Mohan Kumaresan is a seasoned Global HR Leader with over 23 years of experience in human capital and organizational effectiveness. Based in Chennai, he has excelled in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, driving business success through strategic leadership. Mohan has held pivotal roles across leading companies, contributing significantly to business growth and operational excellence.
His expertise spans strategic HR leadership, where he has effectively facilitated change, enhanced communication, and developed talent acquisition strategies. Mohan's comprehensive HR skills include HR strategy planning, employee relations, organizational development, and designing compensation structures. He is recognized for his innovative approach, using advanced data analytics to improve decision-making and implementing successful HR practices focused on diversity, inclusion, and employee retention.

Rajan Bala Venkatesan
Rajan Bala Venkatesan is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fund raising, due diligence, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and valuation. He is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at LatentView Analytics, where he has been instrumental in driving financial strategy and corporate growth since July 2021.
Rajan's career has spanned several prominent roles, including Assistant Vice President at Financial Software & Systems Pvt. Ltd., where he led business planning, corporate development, and financial analysis. Prior to this, he held significant positions at Ashok Leyland, Mphasis, and Deloitte, gaining extensive experience in financial modeling, reporting, and advising corporate strategic buyers and private equities on M&A and investment opportunities.
Rajan's educational background includes a Chartered Accountancy certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and specialized training in mergers and acquisitions from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. His deep expertise in corporate finance and strategic planning has made him a key player in the financial sector, particularly in the areas of due diligence and financial analysis.
