandemic sets the bar when it comes to skeletal quality, form, and function. He is flawless in the way he ties his long sleek neck high into the top side of his neatly laid in shoulder, while transitioning into a full forerib and bold center rib cage. We love the hip and hind leg quality that Pandemic exemplifies as he sets to the surface with confidence. TRCC Pandemic is without a doubt one of TRCC PANDEMIC

The impact that he has made in a short amount of time with very limited amounts of semen being sold is nothing short of incredible! KOTC is a past high selling sale feature for McEntire Red Angus of Sweetwater, Oklahoma. In January of 2022 he commanded $105,000 for 50% semen interest in the 16th Annual Embryos on Snow sale at the National Western Stock Show to Rimpel Show Cattle of Athens, Texas. Many that have had the opportunity to inspect him in person have commented that he is without question, one of the truest shaped Red Angus bulls with dominating center capacity, look, and skeletal quality.

2021 NAJRAE Grand Champion Owned Heifer - Daughter of KOTC

The first set of daughters to be campaigned hit the scene in dominant fashion during the fall show season of 2020. HEH Faith 15 was the first daughter of King of the Cowboys to grace the tan bark. She was at the side of her dominant dam, EDG Finley 3121 when they first won the Red Angus show at the 2020 American Royal to later be selected as the Supreme Champion Junior Breeding Heifer. On her solo trip to the NAILE, HEH Faith 15 was selected as the 2020 NAILE Reserve Grand Champion Red Angus Female for the Hartman family. She continued her dominant campaign in 2021 where she was named the Reserve Grand Champion Red Angus Female at the Cattlemen’s Congress. HEH Shelly 113H, another daughter of 4MC King of the Cowboys 706, was selected as the 2021 NAJRAE

W/C Miss Werning 9028G- Daughter of KOTC

Grand Champion Owned Heifer for Hadley Hartman this past summer in Lebanon, TN. She exemplifies the quality and feature that is synonymous when discussing King of the Cowboys. Another success story would be based in Emery, South Dakota at Werning Cattle Company. A pair of flush mate sisters sold for $40,000 for ½ interest and $29,000 for ½ interest, and now have entered production in a dominant fashion with a standout set of ET calves on the ground this spring. Most recently a daughter of 4MC King of the Cowboys 706 was selected as the 2022 NE Cattlemen’s Classic Supreme Champion Breeding Heifer. King of the Cowboys is without a doubt the “go-to” sire in the Red Angus breed to add bone, shape, and presence without sacrificing the structural integrity and genuine squareness that makes his progeny standout from the crowd!
