Babu Krishnamoorthy
Babu Krishnamoorthy is the founder & Chief Sherpa at Finsherpa Investments Pvt Ltd., a boutiquewealth management firm based in Chennai catering to financial needs of High Networth Clientsin India & abroad.
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Babu has over 25 years of expertisein areas related to finance and money management. Prior to starting Finsherpa, Babu has co-founded Pelican Wealth and been associated with Allegro Capital, a leading Investment bankingand wealth management house.
A passionate thought leader in the personal finance space, Babu has authored the bestsellingbook “Unlock Secrets to a Wealthy Life” which helps young adults to start their investing journey ina methodical manner. As a professional speaker, Babu speaks on subjects relating to investmentand finance.
Babu is an avid reader of non-fiction books and is an amateur marathon runner. Babu is an activeRotarian and is a part of the Rotary Club of Madras East ( RCME) where he is involved varioussociety uplifting projects.
A Past President of IFA GALAXY (one of India’s oldest and leading associations for Mutual FundDistributors (MFDs) ), Babu has been at the forefront of helping the MFDs navigate themselves toa better place. During his presidency, he got 25 fellow distributors to co-author a book calledSTAY HUNGRY, STAY BULLISH, on how to build a Robust Mutual Fund Distribution Business.
Kumar Narayanan
Kumar Narayanan is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and an impressive career spanning several decades.
He graduated from the College of Engineering, Guindy, in 1985 and furthered his studies at the University of California, Berkeley, in 1987.
Kumar began his career at IBM Labs in the USA, where he worked from 1987 to 1993. Following this, he served as Vice President and General Manager for the Asia-Pacific region at HewlettPackard from 1993 to 2006. After his successful tenure at HP, he joined IBM once again, this time as Vice President and Partner for the Asia-Pacific region in the Global Business Services division, from 2006 to 2008.
Since 2009, Kumar has taken on leadership roles as a mentor and chairman for various companies, including Yexis, Adomita, ArtifxHR, Austenitic Castings, HIM ENGG, YESJR Pharma, and Raj Enterprises, where he continues to make significant contributions.
Karthik VPB
A seasoned HR professional, with deep expertise in Business HR, HR Operations, and Mergers & Acquisitions, he has built a career focused on operational excellence and transformational leadership. With a guiding motto of "Transactional (Operational) Excellence Fosters Transformations," he has successfully created and led high-performing global HR and HR operations teams.
Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Azentio Software since August 2021, he brings over 30 years of experience in human resources across various industries. Before this role, he was Senior Director of Human Resources at Prosus Group in Bengaluru and also served as Vice President of Human Resources at HARMAN International. Earlier he co-founded Resource Weaver HR Consulting Pvt Ltd.
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Annamalai University, he holds an ILPSE in General Management & Leadership from INSEAD and a PGDBM in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
