SYNOPSIS
Understanding The Inner Dialogue How much do the conversations within our minds affect us? Does our stress and confusion come from our Inner Dialogue? Our upbringing and society have taught us how to communicate with each other- through language, articulation, intention and actions. Yet we have not paid much attention to how we communicate with ourselves. In fact, talking to one’s self was not encouraged!
The discussion revolves around our Inner Dialogue. To understand how we communicate and connect to the most important person in our world- ourself. We understand the effect of this inner dialogue on our minds, bodies, relationships, our work and our circumstances, our success and failure.
