Srividhya Ganesh Started her career as Accounts Assistant with Parry confectionery Limited in 1988 and worked for their subsidiary companies. In the year 1994 resumed working with Pondicherry Nidhi Limited, an NBFC till 1997.
1999: She joined a leading Bright Steel manufacturing company as EA to ED. Got into Systems & Process Management and initiated ISO and TS16949 certification process as MR | Material Planning | Inventory Control | Realigning Inspection & Testing process as per new certification requirements | Cash flows monitoring.
2006: She joined Usha Martin Limited as Manager Sales in their bright steel division. – Part of team to put up a bright bar plant in SIPCOT, Phase-2 in Sriperumbudur. Increased market share for UML bright bar products substantially in leading automotive companies like TVS Group companies, Rane Group, Tier 1 companies of Hyundai, MICO, Maini Precision, Ashok Leyland etc.,
In the year 2009-10, she joined ABS, the current organisation as south zone- head, and in the year 2012 took charge of Pan India responsibility – got inducted in to the board –Took responsibility of offices in India & Middle East – Set up different Business verticals by redefining the status of company from Resellers to that of Specialized Bolting Contractors, Manufacturers of Bolting and Machining tools & Special Accessories. Recently, brought a completely new dimension to ABS Group, through a new startup venture into solar energy as developers and EPC contractors intending to contribute our bit to the clean energy and towards decreasing the carbon foot print.
